Our countertops and backsplash have white spots everywhere (some pictures attached) it looks like someone used a paint brush. I can‘t stand the way it looks and no one from Fox Marble have bothered to come over and check it out. Even the owner Charley sent us an email stating that he was told that the quartz was fine and threatened us to put a lien on our house if we don’t pay the balance. Is this how this company conduct business by threatening customers? What is the reason to go to the showroom to pick the desired slab option and get a slab that does not represent what we picked? What is the point to sign and approved the actual layout option (that represents the actual image of our countertop and backsplash) that was sent to us via email by Mr. Gamble prior installation for our review and approval with NO white spots/marks? We have taken photos of 7 Cambria slabs as well as photos from the the actual layout and there are no white marks. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with their engineered quartz and especially with their lack of empathy and poor customer service. Since we were reasonable and tried to resolve this matter multiple times with Fox Marble and Cambria headquarters, we are getting legal council to fight back and we will submit a complaint to the CCC DA Office Consumer Protection (Civil) Unit for deceptive advertising as well as contacting the BBB.Do yourselves a huge favor and avoid this nightmare, DO NOT do any business with this company they lie so well in the beginning to get your money and once they get the 50% deposit, they don‘t care wether you are dissatisfied or disappointed.

I was so impressed by this company’s professionalism that it elevated my mood for the entire day. I benefitted from their knowledge, teamwork, problem solving skills, cooperation and attentiveness. They polished an old Corbusier marble table that had many water stains, resulting in a shine befitting a new table. What was most impressive was their dedication to achieve the best possible result. There was an unforeseen issue that Dan resolved the same morning with the help of two technicians. More companies should adopt this work ethic!

I called fox marble after another company failed me miserably from giving me quotes to actually talking to me, the guy here never gave me his name but he was able to place me on hold and give me a quote for the 2 slabs I needed. the price was a little more than the online prices I was seeing I will end up buying it here in Oct 2019

I was promised over and over that they would deliver counter top material for a kitchen remodel on a certain date. Ive remodeled three kitchens in 12 years and know how timing is everything. I asked the sales people about a delivery date so many times that I was embarrassed to ask just one more time. They said there was NO WAY anything could go wrong and that I need not worry. So when I got a note from my contractor that they hadnt delivered on the delivery date....They delivered about ten days late, which meant I lived without a functioning kitchen for four weeks. One message from them was about how they were going to expedite the process (!) and another asked if I had read the sales paperwork about possible delays in shipping (!!). Im still waiting to see a copy of that document.Take your business elsewhere.
