I was stranded in Georgetown trying to move my daughter into college at UK in my new electric car. Between dealing with roadside assistance & Carvana, I was super stressed but had to get groceries to Lexington. So I left the car. Protow was hired to haul my car back to Florence. He was great. Stayed in contact, assured me everything would be OK & took a picture of the car at the final destination. The driver really saved the night! THANK YOU!

I called Pro Tow last night about 6:30 pm after my truck broke down on the Eastern Bypass in Richmond. I was on my lunch break. They told me they’d be there to pick it up in 30 minutes, and that I could go back to work and rest assured it would be at my house when I got home last night. Spoiler alert: The truck wasn’t as my house last night, no one answered my calls after that until this morning, at which time the employee told me to “calm down.” I’d already paid them and my truck was left unlocked with emergency lights on all night. Finally this morning, I was told I would have it in 30 minutes. It was 3 hours. I paid full price for this.

My car broke down in Lexington. They sent a truck from Richmond which took 3 hours to arrive. Lexington police got tired of waiting and didnt want me on the side of the road any longer. So the police called Roberts Towing who arrived in 20 minutes, and ProTow arrived 5 minutes after Roberts.

Just wanted to say thank you! I got a flat tire, 6 hours from home in the dark. Pulled to the side of the highway and they pulled in behind me with lights on minutes later. $30 and a few minutes later I was safely on my way home.

Casey, the owner, is amazing.My truck broke down on I-75 late on a Saturday afternoon. When Casey showed up, I had chosen a repair place and hotel at random, based on Google reviews. Casey, knowing the area, went far above and beyond what we expected. While he was towing my truck (on a flatbed, BTW), he arranged for a local mechanic to come in and fix my truck ON SUNDAY MORNING. He then dropped us off at a local hotel, lowered the truck so we could unpack our stuff, then dropped my truck off at the repair shop. He even took the time to recommend local places to eat. He really made us feel welcome in his town, plus he saved us at least one night in a hotel.His recommended mechanic (Auto Medics) solved our mechanical problems and we made it home safely Sunday evening.
