I took my drone in with an estimated 1-2 week repair for failed gimble stabilization on a dji mavic pro. I’m highly impressed they didn’t even have it 24 hours I got a call the next morning saying it was ready. I couldnt believe it but sure enough it was fixed. Price was $80 lower than I was quoted so they got a nice tip and a good review. Thanks IRepairMD

Horrible! I gave iRepair MD my busted up drone to fix on Dec 16th 2020 and today (Feb 25th 2021) I get my drone back and nothing has been done to repair it. I would call and text about where is my drone, and I would get text from someone saying they could not get the parts from China like they expected, but after 2 full months, they could have ordered parts off of Amazon. Terrible customer service and basically I lost over 2 months of business with my drone to a couple of incompetent guys that obviously didnt know what they were doing. I definitely recommend if you need drone repair, look elsewhere!

Heavy damage on my on my phantom 4 pro sent in for repairs. Repairs completed. Got drone back. Im impressed with workmen shop. Its like new. Prices reasonable, turn around, reasonable. Would recommend for repairs to anyone. Enjoy and safe flying.

Sent my Mavic Pro in for a complicated repair to the forward sensors. iRepair MD was extremely responsive, and completed to repair as soon as parts were available. Good turnaround, excellent communication.

Buyer Beware! If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.  I Ordered the Arris Raptor Skid with Pontoon attachment on April 19, 2020 for  my Mavic 2 Pro and as of yet did not receive anything.  No response to my PayPal inquiry.  Generated a tracking number that hasnt been updated in over a week.  This is a scam artist at best.  At least have the decency to communicate to your consumers if there are any issues.  Thoroughly disappointed.  I will be filing a claim with PayPal to refund my purchase.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER IT IS!

I made an order online January 22 2020. After 10 days of no news about the item I ordered (on the site it was written processing )the man who answers the phone sent me a message saying the item was shipped. I asked the tracking, he never replied. As per now, February 10, I have no news of the item. I already opened a complain with paypal, if I do not receive news in one week I will ask paypal to refund me.

I’ve been dealing with this company for two months. They sent me junk. When my order arrived it literally broke just handling it. I reached out they said they’d send me a replacement. I’ve been waiting almost three weeks for them to send it. I’ve been in contact with the owner he refuses to answer me. Ive tried very hard to be reasonable but they won’t even respond now. Don’t buy from this place you’ll get screwed out of $120 for a junk piece of plastic.

I first heard about these guys on YouTube. Was looking for a how to video. DJI Phantom 4 Pro repair. The video was excellent. Step by step in depth.Well I needed to order parts for the repair. My first go to was Amazon. I placed an order for a Gimbal cable and Yaw Motor. Received and put both on using these guys video. Both parts bought on Amazon were no good. Proceeded to order same parts from a different supplier on Amazon with same results. I ended up calling these guys. We were able to go over what I was experiencing. Ended up purchasing my parts from these guys. Shipping was alittle delayed but as soon as parts came in I put them on. All my problems were gone, drone is working great! I give these guys a 5 stars because of quality parts and communication.

These guys were extremely helpful in getting my drone back up and running after my gimbal/camera was damaged in a flight. Their team is very knowledgeable about drones - over the phone they quickly understood my situation and exactly what parts I needed based on the issue and drone I owned. They are very competent with DJI products and have an excellent inventory (even when other places I called were out of stock). They have helpful how-to videos to do the repairs on your own, or you can mail the drone and get it serviced/repaired by them. The gentleman running the operation is extremely professional. I had a tight deadline for a client, and thanks to them I was able to get the parts I needed and get back up and flying quickly for my client. If you need parts, or repair services, dont look any further!

Unacceptable. Over several weeks, iRepair MD promised me a refund for a broken part and never issued this refund. I do not know why this company needs to scam customers for 15$. Reported them to Citizens Advice Bureau as well as Trading Standards. Wathana Prak even replied several times, without actually ever issuing the refund. No professionals.

Best Repair, 3 months warranty, repair Status on Facebook & great prices you really cant beat that.!!!
