Stanley Steemers service techs, Sam and Rich did an outstanding job in our home with the cleaning of the wood floors, carpets in certain areas, cleaned two sofas, and finally, the sanitizing of our kitchen. From the time they came at our door, they followed COVID protocol by wearing masks, they were very courteous and professional. The men explained every phase of their work to be done. What I most appreciate was that they removed some big pieces of furniture before cleaning and replaced the pieces back in place. Not only did he do an excellent cleaning job he answered my questions about their other services and gave me some valuable advice. My stairs look beautiful and brand new! Well, Maleek and Tye were absolutely fabulous - literally rolled my huge area rug up, hoisted it on their shoulders and walked it down my 1900s narrow historic staircase to clean outside. Then walked it back up that same staircase, placed it in the position it was originally in, and it is METICULOUS! I honestly feel as if they provided with a brand new rug! The 2 technicians gave us a phone call to let us know they were on the way and arrived when expected. They were very courteous and professional. They did a great job cleaning the carpet and the carpet looks very clean. I can truly say it is much cleaner than I thought it would be, especially in our 1 heavy traffic area. Reggie is the epitome of professional and courteous! He made sure to focus on the dark spots that I pointed out and even offered to help me move a few heavy boxes. He was so polite, had great manners, was dressed professionally and had a neat and clean appearance. He had on his uniform of course, but his pants were not sagging and his shirt was clean! I’ve seen otherwise, hence my reason for including that!!

Cleaned tile and grout. Did it in a timely manner. Very professional. Came out in the time scheduled.Pleased with service.

I expected a lot more for $599. The guys were nice enough but, did not perform a final walk through. I had to point out the smudges left by them on the walls as well as large amounts of old vent dirt that was all over the dining room table, and the bedroom. I advised them to notify the customer of how dirty the A/C vent cleaning was and when I asked them if I could move certain things they said it was not necessary. I guess I expected more from Stanley Steamers. Thumbs down.

I was very happy with Stanley Steemer. They have cleaned my carpets, area rugs, hardwood floors and kitchen tile. All were wonderful, but the most exciting was my 13 year old kitchen tile floor looks brand new after having the cleaning and color seal of the grout. I was skeptical at first because of price of the color seal, but it was so worth it. I cant believe how great my kitchen floor looks.

They cleaned the wood floors in an apartment before I moved in. The floors were sticky and nasty, but Stanley Steemer used their floor machine and got them completely clean. Like new. They were a shade lighter after all the dirt was gone! Also, the staff was very clear in communicating with me before and after the work was done. Well worth the money!

One of the guys that serviced my home shattered my glass table when he disconnected a hose, Ive reached out to Mike the supervisor at the Richmond Hill Ga office several times and left messages and he has not called me back, Ive even called their 1800 number and keep getting the run around. Im so frustrated to know a company would treat their customer this way, if I had owed them money they would make sure they got paid so now I have to find another way to get this resolved, I will not be doing business with Stanley Steamer again, very unresponsive and unprofessionalUpdate....And so the unprofessionalism continueToday is 29 May 2021 and its been a month and a half since Stanley Steemer of Richmond Hill Ga serviced my home and broke my furniture and the issue still has not been resolved. After posting my last review I immediately received a phone call from the supervisor Mike. This phone call on 14 May, though professional as it should have been ended up being a shouting and arguing back and forth because of the review and as Mike put it a pie e of glass, however insignificant that may seem to Mike, that piece of glass was attached to the table that I had things sitting on, that is now sitting on the floor, that I bought with my hard earned money. After a few back and forth I told him what I thought my table was worth he called me back a few minutes later and said the check is on the way, that was on 14 May and so I thought this stressful situation is resolved. I waited two weeks, not that it would take two weeks for a piec of mail but giving Mike the benefit of the doubt. Yesterday, 28 May I texted Mike to find out the status since I havent received the check and he said hes check on it, so I waited for his response to no avail so today 29May I texted him and h said Ill get it in a week, now at this point Im beyond frustrated and upset and after telling Mike thats I feel hes taking advantage of a customer and Ill be calling the corporate office in Dublin Ohio on Monday his rude and unprofessional response have placed a.dark shadow on all the good and professional workers and supervisors of Stanley Steemer. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Stanley Steemer again. He has since told me not to contact him again

Two gentlemen arrived. One was very friendly and talkative, the other man was quiet. We went to another room where we could see them but be out of their way. After about 15 minutes the one man came in the room and said that they were finished. I was blown away! They had steam cleaned a sectional reclining sofa and a small reclining chair. It looked no different than when they had started. When we lived in MD and the same items were steam cleaned the workers were there for two and a half hours and did a superb job!... that was about 2 yrs. ago and very few stains. I was incredibly disappointed and will not be using your services again. Sadly I will be telling friends and family about our experience.

I have used Stanley Steemer several times. The guys did a terrific job! The only complaint I have is that the carpet is too wet and taking too long to dry. I have set up fans as it is not dry after 14 hours. Even so, I will use Stanley Steamer again. They are reliable and do a great job!

Hello, My experience with my assigned Stanley Steamer rep was great. The personable interaction I had with my rep made me comfortable having a stranger visit my home, by the time my rep completed his job and left, he was no longer a stranger. The cleaning was very comprehensive and professional. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. The only negative I have to report is that the trucks equipment did burn a few spots in my grass. Being that I have no paved driveway, I do not see how this could have been avoided. Recommended by a satisfied customer. Called on Friday and was offered an appointment on Monday. My tile had never been professionally cleaned so I wasn’t expecting miracles but boy was I wrong. The employees at Stanley Steemer were very professional and timely. They evaluated what needed to be done and they learned that our sofa needed to be dry cleaned instead of being steam cleaned. A previous Stanley Steemer franchise had previously steam cleaned this sofa and we were unaware that it needed to be dry cleaned. After discussion we decided to not have the sofa dry cleaned and the cost of the sofa was deducted from the overall cost. I appreciated this thoroughness. Again, they were very professional!

My carpet after it dried looked the same. After a financial crisis I feel I gave you all $150.00, for what? I see why the job lasted 15 minutes. I asked the guy several times would the carpet not look dirty after cleaning it. He said, “no you won’t even notice it.” It didn’t look dirty after he finished because it was wet. When it dried and I saw that it actually had more dirt spots then before he started. I tried calling but didn’t get answer.

Had some painting and sanding on my living room walls. Home was dusty. I have dark wood floors and Stanley Steemer came and did a super cleaning and my floors looked like new. Home felt cleaner than when the maids clean them. My house felt so extra clean and fresh. The cleaning crew were also outstanding. This is our 8th year using Stanley Steemer and my home shines.
