Stacy from Chatham Cab was great. We were new to visiting Hilton Head with a flight arriving late at night. We scheduled a taxi in advance since we traveled with our three children and didnt want to delay in getting to our destination. Stacy was on time with a sign for us and easy to find! He was also a very safe driver. And he was very personable. We booked Stacy for our return trip to the airport. He made traveling a better experience!

Highly recommend utilizing this cab service. There are a few reasons.1st because the prices stay consistent throughout the day. Meaning I used this company on St. Patricks day to get into downtown around noon. (There was a higher fee than normal because holiday weekend totally expected). When I used the company to get back at around 1 am the fare was the same exact rate! I checked with uber and lyft before hand and their rate was over $150 for a 15 minute drive.Another reason I would recommend Chatham Cab is because the driver we got both times was the owner. And he is EXTREMELY friendly. He was super helpful giving us tips on where to go and what to see. He also was just overall nice! If you want a quiet ride and to be left alone he will provide that. But if you want to chat he will definitely talk with you!!It was a great experience and is a company I am happy to give my business to. Much better than the other ride apps out there!

Chatham Cab is our only cab choice in Savannah. They are prompt, courteous and friendly. We use them regularly for airport transfers to our sons home in downtown. He is a SCAD student and loves having a regular cab service to greet him at the airport. They take cash, debit and credit. No complaints!

I took a chance after one company never came yesterday, I had to cancel my M.D.s appointment this morning,because I had not been able to pick up my car. I ordered the cab last night and Chatham Cab Co. is now my Taxi of Choice. Michelle picked me up right on time and was a delight to travel with! I will call them whenever I need a cab!

Needed to arrange cab ride day ahead of my 3am next day ride to Amtrak Train Station to pick up a vehicle in Tampa..and at 3am sharp the friendly Co-Owner of Chatham Cab (Michelle) was in front of my Savannah residence with lights on & trunk open for my luggage! WoW!

Im a concierge in downtown Savannah and I use this company for everything! I probably call them about 5 times daily and they are always on time, if not early. The cars are clean, the rates are fair, and their drivers are wonderful people. I highly recommend these guys!

As a hotel concierge I frequently get taxi requests from guests.....Chatham Cab is my go to number 1 choice. Stacy and the rest of the crew are extremely reliable, courteous, and I NEVER have a concern that guests will receive less than second to none service.

I had a delay in Savannah, GA and had to stay over. The airline provide me a cab voucher to go downtown. when I contacted Chatman Cab, the rudest female answered the phone and simply stated she didnt accept vouchers from the airline, she became argumentative, and I hung up on her due to her being belligerent.She then started to text me numerous times.For your safety Highway highly recommend you utilizing another cab company or Uber because if shes this rude between the text messages and the phone calls Can Only Imagine how she drives and treats the passengers.

I called at 2pm they said a cab was coming in 45minutes they never called back or showed up. I walked to work and I was 1hr late thanks to them.
