They are terrible. I have never been alerted that my daughters bus is late until I call them asking Whats going on. They totally lack communication and it is quite frustrating.

I live on old Rodebaugh road and as I sit on my front porch typing this several buses including #7 was clearly going faster than the marked 25 mph speed limit. This has been an ongoing problem for years.They have all these lights to signal us to stop but yet they can’t go the speed limit.I have called the bus garage several times to complain and as you can see it doesn’t change a thing

I have not been to this location but have spoken to them on the phone. It has been a continued headache to get our sons stop straightened out. I now have to physically go into the office, which means take time off work, to get this issued resolved. This should not be this difficult.
