They are the best company the nicest people and I could not believe how nice they were I would rate them on a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate them a 100 if it was not for this tow company I wouldnt be talking to you right now in that I was so sick and also three of my family members as we speak including my mother who is still on oxygen on from covid-19 and starting up my Ministry business has been a very big toll on me this company was called out to tow my car because the tags were up this company who towed my car when I got there to pick up my car they helped me I did not have the money for the spare tires I didnt have the money to even to get home can you imagine that they are very very very beautiful people for the people that had help take my car away turned out to be and will be friends for the rest of my life I dont forget nothing and they trusted me for tire till I get paid tonight at midnight how many people do that because it was such an emergency situation for me if they didnt help me I wouldnt be talking to you today lessons are always blessings thats why I am in Ministry and I must tell you they are very good people and and truly blessed to help somebody when we are all going through it together I was truly amazed at the service I got and the niceness of all the workers it was hard to believe they works for the tow company that took my car away because of the police told them to in any level bless them all Lord bless them all in all that they love I give them a 100 plus and they are all going to see the kingdom of heaven because they are beautiful people I say the song The Name of Jesus Christ amen from StreetWise Ministries

They moved my car around the corner and they broke my car front wheels. And the car dont go straight anymore. Luckly that I noticed before getting on the freeway. What would happen if I didnt noticed?. Make sure to hire professionals next time. Now I have to pay to get it fix. Just retrain your workers.

Friday night 6/26/20 in the dark hills of Fairfield Ca. I was rescued by Don And Joe from Freeman’s Tow service at 57 Parr blvd Richmond!! This car was for sure to be damaged when pulled out but these guys took their time, checking every angle when pulling out slowly and actually helped it from being damaged like we all thought it would be!! These guys are very professional!! I still drove away right after!! I couldn’t thank you guys enough !! But Thank you very very much !!

Great Customer Service very friendly and SUPER HELPFUL. She kept me updated on my vehicle and saved me a 2nd trip to Martinez I was able to get my vehicle the same Day.

We came to get our car - it was towed because it had been parked too long on a quiet street and we didnt know there was a regulation about that. After first paying the police $120 to release it, and then paying $175 for towing and $60/day storage, the car was brought to us by one of the people working there, and the whole driver side was scraped up and trashed. They said they knew nothing about it. But it is extremely unlikely it happened in a quiet neighborhood on a wide street.Update: The police report made when having the car towed, said the car was in good condition when towed, plus they police took pictures that showed the car was in good condition. All the damage resulted from being towed or stored at Freemans Tow Services.The whole side of the drivers side of the car was trashed and the front hubcap missing.

It was not easy to find and I was not sure where to park. The service was efficient and very helpful. Everything was still in the car just as it was when it was towed.

If I can give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worse tow service ever. They will overcharge you ridiculous amounts. It was 900 for them to tow my motorcycle and keep it in their yard for 3 days..... And I had to pay a after hour office fee which was never given to me in my quote when I called to pick up my vehicle. They said theyre open 24/7. Never mentioned any fees

Horrible people dont have any sense for other people who lost their car I paid $500 just to get my vehicle and on the phone to say this is going to be around 400 when I went there. Ask me that I have to pay 500 just to get my vehicle out of their yard. I think that theyre working with people who stole cars.

It’s already bad enough that your ripping us off for our car that we JUST finished paying off like 2 weeks ago. Not to mention we still have to pay the cops just to retrieve our belongings when nobody was charged with any crime. After all that you won’t even let us help our 65 year old mother empty the car out. Unbelievable! There are a ton of heavy tools and other bulky items that she should not have to be unloading solo. None if it is even her stuff, her son has had the car for over a year. We literally just got the car out of impound in another city earlier this month and it was not nearly as difficult or expensive, so clearly they are making it more difficult on purpose and for no reason. These people are DIRTBAGS! Just sayin.

If i could i would take that one star but becayse the owner seems to care ill leave it however your dispatcher has no skills to deal with the public and is making your bussines loss money and that spot you worked so hard to get i lived in richmond over 30 years and know your bussines to be one of the best at one point and today your secretary hung up on me twice i just need to know the charges to get my car out not a lecture on dmv paperwork my name is on the pink slip my name is registered with dmv so i dont understand what else i need to say to her since im the registered owner no one else to get the info i need and my car out if you read your feedback please help me here because obviously she cant and is not just me thanks a lot.

This is by far the worst tow company Ive ever been involved with. The woman who works at the front is EXTREMELY rude. I have no idea who why they ever hired her to work in customer service. The broke several things on my car (and denied it obviously). Not to mention they charged me a gate fee for simply being at the tow yard past 5pm. The actual gate fee law only requires you to pay a fee if you CLAIM your car after normal business hours not if youre on the property but they outright refused to let me get my car unless I paid the gate fee. If you can avoid being involved with these people save yourself. If you cant, at least avoid the woman at the front.

DO NOT HAVE THEM TOW YOUR MOTORCYCLE !! I got into minor accident with my motorcycle around 6pm. I picked up my motorcycle next day around 10:30am. It cost me $430!!! Not cheap.

Worst customer service ever the guy who drives the silver pickup truck is the owner and didnt want to deal with a customer who arrived five minutes till closing so he drives off in his truck and has the tow truck driver come who is an hour away and makes me pay the late fee for the gate ($125) what a scumbag and horrible customer service

It is the worst place you want to go.But apart from meeting people with a bad temper as discriminating and the worst thing that they steal things from your car ...My police report told me one thing and after going for my car I did not find everything I had ...😡😡😡😡
