God Awful. Mimi was my nail tech and she couldnt understand English enough to understand what I was trying to say. First of all she didnt agree with my choice of not using dip and she kept trying to say how dip is better. I refused it. Then I said I wanted a full set of long nails. Mimi cut some of my nails and left some of them long. She is not good with her tools as she cut me and made me bleed. She couldnt even apologize when I told her. I tried to tell her how to make my nails even in length but she became argumentative and believed herself to be right. I could tell she only wanted to do what she wanted to do. I did not let her finish my nails and I will never return to that god awful salon and I especially wont go to see Mimi. Her service was disastrous.

I have been coming to Mimi for years. She always does an excellent job! All the staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. The staff is always accommodating. I love coming to this establishment.

Walked in right after work and didn’t have to wait at all. I get gel manicures semi-regularly and have tried several different salons, but this is my favorite manicure I’ve ever gotten. They had a variety of simple designs available for $5 extra. I already had a gel on my nails when I came in, so they removed that, gave me a gel, and also did one of the designs, and my total was only $30! Be warned that they only accept cash or check tips.

This place was very clean and took me in right away. I love my blue glittery nails with diamonds. Thank you very much!

I went to have a recreation of nails that I had gotten done a few weeks ago. I asked the nail tech if she could recreate and she said yes. She would do it. The work was horrendous! She filed my actual nail down so thin that my nails have literally been tearing and breaking off even with two layers of gel on them! The gel has been peeling up from my nail beds too! Then! To make it worse she shaped my nails in the most obnoxious way possible. No two nails have the same shape! I paid 40 bucks and got my nails RUINED! I would rate -5 if I could! Honestly! If you don’t know how to do something just tell someone before wasting their time and ruining their nails! I’m furious! I’ve been trying so hard to grow my nails out but whoever did my nails ruined them!

I just moved to Richmond recently from Oklahoma & I needed a new nail salonI’m so glad I came here! Jennifer did my nails, she was amazing & did a great job on my nails!! I’ll definitely be back

Ms. Jennifer does a great job however you have to keep up with the pricing. It seems the husband pushes her to upsale and hassle customers about additional services, products, and prices. Im not opposed to being offered new services and selections...but the way they go about it is rude and overly pushy. Nonetheless I will be giving them another shot. She does do very neat nails that last!

They are very friendly, they listen and do what you ask for and they are always clean. I also like that when I went for a service, the staff member helping me showed me a nicer version of what I wanted and it was less expensive. I thought that showed true integrity.

New favorite nail salon. Of course they try to up-sell you, but service was great; the basic pedicure included hot stone leg massage. Clean and comfortable. Will go back.

I use to love coming here until James left then I went here March 6, 2018 to get my nails done Nails turned out wonderful but when I went to pay the man kept telling me my card declined but it didn’t cause I had money in my account and I showed him then he proceeded to tell me my chip was bad even tho the transactions went through several times ! So he kept removing money from my account and putting it back so finally he told me I owed him 8 dollars I paid it and left because I was really pissed off at this point. He took my name and number down so this morning he called me saying it only took 8 dollars out my account and I owe him 45 ! I feel like he’s trying to rip me off because he kept taking money out my account and reversing it back into it then taking it out again after he told me I paid and could go smh never again will I ever come back to this place again ! Bunch of RIP OFFS !

I think that they do not sterilize their tools. I had a manicure and after the lady was done she took the tools she used on me and put them right back in the bag. She then put the bag to the side for the next person.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The first time I went they put the tools back into the sterilization bags with out cleaning them and a year later (last week) to get SNS done. This time however, I had Mimi (also had her the first time) and when she soaked off my acrylics she put the acetone back into the bottle and placed the bottle back into the station. Not only are they not hygienic, but they are also rude. She nicked each of my fingers with the buffer machine thing. My nail beds are scuffed up and scabbed. Never have I ever had such a bad experience in a nail salon and been treated so poorly. I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone and I will not be going back.

Awful service. Woman kept stopping to get on her phone. I asked her to redo a nail she messed up and she wouldnt. So I walked out mid-manicure.. thats how awful!
