THANK GOD for this place! They literally saved my life! I had been driving with a tire at only 10 p.s.i. literally EVERYWHERE because i did not have any money for air pumps, so i was having to try to find a store with free air! Every QT i went to, someone had stolen the air chuck! I was literally so scared i would have a blow out before making it to somewhere, i seen these guys, so i drove up, they were extrememly busy, but i asked and explained my situation... they man stopped what he was doing and put air in my tire, as well as checked the other 3! No charge! Thank you guys so much!

My family has used High Five for more than 15 years. Me personally for 10 years since I purchased my first car. And consistently the owner and the team he has employed had been great. Starting with the fair pricing and professionalism, they are top notch. The communication is hit or miss because the shop becomes extremely busy but I have never felt as if I was forgotten. The owner remembers me [Im not sure if its because of the clunkers Ive owned or what] but he has always been courteous and fair. And above all the shop guarantees their work and fortunately enough, Ive only had to use the guarantee once..and it was because the part failed..not because of the labor. Great shop.

Most honest mechanic shop you’ll ever walk into. The guy running this place is just about the greatest man alive. Anyone with bad reviews is a sorry excuse of a human. All the men who work here are skilled, dedicated, and most of all-extremely hard working. They will never let you down. If a problem were ever to arise, all you have to do is communicate it in a respectful manner and they will do their best to take care of you. If you’re one of those people who makes everyone’s life difficult and thinks the world spins for you-don’t bother walking in. They have more than enough loyal customers. They don’t need cry babies who blame others for their mistakes and have a heart attack when they have to pay over $5 for something. If your car has issues, they are here to fix it at a reasonable and fair price. If you’re a penny pincher, get a bike and save everyone the headache ;)

I have been using Hi Five Auto Care for five years now. Service never disappoints. They are very reasonably priced and tend to back their work. If something didnt feel right after service was complete, I would return and they repaired at no additional cost, plus provided warranty of labor. I will definitely recommend.

For no reason I was made to wait 3 hiurs fkr a jib that needed 15 min. The associate used my car to go for his kunch. He promised that he would start working kn my car immediately. But he did not start till 2 hours later. And after all that I do not think its done right.

I happened to go HiFive Auto Care three times. The owner dealt my car problems. He showed good manners, professionalism and honesty. The charges were compared as cheaper also. He did not care for me but he cared for my cars. He is dependable so no.......worry. Just go and sacrifice a little time for many things good.

I have an old car (1991 Subaru Legacy). Hi Five just rebuilt the transmission and even the radio sounds better. I was listening to it on the way home and, for a moment, I forgot I was driving my car and thought I was driving my wife’s new Toyota Rav 4. For as long as I have known him, Ahmad (Hi Five owner), has kept my old car in good condition for, what I believe to be, very fair prices. I can not more highly recommend any business, of any kind.

Cheap, fast, efficient

I was driving my car and got over heated. I stopped close to this auto repair shop. I towed my car to the shop and the next day the owner told me that they replace a pipe and the car is good to go. When I got there he charged me $120. They didn’t even call me to tell me the problem or to ask me if I wanted to fix it or not.One day later the car went over heating again. I called the shop and they say it must be ahead gasket. Luckily it happed close to home and I took it to my mechanic and he changed the thermostat and charged me $30 for the whole tings. The car is running very good now no overheating any more. I think this shop has a dishonest owner and a rip off method of operation.

Very RUDE OWNER. they serviced my truck and forgot to replace the oil and so I drove it for 3 days with absolutely no oil in it. Messed up the pump and they are giving me the run around about fixing a mistake they made. How awful of a place. Please dont waste your time here. This place does not have competent service techs or OWNER.
