Wow! I am super impressed. We got a nail in our tire driving north on i95 and called to see if they could help us. We felt immediately rescued by the man on the phone. They did not have the tire in stock but offered to drive to pick one up and replace it. The waiting area was super clean, welcoming, and well stocked with anything and everything you could need. They replaced the tire in 1 hour. Super impressed and grateful!!

The experience was wonderful! They were very welcoming and they did a great job. They plugged the hole in our tire in no time flat. (No pun intended 😂)

I am a very happy customer! I needed my windshield wiper to be fixed and In no time at all, I was out of their shop and the problem was fixed at a reasonable rate! Love their cute dog name Jack. The cleanest repair shop I have ever been to. Convenient location, just off exit 90, about 1/10 of a mile behind Shell Gas Station. I would definitely recommend.

Know how after you find a barber that you love, and then absolutely refuse to go anywhere else? This shop is like that.I had a flat tire that needed replaced. After a short phone call, they drove out about 20 minutes to pick up a new one for me. By the time I got there to have it put on, I was in and out in 10 minutes.The best service, price, and friendliness I have ever had with a mechanic.

Best mechanic EVER... We got a flat tire at the gas station up the road on our way from VA to fl, at 5pm. AAA couldnt find anyone to get to us quickly enough to make it to a shop before they all closed. I called this shop directly, and he drove up to the gas station, took my tire back to his shop, mounted it on my rim, brought it back & mounted it onto my car, all for an extremely reasonable price. He was an absolute lifesaver, as we could not afford any setbacks on this trip. These are the types of mechanics to pour support into. Highly recommended!

Good folks, honest about the repairs and the price and theyve been very good about getting us in as quickly as possible. Also, when something is outside of the scope of what they feel capable of they recommend other better resources for those repairs. Theyve been very helpful.

Awesome! My wife, 10 month old and myself were on a trip to Disney when our tire blew out. Within 15 minutes Pat and his team had the car on their lift and on the way to their shop. Ricky was extremely friendly when he arrived at our location. Very clean waiting room and restroom. BTW we are still waiting 2 hours later for AAA to pick us up. Highly recommend this place if you are in an emergency or a local needing work on your vehicle.Thank you!!

The Owner was extremely helpful! He was even nice to my kids. I had an alignment done and my car ran soooo smooth after he had it. We have an 8 year old Ford Fusion.

I’d like to start by saying I’m from Massachusetts not a local. I was traveling through ga on 95 hit a big bump in my truck hauling my camper and heard something come apart . I immediately pulled off the high way and started googling repair shops I called two shops who both said no it was too late in the day and they were too busy. I found pat at wheels number called explained the situation to him he said” bring it down I can’t promise you anything but we’ll taje a look. I found his shop pulled in he immediately greeted me asked me some questions drove the truck felt the problem and put it on his lift. He had my son and I sit in his waiting room . Within ten minutes he found the problem called the dealership but the part was a day away. He said let me see what I can do to get you going . Two hours later truck was fixed he ordered the new part to ship to me and the price was very very fair. To sum it up if I lived in in Richmond hill he would be my one and only mechanic.100%

Wow where do I start, I got my tires put on my car in Hinesville. However the place doesn’t do alignments. I googled places and I came upon Wheel Autoworks. I called Friday and spoke to a gentleman and he said to come on down and he’d try and fit me in the following day. The very next day I ran into a few issues which held me up, I called and spoke to Pat. He was very polite and informed me it was ok and he’d still fit me in. I ended up being almost an hour in a half late. Again Pat was very professional and took my information down and showed me the waiting area. An hour later my alignment was complete and Pat sat me down and explained my alignment before they did it and after it was completed. I truly appreciate Pat and his team. He definitely earned my business to include this five star rating.

These folks are great. I damaged a tire and rim on road debris on my Toyota Camry while way from NC to southern FL at 6 PM on a Thursday. We could find no tire/repair shop open after calling anyone we could find on the web. As we limped along on the doughnut spare on I-95, I saw Wheels Autoworks from the road with a garage door open and someone working on a car at about 6:45 PM. We immediately went to this shop.There I met Ricky. After stating the problem and asking if there was anything they could do to assist, a wheel and tire were found at a very reasonable price in their storage area. We were treated very nicely, the transaction was completed, tire/rim put on the car and we were back on our way to southern FL, all in less than an hour.I highly recommend the nice folks at Wheels Autoworks.

We were driving from North Carolina down to South Florida. We pulled into Richmond Hill, GA to stay overnight on our trip. While driving to the hotel our check engine light went on. I spent most of the night searching the web for an auto repair shop in the area that had a good reputation. I came up with a couple of places. In the morning we headed out to the closest garage. There were we told it would be a 2-3 hour wait until they could get to the job. And that the cost would be $90.00 We could not wait around for that long, and my husband said it seemed like a very expensive fee for simply hooking the car up to the computer and reading the code. So off we went to the next closet repair shop (Wheels Autoworks) and were very lucky to come across Pat Beswick (Owner/Lead technician) of Wheels Autoworks. Pat immediately diagnosed the problem. It seems that when we last filled up with gas the cap didnt seal tight and set off the check engine light. He cleared the code, double-checked the gas cap and sent us on our way in less than 15 minutes! AND he amazingly did not charge us at all!! Pat said to just have a good, safe rest of our trip. We could not believe his kindness. He is obviously a man of greathonesty and integrity. We highly recommend Pat and Wheels Autoworks. He will take care of you fairly and most certainly deserves the reputation he has. Thanks Pat, we will never forget your outstanding service and generosity.

I recently purchased a refurbished vehicle from Pat at Wheels Autoworks for my business and couldnt be happier. Good people...Good company...

We were on a road trip from VA to FL and blew out a tire in northern SC. After spending the night in a motel and getting the tire replaced we started heading south on I95. Within 20 minutes we started hearing a really concerning (and loud) noise whenever going over bumps. The guys at Wheels Autoworks fit us in 30 minutes before closing. They found and fixed the problem, and tie strapped an unrelated shield that was loose under the car. I cant say enough good things.

I brought my wifes VW Jetta here to have her a/c looked at. It didnt blow any cold air and the vent only worked on the highest setting ( a problem she had 4 months ago in another state). I told them what we had fixed and he said that our car would be next (we didnt have an appointment). Sure enough they started on our car immediately and discovered an issue, but they didnt stop there. They checked the entire a/c and vent system to make sure there wasnt another issue sine this was the second time this happened. Once i was informed on the issue they tracked down the part they needed and since I was on a tight time frame they personally drove and picked up the part and installed it all while I was in there air conditioned waiting office with a TV and couch (always a plus in hot summer Georgia). Turns out the old part installed 4 months ago (from a different repair shop) was an aftermarket part and this brand new part from VW cost us over $60 less.I would recommend going to them, they are fast and good to work with.
