Lee and his crew were amazing. I was traveling on I-95 with my precious pup and very stressed b/c my tire pressure indicator light kept coming on. They were so nice on the phone and welcoming to me and my pup when we arrived. Lee was able to quickly assess the issue and assured me that it was a faulty sensor. My vehicle was towed to your shop and after sitting for a week with no one even looking at it I called for a follow-up and was told a completely different and even longer time line. Absolutely the best experience weve ever had for auto repair, hands down. Lee and Jay and staff helped our family of 3 young kids get home as we broke down 3 hours out, with engine misfire and coils needing replaced. We showed up on a Friday morning asking for help, and though their schedule had at least a week wait before any repair could be done due to prior commitments with their existing customers, they took a leap of faith on us and were able to prioritize the repair and get us back on the road the next day. This is the most honest, hard working small business-owned company Ive ever come across, and their commitment to other honest and hard working folks needs to be understood. Price was very reasonable (was on the low end from what we were used to). Came in while traveling due to vehicle not starting, Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, in particular Lee was a great help, I wouldn’t have been able to get home if it wasn’t for them, everyone else around was booked out 3 weeks and he fit me in that day and had me on my way home the next day, Lee even called a tow truck to my location (Left side of 95), we are thankful for everyone who helped us get back on the road, genuine good people!

Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice. My car broke down on my way home from SC and I had to have it towed there. It ended up being a hose that sprayed transmission fluid all over my car. When I called in the morning to explain my situation Liz asked why I wasn’t taking it to the dealership because it should be covered under warranty and she didn’t want to just take my money. I was very surprised to hear that because most places wouldn’t even tell you that and would just take your money. Right then I felt comfortable. They called me later in the day with the diagnosis and cost. My car was ready two days later. I am so glad I found them and am very happy with them. I will definitely bring my car back if I need anything else.

Hands down the best vehicle service I’ve experienced. After having a blowout in my class A RV on I-95 these absolute professionals took mercy on me. While they don’t normally work on RV’s my size, they ensured everything was repaired perfectly. They took better care of my RV, than the “professional” RV shop I had just driven from a few hours before.They provided multiple options at fair prices. If I lived in the Richmond Hill area, every vehicle I owned would would be serviced at Richmond Hill Auto Care. Do not hesitate, this is the place you’ve been looking for.

Excellent service! My wife’s car was having issues, I was out of town for work, and it was going to take about two hours for insurance to provide road support. I called and their team quickly provided assistance, diagnosed, and resolve the issue with my wife’s car!

Lee was so wonderful with taking care of my bug and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I had all 4 brakes fully replaced with the upmost care, and Lee took the time to educate me on proper brake pad maintenance for the future. Great place to take your vehicle!! I had a mini-scare that my tire had been punctured by metal and so I took in my vehicle to get looked at and taken care of before I was going to be driving a long distance. They gentlemen at Richmond Hill Auto Care were so amazing, got me in the same day, and were able to take the metal out and see that everything was okay. Wonderful people and establishment!!

They did not give an upfront cost to an add-on repair that cost almost $1000 and blew their estimate by about 30%. Huge sticker shock at pickup -- would not have had them do it. People were very friendly and responsive, tech was great, but that is just bad business.

Jay and his crew have done repairs and routine maintenance on my cars and pickup for 15 years now. All work is done to the highest standards using top-drawer parts and materials. Recently Jay and tech John Eisener did a complete mechanical restoration on my 67 year old Army jeep. Only the most expert, highly competent mechanics could have accomplished this. This shop can overcome any problem, find any part and always stand behind their work. They are not the most inexpensive but top quality seldom is. They are totally honest and you will be satisfied with the results.

I can not recommend Napa enough! I called them panicking because I had a 10 hour drive the morning after realizing my car wouldn’t start. They were able to squeeze me in to get my battery replaced. I was so relieved and was treated like family. Again can’t recommend them enough!

Liz and Jay were awesome ! They treated me extremely well. I called on a Friday to ask about a list of repairs I wanted them to check out and give me a price on. Liz said I could drop off on Saturday morning and they would inspect and let me know what was needed. I wanted brake work and shocks/struts all around. She called and told me what was needed, which wasnt anymore than I had requested ir anticipated. The price she quited was fair. She then said they could perform the work same day and have it back to me by 1 pm on Saturday ! I wasnt expecting it done so quickly. When they called to say it was done and I went to pick it up, Liz then told me the total would be $43 less than quoted ! Even better ! I test drive and am very pleased with the work they performed. They are very friendly, professional, and seem to genuinely appreciate my business. I would definetly recommend them to anybody and I will continue to use them for my auto repair needs.

I came to this place because of how many good reviews there was and I wasn’t disappointed. Excellent service. Not only did they do basic care on my car like oil change and a overall check up but they informed me in detail about what was going on with my car. They even printed out photos with arrows for each issue with my car so that I had a visual that I could take home with me. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Very happy.

Full 5 stars more if I could! No joke. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The waiting area has an amazing atmosphere that lead to a conversation with an amazing couple. Also has plenty of space allowing for keeping a distance of 6 feet comfortably. Made time for everyone there, they had very comfortable (cushioned) lounge seats, but was unnecessary as I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Came in for an oil change, they changed my oil, rotated my tires, and a full truck inspection with pictures! (Rotation of my tires and truck inspection was complimentary)

The team at Richmond Hill Auto Care are awesome! We broke down on I95 on our way to Florida. Jay and his team took great care of our vehicle and our family, including our cat Fiona. They helped us find a pet-friendly hotel, transported us to and from the rental car company, and to the local grocery for pet supplies. Not to mention, we are super happy with our vehicle. Their kindness, generosity and competence is greatly appreciated and quite refreshing during this crazy time on the planet.

Went in for oil change but had no appointment. The gentleman at the desk let me know he couldnt get to me right away and asked if I wanted to wait or i could come back and he gave me a time I opted to come back at the time provided. When I came back they got my vehicle in immediately and checked over my whole vehicle and mad suggestions of maintenance i might need to have done if it hadnt been done already. Richmond Hill Auto Care is Awesome! First, I had my oil change on my Clk 350 Mercedes and soon after my son left driving home it started smoking. I called them and the sent a mechanic to my home right away to take care of it. Next we had more problems with the car, what we thought was the problem wasnt. Mr. Jay and Mrs. Liz took care of my so I was not out of an arm, leg and a hand. They are caring people who take care of thir customers. I had my car serviced on 3/7/2020 - I just wanted to get my tires rotated and balanced. I normally take my 2016 Toyota Camry to the dealership for service but I decided to go with Richmond Hill Auto Care because the dealership did not address the concerns I had about the tires and how they felt while driving. Toyota told me they balanced them but they did not. I had an appointment scheduled at Richmond Hill Auto Care for 8 a.m. and got there a few minutes late and they still got me in and out in a reasonable time and my car feels much better on the road after the balance. The owner, Jay, and all other employees were kind and gave updates on where the car was in the process. I plan to bring my car here for regular maintenance because I got a more personal experience and everything was explained to me so I knew what I was paying for.

Great business to deal with, they still have that friendly, family, small town feel that you dont really see anymore. All the employees actually care about the services they are providing you with, they dont see you as just dollar signs. All around great shop.

I have an old Pontiac, 2005 Grand Am GT, that I affectionately call Christine. I brought her down when we moved from Charlotte NC to Midway. She was beginning to show her age a little. Warning lights were coming on etc. The car has never, in its 148,000 mile history, left me stranded. So it’s got a lot of sentimental value to me and even though it’s a little beat up still runs strong. So when I wanted to get her checked out, I chose Richmond Hill Auto Care because of the excellent reviews I read. From the initial call to the finished work they were a pleasure to work with! What a blessing to find this business! My car started making an awful noise while I was traveling on 95 with my newborn baby, so I pulled in to Richmond Hill Auto Care hoping they could help. Richmond Hill Auto Care is the place to go to get your car serviced. I used to go there because they were close to my work (45 mins away from home) and I will continue to drive the extra miles to get my car serviced even when I’m not working in RH. They are fairly priced and very conscious and respectful of your time. They put in extra effort to get my car done before closing just so I wouldn’t have to make the drive back the next day even though I had added extra services to be done. I also am appreciative that you can see your cars “profile” online so you can anticipate what services your car will need. Instead of being pushy about expensive maintenance being done all at once, they are respectful of your budget and don’t shame you for spreading out the work to be done; which is something I’ve struggled with at other shops. I used to take my vehicle to the dealership I bought it from for its service, at one point the dealership claimed due to an issue with my wheels, they couldnt rotate my tires w/o doing some additional repairs. I thought that sounded odd, so a few days later I went to RH Auto Care to get their opinion...about 20 minutes later my truck was ready, tires rotated free of charge. No clue what extra work the dealership was going to charge me for, but since that day if either of my vehicles need anything, Richmond Hill Auto Care is the only place Ill go. With an appointment, youre in and out in no time. And to save someone else time & money & headache, the dealership was Mike Reed Chevy Hinesville.

I have taken 3 vehicles over the passed couple of years for routine maintenance as well as extensive repairs. I have felt like a valued customer if it were a $50 routine maintenance job or a $2300 repair. These guys have struck me as honest and reasonable. If you don’t know much about cars. I believe you can trust what they tell you. I have a fairly extensive knowledge about cars, and have never felt mislead. I just took them a simple repair because I’m not able to do it this time. I could have fixed myself for under $25. They repaired for about $125. My wife took it in, so it wasn’t because they knew who they were dealing with. I would definitely recommend.

The best auto care place I have been! Quick, flexible, and helpful. They work around your schedule and always try to get you in that day. They are very professional and greet you when you walk in the door.

I had a leak in my tire. They offered me an immediate walkin or a same day appointment. I made an appointment and they started work on my car at my scheduled time. They were not able to patch my tire but they got me an identical replacement tire for a reasonable price the very next day. They were prompt and friendly. The waiting room was comfortable but i didnt have to spend much time waiting at all. I would absolutely return for future service.

We were a long way from home on our way to Florida last month when the alternator went in our vehicle. Lee and the staff at Richmond Hill Auto Care were able to fit us in shortly after calling at 3 pm that day. They attempted to complete the repair by that evening but ran into some difficulties, but they assured me that they would get us back on the road the next morning. True to their word, we were on the road by 11 am the next morning. The amount charged was the amount quoted before the start of their work.Would highly recommend for their quality service.

My car was towed by AAA to this company because it was recommended by AAA. The manager called me the next morning & said it would cost me $548..00 to repair the shift cable on my car. He also mentioned that my water pump was leaking & had to be replaced, along with the 2 hoses for a cost of $700.00.I called S & P auto repair (& without mentioning anything about what I was quoted ) asked how much they would charge to replace my shift cable. After looking it up I was quoted $275.00 total.I had my car towed to S & P that same day . They called me the next morning & said the car was done. They also mentioned that even after putting a pressure tester on the radiator they found NO LEAKS or any problems with the water pump. Dishonest ? Ya think ? Dont waist your money on these scammers.

So happy I read the other great google reviews for Richmond Hill Auto Care. I am so happy with the work they did on my Ford Expedition. I dropped it off on a Monday for an acceleration problem and the guys stayed late that night just to fix my car for me so I could have it back Tuesday. Great price and great work. Its so nice to do business with a company that values its customers! Plus the warranty they provided on the work they did for me doesnt hurt either!

I then bought the car and brought it back to them for some basic work. They went above and beyond when looking at my car and called me to tell me what was recommended.
