My truck broke down next to the new Shell on HWY 25 this past Wednesday with my enclosed trailer attached. I was right in the middle of running my lawn service route when my F350 broke down. I called Davids wrecker and explained my predicament. The guy on the phone was very professional and had an driver out to me within 20 minutes. The driver done a great job loading my rig up and he even dropped me and my trailer off at my house. Got a call the next morning around 8:30am to let me know that it was in fact my alternator and they would have it ready to go by 1pm. I got my truck and trailer hauled, fixed, and on the road in less than 16 hours of my breakdown for less than anyone else in town would even fix the truck for!! I cant be more happy with my experience. Thank you guys so much for your help and prompt repair. Id give you 10 stars if I could. When the time comes that I need repair or wrecker service again, I know that you are going to be my one and only call. Thanks again

Broke the back window out while putting tires on my sisters suv bought a replacement that didnt fit. Once she complained about the window not closing and a gap they told her the window only broke because she didnt do maintenance on it they was doing her a favor by replacing it. The owner said he had already spoke to his attorney and gave his name ( he must need him often) and he said there was nothing she could do. No ones story matched what happened. Very unpleasant, and unprofessional would not recommend to anyone for anything. They claimed if she did normal maintenance on her back door it would not have broke and it was not thier responsible to fix the gap that was not there when she took it in or the fact that her window no longer shuts. Sunday evening picked up a screw passing thru a MVA. Called to get a tire plugged and they were there with in minutes, had it fixed in minutes! Thank you!

The young man who came to tow the car was very nice. He took his time and did a great job. I have used Davids before, and I will damn sure not hesitate to call them again.

I called Davids Wrecker for a short tow to a mechanic shop. The company was up front and reasonably priced. When I broke down and I got a guy named Eric that came out and helped me. Eric was super friendly, and he gave us advice as to what we could do and where we could go to get our vehicle issue resolved when everything was closed the day before a holiday. I was able to get the vehicle I came in up and running after the mechanic got me in the same day so I didnt have to rent a car and was able to keep moving. If you are in need of a tow definitely give them a call!

The driver delivered great service, was personable and friendly, and the price was fair. I hope to never need their services again (but when I invariably do, my first call will be to Davids)! Highly recommend.

Charged me $108 for both a thermostat and radiator cap for my truck, which I would have been better off getting the parts myself. They even lied and said they put antifreeze in when they actually didnt. The mechanic obviously doesnt know the difference between antifreeze and water because I had my water pump replaced several days later and the entire cooling system had water in it. So thats my first and last visit to this garage. Wont be back ever again.

Need better drivers..I pull out to get on main road and one of the drivers feel the need to not let me over and speeds up more. I don’t know them but maybe some one needs to have a drug test. Cause you about hit me and my kids in a car.

My boyfriend and I have an F-150 and took it here when the back passenger tire on the truck went flat, but it required us driving on the rim. As the staff knew because before and after they were done with putting on the new tire I asked if we should get a rim and both times they said no and that it would be fine. Lo and behold not even two full weeks later we have a flat tire again. I’m so angry because I KNEW we should have gotten one but we were assured we didn’t need the new rim too. Even if they didn’t have a rim or whatever the issue was- we could have bought elsewhere and still paid them to put it on if that was the case but I don’t know why they didn’t just put a new rim on. My boyfriend and I were assured though that everything would be fine. Now we have to buy another new tire and rim.So, we will be taking our business elsewhere.I also liked them and would have went back, but because of this it just seems we got cheated and I’m just so angry. I knew we should have gotten a rim too and we were assured it wasn’t needed. And now we will be out even more money and my boyfriend has to miss work. 😔Now I also want to be fair here and say I don’t think it was the owner who told us not to get the rim and I don’t remember the name of the employee who worked on our truck but he said our rim was fine and that the tire would last forever.So, again, I’m just really upset because this whole situation could have been avoided and my boyfriend is missing work because of it. It isn’t a situation we needed to be in right now.

I believe his name is Matt but he hauled my vehicle for me awhile back after I had called several other places and Davids was the only place that didnt charge an arm and leg. The guy is very respectful and was so pleasant when I was down in a slump.That guy definitely deserves some type of reward, he was telling me how much he works and honestly its hard to find people like that these days. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. It is never a pleasant experience to have your car towed, but when it happens you hope you can trust the company. That was not the case. When I called I was told it was after hours and it would be more expensive - despite their “24/7” hours. I asked if I would be able to inspect my car and the man laughed at me and told me my car was “plenty damaged before” despite it only having a few minor scratches. I am willing to pay for my negligence but not someone else’s and I reserve the right to inspect my car. Then when I went to ask what their true hours were I was hung up on while the employee laughed. I called back and was told I HAD to bring cash. Why would a reputable company only accept cash payment???

I have needed them several times. Each time prompt friendly and reasonable. I will use no one else while I live close.

Had a water pump and power steering pump replaced there, and same day still had some issues with power steering took it back and they fixed it at no charge. Prices on parts and labor are very reasonable. This is fourth time Ive used them and the only place I will take my car. Thanks 👍

They did an unauthorized tow of my daughters vehicle stating that some random guy told them my daughter said they could take it. They did not report they had it for 23 days. The vehicle was reported stolen to insurance and the police. After they found out the vehicle didn’t have a lien on it they them reported they had it and demanded my daughter pay them almost 1000 dollars for tow and storage fees. Even threatened her saying they would tell the police she had liquor in the car. To top it all off they popped the door open ransacked her car and stole shoes, clothes, and a backpack. Absolute crooks. Pending legal action against them. Stay away from them.

Always been very helpful, although at times they have been swamped with vehicles that need worked on so it may take them a minute to work on yours when you take it to them, Ive NEVER had any problems with any of my vehicles that they have done work on once I got it back from their garage.

Davids was called because the doucher across the street from where I live decided to have my car towed because it was in his lot THAT HAS 0 NO PARKING SIGNS. Oh well, you live and you learn.I ended up with a $155 bill due to towing fees, hook up fees (giggity) and storage fees although it was only on the lot for maybe a good 5 minutes. But shout out to Davids because they knocked off $5. So I only had to end up paying $150.Hopefully no damage was done to my car when they were loading it because its lowered. We will see.Anyway, thanks Davids for saving me five dollars.

After the truck was being scratched by the dead tree, the tow guy finally decides to place the tow hook on the other side of the truck. After suffering serious scratches from taillight to headlight, I gave the owner a call and calmly and politely told him the situation. He immediately became hostile, threatened me, and hung up. Luckily for them, my windshield was covered in mud so my dash cam didn’t capture the ordeal or I would be filing a lawsuit. Never doing business with you all and highly recommend no one else does in the event something goes wrong.

I have roadside assistance thru ATT. Today I called them for a tow for my truck. They dispatched Davids Wrecking Service and told me it would be 25 to 30 minutes before they arrived. He was there in 9 minutes. He was very efficient, very polite and from his arrival to delivery of my vehicle to the mechanic was less that 45 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend them!
