Very pleased with my experience at Savannah Tire in Richmond Hill! The gentleman working the customer service desk was AMAZING! He was incredibly helpful...from setting my appointment up to taking care of all the paperwork and even cracking a few jokes in-between! I had an oil change and a tire rotation which was completed in under 2 hours. Highly recommend. Planning on returning soon to have my carbon air filter changed!

We were traveling south with our toy hauler when we realized one of our truck tires needed to be replaced. Went to Mavis Tires and they had the tire we needed. Within an hour we had two new rear Cooper tires. The guys were very helpful, quick to please and saved our trip.

Time is valuable and important. When it came to MAVIS. They were understanding and accommodated me. I walked in their location in Richmond Hill GA and immediately helped me. Gave me many options and advice to meet my needs on new tires. I knew they would have to order them. He assured me they would have them the next day. I dropped my truck off and a few hours later called me and told me it was completed. The best part is they called me when they were halfway done to inform me they were half way done. Which is unheard of. I was overwhelmingly satisfied with their professionalism, time management, and customer service. At other Savannah Tire locations, I had okay experiences. But the customer service at the Savannah Tire in Richmond Hill was truly customer-centered and sincere. Taylor at the front desk immediately went to check if my flat tire could be salvaged before jumping to the option to up-sell me. In a world where bottom lines trump peoples needs, this act of kindness coupled with professionalism was not lost on me. It saved me so much and Taylor prioritized making sure I knew how to set myself up for expenses and safety for future maintenance appointments. Customer service done right. For these reasons, I highly recommend them!

The folks at Mavis/Savannah Tire are phenomenal. I came in to get a front tire and found out I needed 2 new tires and a wheel alignment. Adrian the front associate was patient and helped me out with my needs and Taylor the Manager recommended I get the traction control tires. He was right, the tires are amazing, feels like I’m hugging the road. Kudos to the team over at Mavis/Savannah Tire. When you stop in ask for Taylor or Adrian.

Amazing! On our way from NY our tire needed some help. They didnt have time since they were so busy and short staffed. But once my boyfriend explained we knew the problem and we had the tire off he helped us right out. The tech did an amazing job and I cant recommend this shop enough.

From the time I walked in I felt welcomed, heard, and like I could trust them. I would highly recommend using them for your car or tire troubles. Was driving today and someone dropped half a cinder block on the highway. I ended up straddling it unfortunately. I took it to Savannah Tire in Richmond Hill and ask them if they could put it on a lift and check for damage. They immediately took my car into the shop and put it on a lift to check. After their tech looked it over they had me to come out so I could take a look as well. Luckily nothing was wrong and I was good to go. The manager, the staff up front, and the tech went out of there way to get my car in so fast and I appreciated that very much. When they were finished I offered to pay them something for putting the car on the lift, but they refused. They said they were just happy to be able to help and that nothing was damaged.I have used them since moving here in 2014 and this is the type of service I have always had and know I can expect. Never have they tried to take advantage of me which is rare in the field sometimes. If you have any automotive needs give them the chance, I don’t think you will regret it.Shane

Their service was phenomenal I came in when they first opened and they took me in with no hesitation i didn’t have to wait at all and the gentleman was very polite, he was straight to the point he fixed my problem and recommended other things to help with any further situations that I may have on the stuff that I didn’t get fixed today I highly recommend

Today, I showed up for my appointment as scheduled to only find out from Thomas that the ticket has been closed out and no record of my tires being ordered. Oh yeah, by the way, I had you guys install 4 tires yesterday for me. I made both appointments on Monday. I’m very upset because I had to leave work today and then have someone follow me to give me a ride back to work. I called your location and set up this appointment. I did not call a “call center” as Thomas, your sales associate, claimed that I did. This is bad business! I called the corporate phone number and as expected, nobody called me back.

They claimed they couldnt fix my power steering because it was electrical assisted. The vehicle takes power steering fluid, making it hydraulic, not electrical. After telling them this, they said that they could not find the part. 30 seconds later I found the part at autozone in stock, right across the street. Will never return.

Had 2 tires put on, and felt I had some balance issues after. I come back the next day they take a look at them hassle free. There was no issue. Instead they found an issue with a bad rear tire. Going above and beyond is what makes this a shop I recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Leah, who I guess does not work at this particular location regularly was phenomenal. I will give them that. Her customer service is top notch. However, last week I called in and let them know I was coming in around 10am to get an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2 hrs, with my car pulled into the shop, I walked to the counter to see how much longer, as I had to leave for work. I was informed that they had not started on my car yet. Ms. Leah offered me half off of my services I came in for if I came back the next morning. I return the next morning, and the oil change was performed. I was under the impression that the tire rotation was as well. Well they claimed I also have my rear shocks, brakes, etc going bad on my car which was going to be an additional $850. I decided to take my car to another shop to see if this was the case. Well at the new shop today I find that I paid for tire rotation and they were not rotated. So I call in to talk to Ms. Leah again today to inform her, and she wasnt working but the assistant manager was, she offered for me to come in today or tomorrow for the rotation, she wasnt even phased, and she spoke to me as if I were the inconvenience to her that this happened and basically spoke to me as if I was not truthful.This will be the THIRD time in a week to have services done. Moral of the story, save your time and money.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They use a 3rd party call center and have no idea what the store is doing. I called and was quoted a price for a specific tire and was told they could get me in right away. Drove 20 miles out of my way to this location and they had no clue what I was talking about. I called the phone number back on speaker as I was standing in front of manager and was told by the call center everything was correct. The manager heard this but said they didn’t have it but had a tire that was $70 more and I could take it or leave it.I left it and went to Discount Tire in Savannah where they took excellent care of me.

Had to spend an unplanned night in the area do to a tire issue. Got set up with new tires and an alignment. Great service from Taylor. Highly recommended!

As someone who has over 30 years of automotive experience this was the worse customer service experience I have ever seen or experienced. After having 2 wheel studs snap on the highway we called and set up an appointment and received a confirmation # and email. When we arrived Thomas refused to honor our appointment. After several calls another gentleman came out to look at the Jeep. It was a pretty obvious issue but he found the need to tell us we should visit one of the local dealerships and trade our Jeep in. Once they did look at it,and it did just need 2 studs and nuts,they couldnt find the parts.I quickly called a few local parts store who had easy access to the parts. I would not allow this shop an opportunity to ever work on my vehicle.

Michael and Albert were great. The customer service was excellent! They did not try to oversell me and were respectful of my time. It was a very pleasant experience and Albert has a funny spirit about him. The price of my tire was very reasonable as well.

Thomas who works there was very helpful. Courteous even when dealing with very aggressive customers. I work a customer service job so I understand people taking their frustrations out on the workers. He handled himself well. All the staff is amazing truly. Will be coming back when i have any problems.

The front desk attendent Thomas took great care of me, the mechanic Calvin showed me around my car and told me how he would replace my bent lower control arm. Even with the part on order they still are going to get it done in 1 day. great service and great people.

Very nice and welcome people and atmosphere. They are quick and prioritize you. I had my tires blown out on i95 20 miles away while driving 900 miles to NJ, and they took me right away and were able to help me as best as possible. Great place!

This place is super super wonderful & helpful!!! we we’re driving to Miami and we had some car issues. We couldn’t find anywhere open and willing to take us until we came across this place and long behold, they were from jersey just like us! They did everything they can to find us a part for the Subaru as fast as possible. The part wouldn’t come in until the next day so they said they would do the work first in the morning. Not only did they do exactly that, but they gave us a coupon to waffle house and a discount on the labor.The staff was so helpful, so genuine, & so accommodating.Thank you!!!

Dropped a lot on complete break job, rotors, pads, calipers, break flush and told them to rotate tires which they did not due. Took it the next day after I called them and was told to bring in, waited one and half hours and finally told them to forget it. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.The corporate Office sent the standard reply to call them to get more feedback. Tried the number they left and no one answered after 10 rings. Par for the course i suppose. Do not take your vehicle to this establishment

I came in on a Friday mid-day to get two new tires put on my car that I brought with me. I was told the price but that they were too busy that day and I needed to make an appointment. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 8am right when they open. I show up at 8am Tuesday and am told that they can do it but I wont get my car back until the end of the day. I thought they were kidding but no. They couldnt complete a 45 minute tire mount and balance with an appointment booked in advance. I will nevwr come back to Savannah Tire and you shouldnt either. They were also rude about it. I would rate zero stars but I cant. STAY AWAY!!!

I took my truck in November to get Freon because the air condition was not working. They put a dye in The system so if there is a leak they can find the leak. They also put more Freon where it belongs. In March I no longer had air condition in my truck. I took it back to Savannah tire so they could try to find a leak from the dye. They said they could not find the leak and that the engine had all kinds of crevices where they couldn’t follow the line totally. So I took it to JC Lewis Ford in Hinesville for them to look at the truck. When the mechanic there used the ultraviolet light to try to find the die, apparently Savannah tire NEVER put the dye into the system. They charged me to put dye in the system but they did NOT put the dye in the system. This is thievery and absolutely the wrong kind of service to give to customers.
