Great service all in all. Even though I did have to drop my car off and leave it overnight, they were pretty quick ( I had called ahead though, to make sure they had the part in), but the work was done pretty quickly and in a timely manner. Although I definitely would NOT recommend leaving your vehicle overnight if it can be avoided because for one, my car was NOT locked (probably not during the night time when the shop was closed either( plus my car had a pretty sizable scrap and dent on the back where someone had backed into my car. Also, if this DOES happen to you, DONT expect any help or even acknowledgment from the manager or owner either. All I got in response was a, it was in the parking lot all day and night. What do you expect? This IS A repair shop after all. And with no other acknowledgment or even appology, a what am I supposed to do about it? I dont know who hit it...Uh, how about a discount or maybe even an acknowledgement and an apology AT LEAST...Although this happened 1 1/2-2 yrs ago, I doubt much has changed. Personally, I Would not recommend them UNLESS youre in a situation where you have NO OTHER choice or its something that can be done the same day and youre going to be there the whole time and able to keep an eye on your vehicle and DEFINITELY DONT leave anything important or valuable in it because mine was there overnight and I know for a fact that they did NOT lock it- like they said they would.Trust me: quick, easy and cheaper is NOT always better.

Cold, rainy weather is no time to have a leaking tire. My wife stopped in at Harrisons Tire and they waisted no time in getting her SUV back to look at it. They found a drywall screw and made repairs in less then 30 mins. Thats outstanding service, especially in this day and time.Thank goodness we dont live in California. We would have had to get 9 permits, have 4 board meetings, stage a 7 day sit-in protest to make sure the rubber in the tire patch did not alter the migration patterns of the sea slug in the Bering Sea.Great Job Guys!

I have used the shop a few times because it is located directly across the street from my work. It’s completely convenient to drop it off before work and then walk across the street and then when I get off it’s ready. They have always been honest knowledgeable, and extremely fair with their pricing. I would recommend this shop for car repairs in Richmond Hill.

Had a nail in my tire and called him. He kept the car for a couple of hours because they were busy but had it repaired and checked the other tires by closing. Great job.

They threw on a tire they clearly couldn’t sell to anyone else and made $175.On 11/15 I went to Harrison’s to see if my tire could be repaired, after being informed it could not be repaired Harrison’s gave us two options regarding a new tire. Option A: the exact same tire we had on the vehicle for $275 ...or option B: for $175 and in their words you would not be able to notice it’s a different tire and the tread count is the same however the warranty is actually 65k miles vs. 60k miles compared to what we have in the vehicle.Well we ordered the $100 less tire taking their word for it that it would be very similar and you wouldn’t be able to notice the difference unless you looked for it. Then 10 minutes before they closed they changed the tire. Let me remind you it was raining and already dark and they were closing up their shop. My husband then drove off. When he got home I immediately noticed the tire looked extremely cheap and completely different as to what was originally on there. When we called first thing Monday morning when they reopened again they told us there’s nothing they can do because my husband drove off. Therefore we are extremely upset with how they handled the situation and we feel like we were lied to and deceived. We drove exactly 10 miles from the shop- home and the car was not driven all weekend and they still won’t take the tire back or own up to what they advised the tire was and clearly wasn’t. I will not be returning to this business ever.

Whenever they installed the rubber shroud that covers the steering hydraulic arm, it was installed all crinkled and twisted up. Now because of that that rubber piece is all shredded up and now my Hydraulics is exposed to the dirt and rain that I am driving in. Now I have to get this piece redone to fix what they didnt do right to begin with. If everything goes right from their services you are good. But if anything goes wrong youll see nothing but them waving goodbye after theyve taken your money

When I was deployed my wife went there with our car, they could easily overcharged her and come out with some additional staff like 99% other auto shops would do. They give her best price in all shops she went and they fix it within one day. Since then we always taking our cars to fix there. It starts with Great people. His name is Nick! Heres the story...My mom broke down just off the exit 2 miles from the shop and over 300 miles from home in NC in her small RV. I spoke with Nick who was very professional and polite when he answered the phone. It was almost 3pm when I called and he explained they were completely booked solid for the day and he would get to her RV first thing in the AM. Long story short, he was very understanding of my mothers situation and would do what he could to take care of her. He was very honest it did not over promise any services. I felt he went above and beyond by getting her RV issues resolved quickly and without taking advantage of a situation where he could have charged a lot more money for. In summary, take your automotive needs to Harrisons. You will get PROFESSIONAL, HONEST and FRIENDLY service without the high cost of some other shops.

As the owner of Harrisons Tire i am concerned when a valuable customer gives a negative review. I saw where Mr. Allen said we just stuck a plug in his tire. That is partially true. We offer two different types of tire repairs at our shop. We offer a Vulcanizing Patch Plug on the larger holes and on the smaller holes we perform a plug that in inserted from the outside first and then we remove the tire from the rim to inspect the tire for any internal damage to the tire and if there is no damage, we apply a sealant to the inside of the tire at the area that we inserted the plug to seal and fill the puncture for added protection and a more thorough repair . As for it taking 8 hours, I am sorry for the inconvenience, but we are a very busy shop and we take our customers on a First Come, First Serve Basis.

All work was done to acceptable quality standards. Their reluctance to do older cars is a problem for me.Their courtesy and customer focus is excellent.Price is fair market value. Good work, and good $ value. They could use a better tire balancer. .

Best service in the Coastal Empire. Took my vehicle to a different tire service company in town for an oil change and received a quote for over $3000 including everything from shock replacement to new tires. Took the same vehicle to Nick and Mark the very next day and had the necessary work done for less than $400. There may be a wait some times, but there is a reason their lot is always FULL. Expect nothing but the best from the guys at Harrisons.

A few days ago, I called early in the morning for a tire for my MINI. Of course, being a MINI, my size tire wasnt available and it would take a few hours for them to get it. Without the option of dropping it off and coming back later, I waited in the lobby and only fell asleep a few times lolAnyways, once the tire was there, they called me up and as I handed the keys, I just made a quick joke that the power steering was shot, so good luck with that. When all was said and done and I got on my car to leave, I couldnt help but notice that not only do I have a new (and amazingly inexpensive tire), but I also have a much lighter turn on my wheels. Throughout the day I felt that my car was driving extremely well and so much easier than it had before I got there.Came to realize that they topped off my power steering fluid without even telling me, which was a great blessing and huge load off my back and my arms. I highly recommend to go get your tires fixed here. I will definitely come back when I need them again, hopefully in a better car next time.Thank you!!

Worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere. Nick was very short and rude to me on the phone when I inquired about having some tires mounted, but I decided to give them a shot anyway. Definitely a mistake. The place is unmarked with zero signage, attached to a sketchy gas station, that without asking someone you would never know existed. More importantly, the older gentleman was condescending to me when I walked in and asked about service, and when I met this Nick face-to-face he was even more rude in person than over the phone. First time I ever have declined service somewhere simply because their customer service was so bad. Also, dont bother making an appointment, they dont take them and seem to get ticked off when you inquire about one. I have no idea how this place has good reviews when you cant even get past the attitude of the personnel. Apparently they won some awards back in 2011 and 2012, but clearly there is a reason they arent winning them in 2018.

I have been going there for about a year right as I moved here and they are the fastest repairs I have seen they can help you with every little thing and they have the best prices all over Savannah-Richmond hill areas I %100 recommend

This morning my friend was traveling through Georgia on her way to Florida, with her three children, unfortunately this single mothers circumstances caused her to have to relocate quickly. The problem was her back tires, one was a doughnut, the other already split all the way around. After stopping at a few places wasting gas she needed and time she needed these places average asking price was around three hundred bucks. So I did a little search in the area she was in and found Harrisons Tire & Service Center, gave them a call and not only were they able to locate the tires she needed in their used inventory, but also quoted the total with putting the tires on the rim and on the car at a fraction of the price. Could not have asked for better, thank-you, and I recommend Harrisons when youre in a jimmy any day.

I brought a tire in to get fixed and after having it for 8 hours I picked it up and for 20 bucks all the did was stuck a plug in it. If thats how I wanted it fixed,I could have done it in 5 minutes myself by going to the auto part store. Very disappointed.

I cant say enough good things about this company. I was traveling from Florida to NY and had just had my front brakes done the day before. I found myself in Georgia with some awful noises coming from my brakes. I took the first exit and came to Harrisons. They immediately looked at my car, found the problem, and fixed it in 20 minutes. PLUS they did it all for free and sent me on my way. Honest and accommodating company, I highly recommend them.

I had a bad experience at Harrisons Tire & Service Center. I brought my car to get an estimate for a front end alignment, it took 8 hours for the mechanic there to check it out! Thats crazy, they never called me to let me know when to pick up my car!! I had to call them twice!! When I spoke to the guy who answered my call..he was very rude and short with me..saying maam we know how long we have had your car here..ok? Thats not very professional customer service or manners. I went to get my car..Harrisons told me they havent wrote me an estimate yet, I asked them why not..you had my car here for over 8 hours?? The clown said..well have to call you when its wrote up..were too busy right now to do it..ok?? I was very upset..that was 7 days ago..Harrisons Tire & Service Center hasnt called me to this day for my estimate cost for a front end alignment..plus they are closed on Saturdays!! They are liars!! I have been taking me vehicles to Harrisons for years. They research even the toughest of problems with a vehicle and repair it at a fair price. This is a company you can trust to do a great job for you!

Brought a jeep in wanted to get the carburetor rebuilt so I thought. When I got the jeep back 10 days later it was missing one of the mounting bolts that holds the carb down onto the intake manifold. All of the gaskets were reused nothing in the carburetor was rebuilt. And I got charged $300 dollars.

Just had oil changed in diesel truck. Excellent, timely service at a more than fair price.

I visited Harrisons Tire this week for repairs on my vehicle, Great customer service, fair price and Great communication, in response to review below, i was in the service dept when Miss Blackmon dropped her vehicle off for service, and i know she was instructed that they were very busy, and it would be several hours before they could get to her car, those guys are very friendly, a very honest group of guys and def not creeps, the service manager is always very friendly, and explains things so u can understand them where some shops dont. I take all my vehicles there and would never go anywhere else!

Great guys good prices Ive had them do a lot of work on my wifes altima. I took it to a shop in hinesville to get tie rods for inner and outer on both sides at least thats what they told me and they 500 bucks called nick at harrisons and he quoted me for 225 turns out I only needed one tie rod cost me 150. So Id your looking for a good honest machanic go to these guys 👍
