I have used ABC Auto Glass twice. A full windshield replacement and then a windshield repair thanks to a rock on tollway. Both times they were exceptional and their pricing is half that of the other guys. Go see them get you windshield fixed or replaced and enjoy the savings. The staff is very nice and accomodating and will do there best to get you done as fast as possible

Used them to install a rear windshield. Shortly thereafter, our minivans hatchback stopped opening up correctedly. Eventually, the back spoiler fell off. We went to the owner, and he didnt claim any responsibility for this. This improper install will now cost us $1300 to repair. Beware of using these guys.

I have never written a review before but this is worth it to spare other people from what we went through. My fiances car had gotten broken into last night and we were looking for a place to repair his front passenger window. Called ABC Auto Glass and the guy was super nice and could get us right in which we both appreciated. Took it in early afternoon and he assured us that it would be done before closing which it was! We were both thankful! Unfortunately when we had paid and we were checking out the newly installed window, we noticed damage to the plastic covering over the lock/window buttons of the door. After inspecting it, they had attempted to fix what they had broken with black putty. We went back into the store to confront him about the damage and he completely denied all of it saying that it was already broken when he went to fix the window and that he was helping us out by putting the black putty in. Seriously? No sir, it was not. Blatantly lying to us, he couldnt even look us in the face and just walked off. If you dont mind dishonest business owners then go ahead and go here but otherwise take your business elsewhere! Not worth the few extra dollars you might save.

Car was dirty, with out vacuum I have to do vacuum because there were glass crystals on both front side those can hurt you, during the work wiper got damaged scratch on upper roof when I discussed they these things were before there

Good prices and good service. Owner is helpful and always on site. They are flexible and appointment isnt usually required (but recommended if thats your thing).

Excellent service. Worked with my schedule. Recommended by my mechanic (Eddie @ North Dallas Imports, who is also AWESOME!). They took the car immediately upon arrival, told me it would be about an hour, and it took 50 minutes. And, they gave me a nice mug! Highly recommend!

I brought in an old 1997 BMW to replace the windshield. They were kind enough to wait as I was running late. It was very reasonable priced more than $100 less than other quotes. My rearview mirror had fallen off when the tree that fell and broke my windshield and I hadnt asked them to put back on and didnt even notice until I was driving home, they also put it back up! Oh, and the car had been sitting at home awhile, they even had to jump it to get it started...Thank you so much! Great experience!

Someone broke my back truck window while I was in Dallas from Oklahoma. Needed to get it fixed so I could drive 4 hours home without a broken window. Mike had me in and out in 1 hour and the window looks good as new. Huge blessing to be able to get it fixed before we had to drive back home

Mike Atashi with ABC Glass is amazing! Called late yesterday afternoon to inquire about getting my windshield replaced after a huge rock made a large crack in mine. He had me in and out early this morning within 45 minutes. Very personable and friendly. I witnessed him answer many calls and he was very patient and prompt to schedule their services as well. I was very impressed and will definitely be back for glass repair needs.

I went here for the, first time, out of my way based upon the decent reviews but my experience was not that great! I went here to replace the windshield.I called, agreed upon the price and arrived on the appointment day. I clearly mentioned several times to the owner(s) that it was my first time and that I am coming out of my way. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time and I came back home.After arriving home, I noticed windshield rubber seal was coming off from the top in the middle. They didnt place the gasket properly and just put the windshield on it which resulted in the gasket pushing up due to the pressure from windshield weight. In addition, after I took the tape off next day rubber on the side started to come off as well!Of course the problem was because of the careless work! Since place was put of my way I had to wait few days before I finally got a chance to take the car back. I showed the problems to the same owner(s) who helped me initially and got the answer that gaskets coming off are not a big deal and it is just a condiments! I then told him that it definitely does not look good and that it was my second out of the way trip. There was no apology of any kind and car was reluctantly taken back for fix.After waited for some time I finally got my car back and at that point I wanted to get home as soon as possible. Again, I was simply handed over the keys and nobody bothered to apologize or anything even though it was clearly their fault.Next day I examine the car and it appears that they fixed the gasket coming off issues but then I saw that they did not bother to clean the glue that was applied to the gasket! Extra glue was coming off from the gasket onto the car paint. I tried to clean it myself but car paint was started to scratch because glue was all dried up by that time. I didnt have any stamina to take the car back one more time and decided to just live with it.I am not sure if I will go back again or not after this experience but if you are still going then make sure to check everything before you take the car back. This place might be cheaper but their work can be careless.

When I called to get a quote for replacing a windshield the service representative rudely hung up on me once I told him I was not longer interested.

The service is ridiculous, prices are too high, and customer service are awful, can’t take responsibility for problems they have done to my car. Don’t waste your time and money!

Replaced my windshield broken by hail. Called them and within minutes, i got a very reasonable quote for replacing it using the mobile service. They also offered a coupon price which was about 10% less than the mobile service if I came over to their location. The price was extremely competitive. Set up a time and headed there. Very precise estimate on time needed for repair. Informed me that it will take about an hour and they started the work immediately. It only took about 40 minutes and I was on my way. While they handed me my invoice, they put in a nice coffee mug with compliments. Overall an excellent experience and will highly recommend.

I got a window replaced 2 weeks in my driver window and they broke something in my regulator and refused to fix. These guys are complete scam artist. He told me that I had a warranty and when I came back told me that they couldn’t help me. Boycott This Shop All Black PeopleThey completely broke my window seal and denied that it ever happened. We must stop predators like this in the neighborhood

Sent one of my companies vehicles to this place and it came back worst than it was before it went to the shop. Don’t waste your time or money.

Best price i found out of five places called. My only complaint, they left a dirt mark in the interior ceiling of the window they replaced and didnt clean the black dust marks from the door. But it was a work truck so didnt matter. I suggest to make sure they know to keep their hands clean when working on the interior spaces. It was done in great time though and price was very fair

The is literally the first review Ive ever done. I just dont do them. But these guys were awesome. I called, they got me in in 15 minutes since they had my windshield in stock. Super nice and professional. Handled all the work dealing with insurance claim. Would definitely recommend.

The work was well-done and the prices were incredibly competitive. What sold me though was that the service was outstanding. I got great service but it was the interaction that I saw that the staff had with an elderly woman after me that really impressed. I will always go to these guys for my auto glass needs.

Went there to see if I could have my windshield fixed up

Unsatisfied customer here. I made an appointment on a Tuesday for the following Thursday to have my windshield replaced. They quoted about an hour for the job. I showed up at my appointment time (8:30am) and waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive and open the shop. Once inside, I checked in and waited while another customer was served before me. The manager arrived at 9am and informed me that he’d neglected to write down my appointment and order the windshield, so the job would take two hours to complete. I had to get to work and couldn’t wait that long. He said I could take their “loaner” car and leave my car there. I agreed despite these red flags...The loaner car was a dilapidated Toyota Highlander with 260,000 miles on it and the check engine light on. No paperwork on the loaner, the manager told me their possession of my car was their collateral. Ok, it’s a small business, they play things loose. I took the loaner and said I’d return on my lunch hour around 11.By 11 I hadn’t gotten a phone call with status on the job, so I called them and they told me it would be another hour. I delayed my lunch break and called at noon to let them know I was on my way. Upon retrieving my car, it was discovered that a plastic retainer that routed my mirror cable was missing. The manager said they’d thrown it away but that he could get a replacement and he’d let me know when it was ready.A week later I hadn’t heard from them so I call up for status. Manager says he’ll have the part in 2 days (pretty sure he forgot about me again) and I could come in to have it installed first thing in the morning. I showed up at 8:30, their posted opening time, and waited 15 minutes for someone to open the shop before giving up entirely.They didn’t respect my time at any point in this process and can’t even be bothered to open on time. The manager did call me as I got to work a half hour later wondering where I was and I informed him that I had been there on time there but had lost my patience and was done with them. I had zero confidence that they’d even have the right part and be able to install it in a reasonable amount of time, and I’m not interested in visiting a third time to find out. I’ll just have to get the issue corrected somewhere else.They at least got the right size windshield so that’s something, and the price was decent but I guess you get what you pay for. They seem like nice enough people but they’re running their business very sloppily. Would not recommend.

Fairly quick and easy rock chip repair took my insurance

I had a great experience! Very professional. I was told it would take 30 mins to fix the nickle-sized chip in my windshield and it took about 15. I was about to pay, then Mike offered to call my car insurance to get it covered. I should have thought of that, but Im glad he did. The repair is great and only noticeable if very closely looked at. Ill would definitely go back.

Very competitive prices.I have replaced my windshield there and the first time around I found issues with the job, the window was off center, glue was visible and it was installed half an inch to high.I brought it back to these guys and they told me right away that they will order a new windshield and couple of hours later It was done. They did an amazing job fixing it again. I have used this company before and they did a great job. However, I recently bought a new vehicle which had very minor chips in the front window and wanted to fix it before the weather started to get cold. When the job was finished, upon inspection my car had damage to my weather strip in the lower corner. The tool use to remove the weather strip clearly chewed it up pretty bad. When I showed Mike this he replied, Dont worry no on can see it, its an older piece and its hard to remove. I told him that this car is my baby and it matters to me. Then on the other side there was some residue from the tape used to secure my window. Mike then grabbed some spray and began to rub, He rubbed it so hard that it removed the paint. I told him not to worry about it, I have friends that can remove it. No, no I got it, Mike said then he rub the windshield strip raw. When I asked him to fix it or paint it he said no. All I was trying to do was help and referred me to grab someone off the street, one of those paint /dent repair shoppes... Ok, i know all he was doing was trying to help but never the less he stilled damage my car. I even have a recording on my phone with Mike admitting he damaged my car and still all he said was sorry I cannot help you. the damage to my car is $465.30. I even went back with 2 estimations and still he turned his back on me saying all I was trying to do was help. I have kept my calm not once did I raise my voice and still he turned his back on his customer even after admitting he did it.

Mike and his group are great people to do business . They stand behind their work 110%. I have told all my friends about how well they took care of me. I definitely will use them again.

They treated a divot in my windshield, but I expected that the pit would be filled in. No damage has progressed, though.

Went in for a windshield replacement. It took about an hour or so.The service was great. They went beyond what I expected. My rear view mirror was broken and the fixed it for the same price.Everything was great You just dont want to wait there. The place is cold and the only have an old couch in which to seat. All they have to read are magazines about Windshields for entertainment. So if you dont have anything to do it will be a long hour.

Sides of car around window destroyed. Completely scratched and dented on one side. Black glue everywhere including stop start button inside. Vacuumed carelessly so as to scratch entire leather back seat. I am literally in tears right now. My car looked better with bashed in windshield. Pay the extra $50 and go elsewhere.

I own a fleet of trucks, ABC has replaced 5+ windows for me, zero issues and superb attention to detail....even go as far as putting toll tags/inspection stickers on straight...A+
