Had a toilet tank that cracked resulting in a lot of water damage and mold buildup in my mothers house- Service Master came out immediately to do the evaluation and estimate- sent it to our insurance company as well and took a lot of pictures. The cleanup was efficient thorough and Robbie who I dealed with was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

8 days later...and no estimate ready for the insurance company. We were told it would be done 5 days after accessing the damage. I called their office again (for the 4th time to check on it) and was told he was not in the office until Tuesday....and the conversation was left at that. Really???

Great job on cleaning up my water damage and making it look better than before.
