Worked with them about restoration after a major plumbing problem. Job was done very poorly and had to be redone later. The first contractor tried to blame it on foundation problems when in reality he just had no idea what he was doing. Problem was fixed months later but the job had to be outsourced to another company, we couldnt use our bathroom for several days during and had to find a place to stay. Whole thing could have been avoided with competent work the first time.

Chris Hill and the guys at Restoration 1 are incredible! Very responsive, trustworthy and do excellent work! No matter if you need remediation or restoration from fire, water or storm damage they have you covered! And once they get the damage cleaned up they can put it all back together! If I could get them 10 stars I would! Great customer experience and service! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else!

Chris with Restoration One was awesome to work with! We had a nightmare issue dealing with a wet crawlspace and constant changes made by buyers of our house. Chris was always easy to get a hold of and great to work with. He tried to address the problems adequately while providing the best value he could. Services were completed promptly and professionally. I can not recommend Chris and Restoration One highly enough. They provide customer service that every company should strive for!
