Northrich Automotive is a hidden gem, at least it was to me. I recommend them to anyone! The are clear, upfront, and honest. Great people!I came here when my catalytic converter was stolen from my car in the parking spot at my apartment complex. Rochelle and Matthew were informative, understanding. I hadnt thought to claim it through my insurance and as a result my cost for a new catalytic converter was covered. They also got in completed quickly and Im back today getting a security plate installed.

This was my first time using Northrich Automotive and they exceeded my expectations! My Nissan Altima broke down on my way to work, and they were able to dispatch a tow truck very quickly. Matthew called me regularly with updates on the diagnosis and status of repairs. When I made a comment about rental cars being unavailable in the area, he offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge. This made my life so much easier. The repair charges were very reasonable and everything was explained to me honestly and clearly. The repairs were completed much quicker than I expected. Northrich Automotive is the place to go if you want a reliable, honest, and top-notch customer service. We have worked with them in the past and they consistently go above and beyond to provide an accurate diagnosis, keep repair costs low, and dont recommend unnecessary repairs.On this most recent occasion, we had a check engine light that would not go off and we could not pass state emissions testing. Matthew got right to the root cause of the problem. He did not recommend any unnecessary repairs. He and his team explained the issue to us in a way that was easily understandable. He resolved the issue and had us back on the road in no time! We highly recommend Northrich Automotive.

Went in for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car. Their inspection was very thorough and identified a few items to keep an eye on in the future. They were also forthright about the severity of the issues found and what to expect when the time comes to repair them. Worth every penny!

I can’t say enough positive things about Northrich Automotive. They have saved me so much money by by only doing “smart” repairs. Most places only fix the apparent problems. They actually get to the root of what is causing the problem. My MIL kept going through car batteries every 6 months. They found the electrical issue that was causing the batteries to wear out prematurely despite several other shops only wanting to replace the battery. I have repeatedly had similar experiences with oil change shops misdiagnosising and recommending repairs that weren’t needed. All of this and you couldn’t ask for nicer people. I have referred all of my family and friends to them. Everyone reports having the same glowing experience. They keep my 16 year old car running more reliable than most of my friends newer vehicles.

This was my first visit. My mechanic of 20 years retired and a friend recommended that I try Northrich Automotive. I am so glad I have. I requested a 40,000 mile check-up on my GMC Terrain SLE. It was very thorough. Everyone there from the mechanic to the front desk check-in person is concerned about doing a good job for you, the customer. I left their auto repair shop with a car that I know I can count on. They charge a fair price for their work. I am now their permanent customer and will recommend Northrich Automotive to my friends.

Northrich has taken care of several repairs for us over the past couple of years, and most recently saved us from wasting almost $800 on repairs that the oil change place said we needed, but Northrich determined we actually don’t. Plus, they made sure to check it for us on short notice to make sure we were safe to set out on a 13 hour drive, which gave us huge peace of mind! Lesson learned - sometimes the convenient oil change place isn’t such a convenience!

Excellent service above and beyond! We were extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism in getting our 2007 Ford Edge drivers side door fixed. It is our sons first vehicle as a new driver so we wanted it to look nice for him. Auto repair can be intimidating especially when you don’t know what the hell is going on with your car. The staff here is knowledgeable and beyond friendly and they go above and beyond to offer excellent service while putting your auto worries to rest. They were able to identify some issues I had been having for a while now and were quick about the turnaround time. 10/10 would recommend and will be back with any future repairs & tune-ups.

My wife and I were midway on a three month driving trip in our 2012 Mercedes 3500 Diesel camper van when a major engine repair became necessary. I drive Mercedes so repair was expensive! But I received top notch service, staff were friendly, and they explained to me what’s needs to be done and gave me estimate which matched my invoice at the end.I recommend those guys for all people who drive German cars.

This auto shop exceeded my expectations. I had initially went to another shop to get a tuneup and was given a quote for over $300 to change 4 spark plugs. I decided to leave and call around to some other places. I called Northrich and they said they could get me in right away. They gave me a quote of about a third of what the last shop had quoted me. The best part is the customer service was beyond 5 stars. Matthew was extremely kind, professional, and informative. He kept me updated while I was there and didn’t try to oversell. He also showed me the parts they replaced and answered all my questions. Also Rochelle came out to greet me and see if I needed anything. She was very courteous and made sure the service went smoothly while I was there. After they finished I paid less than $150, a reasonably low price for the quality of work. I was relieved when I got in my car and it drove like new. It’s been almost 2 weeks and my vehicle is still driving smooth; it isn’t loosing power anymore and is accelerating without issues. I’m grateful they did my tuneup- I ended up saving a couple hundred dollars and received wonderful service.y

The technician took the car for a test drive and diagnosed the problem quickly. They ordered and received the tires in the same day, and fit me into their schedule without any delays. This review is long overdue but I came in for a weird sound coming from the engine of my car, within 5 minutes of showing what the sound was, Matthew saw an unplugged hose and fixed it right then and there, free of charge. Of course, it was just an unplugged line but it still showed care and character that they didnt try to upcharge and upsell an issue that wasnt there. I also got my spark plugs replaced and will be going back to replace my engine mounts and valve cover gasket because they are trustworthy and understanding. With car repairs being so expensive in general, they were understanding of me waiting and taking time before coming back to finish all my repairs, although their pricing is very reasonable and fair for the good quality work they do. The owners are also very kind and personable, great to have a conversation with even not car-related. Especially when their adorable dogs come to visit, amazing babies. Highly recommend!

First time customer. After getting off work I realized my car was not working right due to a broken belt.Well, the shop I had gone to for years closed and I saw this place was open til 5:30pm. Perfect, just enough time to see if they could help me. Matthew was friendly, honest and helpful the whole way through this process. Of course my car had a bigger problem than what was thought but, old cars have a lot of surprises. Matthew called me with updates and let me know the issues they were having, he cared about my safety on the road and did what he could to get my car all fixed up. I had my catalytic converter stolen out of my car about a month ago. Northrich was quick to get me in to see what the problem was when my car was making a lot of noise, and quickly let me know when they had found the problem. The staff was great from the beginning... whether it was Matthew handling the phone and keeping me in the loop since the part was backordered due to COVID supply problems, or Rochelle being kind enough to shuttle me back and forth when the initial inspection was being done prior to being issued a loaner vehicle, the team was great. Once the insurance claim was processed, they took care of the rest and made sure I didnt have to talk to the insurance company any further. Would recommend you use this place!

This company has done some awesome work on my Jeep. I have had only the greatest of service from them. I recently took it in to get the battery connection checked, and they realized quickly that I ended up having a leak in my radiator hose. Fixed the problem in less than a day and I do not have to worry about my car breaking down anywhere. Previous place i was taking my car for maintenance and repairs, was only putting band-aids and never actually fixing the issues so I am more than pleased with Alex, Rochelle, and their team.

We took our sons Ram pickup to Northrich after a horrible experience at a dealership. Rochelle went out of her way on a Saturday, even though they were closed, to secure us a tow so we could get his truck out of the dealership. They had the problem diagnosed and the repair work done faster than the dealership ever returned a call! Matthew stayed in contact with us during the process and gave us excellent advice on handling the situation with the dealership. All of the staff at Northrich are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We were so happy with the experience, we took my husband’s truck there the next week for repairs.

Went in for a car inspection. Staff is very friendly and efficient! The inspection was very fast. They have coffee and nice creamer in the waiting room. Definitely plan to come back here for my next oil change and would also trust them for other work as well.

The folks at Northrich Automotive looked over my car twice in the past month. First I needed a brake job, and then I had a seperate issue with my engine a few weeks later. I feel like an any other place would have done work just to charge me. I also go to Northrich for oil changes, because they charge half the prices as the chain oil change places.
