Definitely hustlers and weasels tried to tell me I didnt have a catalytic converter on my car when I put it on myself.. I went to AJs and got $340 after these people insulted me offering $200 and trying to lie... They showed up 3 days later after they told me theyd be there in an hour horrible people dont use them

Well..where do I start 1st off the driver was over 3 hours late to get my ol ladys car. Driver was unprofessional and lazy wasnt willing to help us move the car we had to use our own vehicle to move to other side of yard . ALSO was lied to about price and had to haggle to get close to originally agreed upon price...wouldnt recommend to my nephew to get his big wheel towed

They towed my car that broke down on my way to work. When after I got a rental and could go get some of the belongings i had in the vehicle out. They were stolen from the floor board and the trunk. The people in the shop said read the signs they are not responsible for missing item. The issue is I had never been to the shop. They said they dont have cameras but what kind of shop keeps people vehicles in a side lot if you really want to call it that and doesnt have some means of protecting customers vehicles or belongings. The Owner even cursed at me through text messages when I said i will be taking it to court over the negligence of this company and how they operate. With so many bad reviews basically saying how shady this company and all the others saying how completely professional they are I have an idea that the positive reviews are fake one has the owner name on the videos and the other has his last name. Several also have the similar grammatical errors.Be warned and go somewhere else. If anything I can say they are very unprofessional and sketchy. Will update after the possible litigation

I originally just wanted a tow to a mechanic shop but Speedy’s Towing & Repair said that they could give me a free quote on repairs and if it was not to my liking they would tow it at a discounted rate. I thought this was fair. Speedy not only gave me a very good price but also life time guarantee on parts and labor. They worked fast and were very friendly and personable. I would recommend these folks to everyone. I’ll definitely use them again. Thanks guys!

I was a little worried because who isn’t when they are dealing with getting their car fixed by someone unknown, but they were great. They were quick and fairly priced. Very busy place but they know their stuff. These guys can fix out fabricate anything. They have a buddy shop thats pretty good and just opened a transmission shop. Anything you need done on your car these guys can do it.

Very professional service the driver was on time and a very polite man, and they treated me with lots of respect.

So ALOT of fake reviews trying to push this shop out due to being the best prices in town. But believe me you should definitely call this shop. ANYTHING you need can be done here.

If I can give this place negative stars I would. How illegal is it to not ask someone for their ID when their car is towed, say the credit card machines are down and it’ll be $130 cash only, not give a receipt, not fill out any paperwork, and just let the person go to the car with out any identity!!??? This place is super ILLEGAL and sketchy. I will be reporting to the police and take this further, LEGALLY.

The tow was in February 2019. The driver was quick and nice. The reason I gave a three is that the receipt I received was just Square and my insurance company needed a real receipt for reimbursement. After multiple calls and texts and promises to have one provided, I never received it. I was told to drive all the way to Southside to get something in person. How about you provide customers with real receipts or send me a real receipt via email, text, fax, or mail like you promised? Yes, its July and never received anything.

Horrible service paid 2200 to get a transmission rebuilt and transmission started overheating they blamed it in the engine when clearly has nothing to do with the transmission overheating

This company is very unprofessional. The owner is very shady and has no respect for his customers. He only cares about the money. He doesnt honor warranty claims so if you have aftermarket warranty this is definitely not the place to go.

This business should change its name to Bait & Switch. I was quoted a price (over the phone) for an ignition repair, my bill was $200 more than the quoted price. The owner was racist and rude after my friend and I questioned the hand-written, generic invoice, (the extra charge for programming the key was never quoted), and a flat rate for labor was simply written without the actual time spent. This is a cash only business. Leave your credit/debit card at home. Ill write a letter to the BBB, the AG, and any other Commonwealth authority regarding our inability to leave even when we had the full payment in hand. This was the worse service all the way around. From management to mechanic. My first time using their services and I will never again. Lack of communication, over charged me, messed up two tires, left their dirty glove in my car, left a greasy hand print on the inside of my door, and hand prints all over my driver door. On top of it my car is now making a grinding noise that it never did before going to them. This shop displays no integrity and do not care about how they service and/or how they approach their paying customers. I have pictures and video of proof.

I would never take my car again to them they are some rip off people there and very nasty to the customers.
