My battery was replaced by a super helpful young lady and the phone was returned to me at the time it was promised, less than an hour. However, I see absolutely no difference in the new battery. Makes me wonder if it was actually replaced. The battery drained 10 percent in 15 minutes, when the phone was not in use. Update: after several full charges, the battery is doing better. Obviously replaced. Still not as powerful as I was hoping.

The actual repair it’s self was great. No complaints on the finished product. The only thing I think could use improvement, is the enthusiasm of the employees. Honestly, they acted as if they didn’t want to be there. The cashier was great. The repair employees were a difference story. Feet on the desk, kicked back on their phones. Hopefully it gets better! Overall the work was great. My phone looks brand new. As if it was never broken.

You were able to replace a battery pack the no longer was available from the manufacturer. Not only could you replace it, but you did it almost immediately.The person helping me was very friendly and helpful.

Fast and easy. These folks were calm cool and collected. Didn’t blink an eye when I showed them my shattered screen. Scheduled my appt online 30 minutes before and and saved $10 ! This is where I’ll be going next time. :)

The battery I needed for my 5-yo Tab-3 was not in stock, and had to be ordered. It was ready for installation as promised. BP installed the battery and a device I thought was dead came back to life! I was able to schedule an appointment within an hour and received a $10 discount for scheduling online. The Apple store would have charged me $170 just to replace the cracked screen. Batteries and more charged me $20 less to repair the screen and a new Otter Box.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with my iphone screen repair, however my phone was returned with significant loss of touchscreen functionality. There are all sorts of phantom movements on my screen, despite my phone having been in very good condition when I dropped it off. Would probably not go back.

Excellent service replacing phone front and back glass. It did take longer than planned, but staff was very professional and accommodating. Finished work was well done.

Screen repair was near perfect, but managed to crack tempered glass for my Samsung S9+ in front of my face. The tempered glass costed me $50, and I was offered a $10 discount for compensation.

Jason/Justin? was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and a very nice person to converse with. The job was done before it was scheduled to be done and I would definitely recommend going there.

I came in yesterday 9/13/18 to get my iPhone 7 screen replaced they replaced the screen but now the color looks all the way washed out and I have to have my brightness on 100% just to see my phone and the associate Hunter said it looks fine. To you maybe but now my phone looks like a old prepaid android Walmart phone and its going to kill my battery! The colors are not vivid at all!! You should disclose to customers that iPhone 7 screen replacement would look like this before they shell out $130 !! Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Apple store but I was impatient and didnt want to wait a week for an appointment. Terrible job, terrible service I would never recommend this bootleg service to anyone !

The team at this location was amazing! Especially Gensley! They were all attentive and knowledgable. The customer service was outstanding. I had broke the glass on my iPhone 6 just two days after I purchased it. It was on a Saturday. I needed to continue to do business with my phone. They promised me two hours, and they is exactly what they did. Phone was like new and is working perfectly. Thank you for taking sure great care of me!

I got my phone “fixed” here and had to take it back because it drops calls every since the worked on it. I was told to come back 5 times before someone would finally attempt to “fix” the phone. I had the screen replaced, a new battery and a charge port replaced. The lady that worked on my phone was the manager and she have me my phone back with a bent frame. Long story short. My phone still isn’t fixed and I spent 135 dollars

Polite and professional staff. Screen replacement was complete on a samsung s8. The only negative remark is the phone is not as secure as it was when I brought it in. The back and front were not tightly connected.

Incompetent! Went in for iPhone screen replacement. In doing the pre-repair check they guy put a gauge (straight edge) against the back of my phone, held it up to the light, and pronounced the phone as being bent. This means that the screen repair warranty would be void immediately, so if my phone malfunctioned immediately after the repair it would be my fault, not theirs. Their words.I clearly demonstrated that the iPhone 6 has slightly raised plastic trim between the main backplate and antenna plates (top and bottom) therefore a straight edge would obviously not sit perfectly flat against the back, causing a probably 2/1000 gap, and admitting a tiny passage of light. Nonetheless the guy proclaimed its bent to us. Too bad this one guy cannot meaningfully interact with a customer or interpret a simple test, and therefore lost $150 worth of business from me (I was going to get a new battery as well).PS: I took phone to another shop nearby (Cell Phone Technicians), had screen replaced, with warranty offered, list price slightly more but no extra charge, and the phone was confirmed not to be bent along the back as We Fix It/Batteries+ stated. A small dent on the top corner was repaired for free.

There were some logistic problems getting the battery but once they got it the assistant manager took over and replaced the battery in my Motorola Turbo 2 in about 1.5 hours. I should point out that Verizon would not do anything to repair this phone except sell me a new one for $756.00 when I paid $45.00 for my battery, at Batteries and Bulbs

NO repairs could be done at this time due to the fact that the battery could not be opened. Was told it was repaired and would cost $24 over the phone.

Verizon said we would need to replace the phone, dropped it off here and 1.5 hours later screen was replaced and phone was working as it should.

Prompt, courteous, competent and straight forward.
