Price point was good (around $60 for both gel manicure and regular pedicure), generally clean and definitely polite service. However did not think final result on nails was the best Id ever had. Just not the nicest shape or smoothest paint job. No hard feelings but unlikely to return.

I was looking all over for a new nail salon and I decided to go here because everyone else was pack. I was trying to get pampered since It was my birthday but I didn’t feel welcome - the work that was done on me was rushed and painful when I got my feet done. My eyebrows were not waxed good and It felt rushed. I didn’t understand why everything was rushed when i was the only one there. I’m not trying to down the business but I feel like a better customer service and work was good for the $85 dollars that I spent. Plus I have gel on my fingers and it’s chipped not even five days later.

Received a gift certificate. Tried them. Excellent customer service. The best pedicure ever by operator whose name is We. Also got a full set nails. They listen to your requests. Will visit again. The shops name has changed to Beautiful Nails.

I believe the name changed to diamond nails but the same place. They charged me $40 for a full set and $40 my daughter’s manicure. The place was clean but! All the tools she use were not sanitized. It looked to be used several times without being cleaned. She didn’t use a nail dryer on me but nail spray to dry them and a fan. My daughter design was not great either but I did like my nails.

I soaked my nails off today to just wear my natural nail. I went to this shop before any the did great. But Little did I no there was new owner. Now they where very nice people but. I got there after 9am the door was still locked and the sign said open. So I just waited because the other shops did open until 11 in my area. So anyway the person who did my nails did speak English and my Nails look horrible!!!! Shape all messed up and I didn’t even get the design I ask for I was so annoyed I never even got my pedicure!!!!

I went to get a fill-in, Wendy said it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half. She gave me a free pedicure for having to wait. It was the best pedi I have ever had. The lady that did my nails did not use the electric file, she did it by hand. Ive been looking for someone that does it that way for a long time. They made you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door. I will be going back.

Didnt want to give a star. But this was the worst place ever. One of them didnt know my wife was from Venezuela and started speaking Spanish and disrespected her. It took the lady that was working on me to tell her that my wife understood what she said. My wife didnt even get an apology. I feel you guys should be more careful just because we dont look like we speak your language dont mean we do not know how to speak then my wife gave he a tip. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 We will not be going back.

I love this place I have been getting my nails done with them since they first open ! I have never had any problems and I’m always bringing new people who have never had problems! When I go in I just have to show a picture of what I want for the design and my nails come out perfect! Anytime my nails break or I mess them up they get refixed without hesitation!! They make me feel like family !! I’ve had the worse time recently trying to find another shop since they have been closed because no one in Richmond amounts to them !!

Mrs. Lee is very friendly and I came in for Pedicure and was seated immediately. Mr. Lee did a great job on my hands.

Did a very detailed job on my fill in today! I left with nails that I am happy to show off!!!

This was my first time visiting this salon and I will not be returning. I got a full set and it turned out HORRIBLE!!!! I had to go and have someone else fix their mess. So disappointed

They did the horrible job. All nails have different shapes. Too much filling anyone can see the bumps on my nails. I didn’t think I can go back there even I don’t want to recommend that place to anyone. Girl who did my nails I don’t think she knows how to do nails.

Lee is very professional and welcoming. The shop has a very intimate feeling. The price point is great! My only shop from now on!

Its a was good place.

My nails are amazing although they’re not shaped the way I wanted them....but the 3 star rating is because the woman cut 4 of my toes on one foot and 2 on the other and still proceeded to do my feet as if nothing was wrong and I was charged more than what I was originally told the price would be....it was my first time there but I probably won’t be back. The cuts she put on my toes hurt every time they touch water or rub against anything

Lee was very attentive, nail art/designs are beautiful. Inexpensive compared to shops I frequent in Short Pump & Iron bridge.Three weeks before needing a fill-in.Unfortunately, which Lee expressed upon me visiting, he is the only nail tech. Appointments are highly recommended!Overall, great service.

I love going to pamper myself at this nail salon very family oriented kid friendly however the owner and only nail tech create masterpieces at reasonable price’s must have Patience

First time going to them 2 weeks ago.. The people working are nice but the man(Think his name is Nick) didnt do too good on my nails. I want coffin nails and they all had different shapes; looking all crazy! Wont be going there anymore

Love it!! Small, quiet, and clean! Staff are very accomodating, friendly, and they pay attention detail. Its family-run, not a lot of workers so pack your patience....ITS WORTH YOUR WAIT!!

I LOVE Envy Lees Nail salon ! Ive gotten my nails (with acrylic) done twice so far with them & each time theyve done a great job ! I even recommended for my mother to go, because shes quite particular about who does her feet & she was more than satisfied with the colors, the atmosphere, the techs & of course how her pedicure came out. This is my favorite nail shop, & I will always come back !

I was recommended to try envy lee nails. But it was an awful, painful experience. Maybe she was having a bad day that day. Oh well, I will stick to who I normally go too. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Waited over an hour for a pedicure. Asked the lady if she knew how to cut to avoid ingrown nails and she said yes, but that wasnt true. She not only cut me till I bled but she still didnt remove the piece of toenail. She also didnt use any cuticle remover or softener and therefore nipped me multiple times and didnt even acknowledge much less apologize for it. I got no leg magsafe just done pull thrown in in haste and quickly wiped off. During the polish process she seemed annoyed and had the nerve to actually take a deep breath bc I wouldnt leave with the jacked up polish job shed given me. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but at the end of the day itd be much worse without customers providing your business. Ill never go back though!

Me, my sister, and my mother decided to treat ourselves for vacation. The deal we had was a full set of acrylics for 18$ (discounted). Great, right? Wrong. Got in at about 11:30 and didnt leave until 3 (there were 2 people working fingers).The guy working on me cut two of my fingers. There are bubbles, scrapes, smudges, and fibers in my nails. Fist guy was trying to make them perfect, but kept messing up, then the girl on toes tried and couldnt get them right, finally the other guy on nails finished them up.My sister had huge lumps in her acrylic (both my mother and my sister had the third person who worked on me). She told me that he even forgot to apply primer then redid them with. My mothers nails, bumpy and badly shapen.WILL NOT GO BACK!

**RANT***Had to come switch up my review so 9/14 was my second time at this shop maybe its the Artist the first time I got my nails done here they were soo perfect and yall even put them on the website and I even recommended. Yall on facebook but today was not it first of all I got a refill and the woman who applied my top coat was so sloppy and in a rush she literary just put it on any kid of way then put me under the heater shoving my hand in there like I was a bother to her. When the heater was done. I had bubbles that look like the nail polish was boiling under there. After that I didnt want to say anything I just wanted to go but the guy who actually did my refill noticed it and tryed to fix it. But he added another layer on top of the 2 he already but on so when I left my nails were dry so i go on about my day and literally hours after i got out the shop I wash my hands and the nail polish was pealing off like thick sludge. Im like wth next thing i know the 2 replacement he did ( right thumb and pointer) fell off... No i did not lift hit or remove them the simply decided they had enough and fell off... I will be calling tomarrow to make a complaint because my sisters nails were also botched and her toenails were cliped very low. Her Tech cut her with nail clipers spilled sanitation product everywhere and a few times slipped up and thew a buffer at her. Then tryed to parade us in hot cheetos and water like that was okay....ITS NOT AND STILL CHARGED US THE FULL $85. Envy lee I had to go to walmart and get press ons because thumb has been burnt and cut up this is horrible but the young lady that applies my top coat today should be fired all and all i can say the. 2 guys that were there tried help but she fd things up and when the tech comfronted her she came out the back with a mouth full of food yelling (in a foreign lang.) I felt as though my service was very impatient rushed annoyed and unprofessional. Someone Needs to email me asap Parkerwallacellc@gmail because we are owes at least and apology as good customer service would have been offer a discount or even offer to give a free refill or touch up not to give us 10 cent water and 50 cent bag of chips and still demand your $85 dollars

You may have to wait a minute but its been well worth the wait.

One nail popped off four days later! I was sick those days so I barely lifted a finger. There’s only two people working so the work is rushed!! Won’t be returning. SAVE YOUR MONEY
