I called a week ago and left a message about getting a car service. Yes, I called during business hours and got sent to machine. I have not received a call or voicemail back. If they cant handle a simple task like calling someone back, how could I trust them with a car?

Went to KT with my beloved Subaru. The wheel bearing needed replaced. Kevin was nice enough to replace the ABS thing a ma bob for free at the time, too! What a nice guy

I have used KT automotive twice in the last year. I felt that they listened to my problems and my concerns. I told them what I wanted and they were quick with a response. They scheduled me promptly to diagnose my problem. Once they figured out my problem I was given several options to look at financially. There was no pressure one way or the other. When I made my decision they said they would get right to it. The problem was fixed and now I am back for them to fix a different problem. I always look for exceptional customer service. I feel that you get that here. I have also recommended several friends to this place.

Work was done very efficiently and cost much less than I expected. Kavin was extremely professional and honest about what was needed for the repair. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.

I am from out of state and my car needed some work (Im not sure what was wrong, but they did!) and they were soo nice and took my car on short notice and had it fixed for me so I could drive the 14 hour trip home! They were so nice and explained everything to me so I knew what they where doing and I have yet to find a better car place even in Nebraska. I was so glad these guys were near where I I was staying they saved my whole weekend!! And my car is running so well now!

I took my truck in for a repair. Changes price halfway through the job and when you pay him the final price and drive off the car is in worse condition than what you give it to him in. Thanks KT For damaging my truck. Also he made me sign the contract for him to work on it after he worked on the car. Theres better places out there. This guy is a crook. If you want for your car to get fixed visit someone better than this guy.

KT has serviced my Volvo several times. I would refer them to everyone I know. Exceptional service. Honest and very knowledgeable!!!!!!

Took my truck in for new spark plugs at 100,000 miles and Kavin and another mechanic had one heck of a time getting them out. They fought it for hours but finally got them all out and replaced. Then he wouldn’t even charge me but one hour for the job and wouldn’t let me pay extra for the trouble. Honest mechanics are hard to find and worth their weight in gold.

If I could give a negative revieve I would. When my car was delivered on a tow truck to KT automotive the only thing wrong was the Flywheel and starter, I pick it up and it is out of line, the ABS light is on, the breaks were really bad and the engine is making a horrible noise that never has been made before. So I call them to let them know and they swear nothing was wrong with it after they fixed that is a lie. I read the reviews before I took it there but did not listen to them.. If I can advise anything please do not take your cars here they will mess them up for the worse!!!!!

KT has undergone new management from years before. Kevin, Mary and their mechanics care for my vehicles. They have put in extra hours without pay to troubleshoot an electrical problem. He has always been fair with pricing and does not have the large overhead of a dealership. They have given me rides home when I couldnt find a way to get there and return home for work. Repairs have been done on foreign and domestic cars that weve owned. One car I just wanted to keep running and not worry about cosmetics, they understood that and did excellent work at a minimum cost and labor without sacrificing quality. The car was in hospice care for a couple years and like many old cars the mechanical problems were not caused by them (like some other reviews have implied). The problem was the old vehicle itself, not KTs care. On the other hand, Ive let them service my new vehicles even while still under warranty because I trust them. They have searched and matched competitive prices on tires and other parts for me. I would put KT up against any service center and show you the savings youll receive from them. Car maintenance isnt a big mystery and Kevin will show you exactly whats wrong with the parts if you desire. I enjoy seeing the actual damaged part so I can better understand how it all works. Good luck getting that anywhere else.Fyi, I dont work for them or benefit in any way from this review, I just cant stand bad reviews from cynical people. Besides, the other reviews were from a time past when it was under other management. Thanks for reading!

If I could give a worse rating I would. They had my Lexus GS430 for over a week to install new control arms, wheel alignment, and new tires. I later discovered that KT did only installed upper control arms. I practically had no bushings for the control arms. The tires I purchased from KT formed a knot on the sidewall a week later. Lexus of Germain lifted my car to check out the work KT did and laughed in my face. They stockpile cars and hold them hostage and perform half assed work on them. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Very Nice Place Great Prices

Had them replace a clutch in my Mazda6 in 2011. They had the car for TWO MONTHS with little to no communication. I had to call them over and over and over. After I finally got my car back the front suspension was creaking and noisy, something the car never did before they took it apart. Today (7/6/12), 13 months later, the clutch they replaced failed again.

Beyond horrible have been back twice for an engine light and the problem still isnt fixed wouldnt recommend to anyone payed 1100 and not fixed beyond upset

Been going here for years! My Expedition has almost 300,000 on it. They never charge as much as the national chains and do great work. They never tell you something is needed unless it really needs to be done.
