I took my car in to get rotors and brakes on the front. A day later is sounded a million times worse than it did before I took it in. My brother had to fix it by removing a piece or metal off the face of the pad.I have always kept my rims clean and now every time I take off down the street they are coated in a black sticky powder. Never had that problem before they serviced it. Its been over a month and Im still cleaning them none stop.I even let them keep my car an extra day so this shouldnt have been a rushed job.

Was traveling and needed emergency service for a tire issue. Spent the night in the area and made an 8:30 am appointment. At 9:00 am our vehicle had still not even been looked at and a customer who came in at 9 went right in. Very poor way of running a business. I am very understanding of these trying times with the shortage of workers and staffing issues but what happened to the first in first out method of treating customers? I will never recommend this company to anybody!

Justin was a Rock Star. What was an accumulation of repairs, Justin was able to get the cost down to an affordable price. Way and beyond what he had to do. Kept me informed the whole time and my truck was done in a very reasonable time.

Needed to check a noise I heard coming from my front driver side, after another shop put new tires on my car. My regular go to couldnt get me in for a week, this place had good reviews and was close so I decided to give it a shot. Glad I did. They didnt find anything wrong and didnt charge me for checking it out. Grace was super nice (always good to see women in the auto biz) as well as the guy who checked out my car. This is now one of two shops Ill take my car to.

I went in because I got a flat tire on the way to work. the customer service person was nice enough, but they did not have my tire in stock. and I was told that I needed an appointment. who makes an appt when there is an emergency? He told me to go to another branch that had my tire size and hopefully they could get me in within a few hours. Ugh.

The receptionist was very nice. She explained everything well. The time it takes for a simple oil change and tire rotation should not take two hours. Especially with a scheduled service. I will only return if I have a tire issue in the future.

My wifes car ended up with a large nail in the tire which was leaking air to the point we could not drive. The store manager, Rusty Dittoe, informed us he had a full schedule.....on the Saturday before Easter of all times....but he would personally see to it our car was repaired before they closed up for the day. He went out of his way to go get a tire from another store and got us back on the road within ~1 hour. NTB just earned my business going forward for sure! Thanks so much Rusty!

I dropped the car off, and was quoted about $25, as I needed to get a nail pulled out of one of the tires. NTB shortly called me back saying that they couldnt repair the tire as it was too close to the sidewall. The also told me that since it was an AWD car, that i would probably need to replace all 4 tires. I picked the car up, and drove to Discount Tire on Broad Street, they took one look at the tire and said they could repair it no problem at all. They were even able to pull the car in immediately and had the car ready in 15 min. Not only that, Discount Tire didnt charge me a dime. I will never give NTB my business again. Thanks to Discount Tire for saving me 800+ dollars with 15 min of their time.

We bought tires from Midas on 79 Heath Ohio, After 6500 miles the were shot! Midas wouldn’t do anything so we ended up going to NTB Reynoldsburg they went above and beyond. Friendly and professional staff! I would highly recommend NTB Reynoldsburg.

Not a big fan of this location. Got an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic didnt reset anything. Normally after other NTB locations do my oil change they reset the oil change percentage, but he didnt. Also ended up going to my dealership because my tire pressure kept messing up even though I would put air in my tire. Long story short after the tire rotation thr mechanic didnt relearn my tires, like they were supposed to (per my dealership) probably wont go back to this one.

Husband was told it would take an hour to get new tires put on the vehicle (he brought his own tires to the shop for them to service). We sat for 45 minutes in the waiting room, signed paperwork with a total that we were told over the phone. After the wait, another slip was brought back to us to sign with an increased total amount of almost $50 more than the original and were told that there was a small mistake when the paperwork was initially filled out. My husband inquired about how much longer the service would be, believing they were just about finished only to be told that it would be another hour to hour and a half, followed up with Sorry, were busy today.

Second trip there, couldnt fill the request. Suggested I go to Broad St. Or come back the following day. Also said it couldnt be fixed. Another shop fixed it for 20.00. They wanted 146.00 for a new tire the following day.

I came in with a punctured tire on Sunday evening (I have to to drive to Virginia on Monday morning), and they went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. The team here is very professional and extremely helpful. I was previously a Tire Discounters customer, but Ted and his team have changed that. I have taken brand new vehicles and older vehicles to this NTB and in both instances they were honest and transparent about the services needed and prices. Definitely one of the better auto shops in the greater Columbus area.

Im beyond please with the service I received! The Mechanics were so kind and didnt make me feel dumb for any of my questions. Because lets be honest I might be able to change my tire but thats as far as me and cars go. My oil change was done quicker than they had estimated and they explained everything I needed to know on a level I could understand! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

They were busy that day, but I was still able to schedule service that same afternoon. I drove up to service bay doors and got out. Told them my name and they took the car immediately inside for repair. Everyone very friendly and efficient. My repair was done in a flash. Ted, the manager, was welcoming, trustworthy and car knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and important. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and plan on using them for all of our cars needs.

I brought my jeep into ntb for an oil change. I spoke to Rusty Ditto the new store manager about some problems i was having with it. He said that ntb offers a complete inspection for free. Rusty ask for my keys to get the millage off my truck. He walked out side with a seat cover, floor mat, and steering wheel cover. ( I have never seen this done before). Then my truck was pulled right in. After he came back in I signed paper work and sat down. he went out to shop for about 10 mins. He came back and told me what was wrong with my truck. He gave me prices on what it would cost to fix. He also offered the in house credit card to me as another means to pay. At the end of my service that only took about 35- 45 mins i left with an estimate and a smile. i will definitely be returning to this store to see Rusty and his awesome crew.

The guys here were extremely nice and helpful. I came in with a small leak in my tire and they were booked with appointments. But the guy working made room for me and they got me in and out extremely quick! I will recommend this place to all my family and friends for their tire needs

Fixed my car fast. Labor a little pricey but was worth it

Took my car in because it was suddenly leaking oil. They looked at it and told me that they could fix it for just over $800, but that with the age and mileage, I should take it to the dealer to have them see if its under warranty. They could have gotten money from me, but were honest, and it did end up being covered, so I was very happy with them. We will continue to use them whenever needed, as I trust them to tell me the truth. Also, they are friendly, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

Felt very forced to open a credit card I didn’t need. They were kind, but I didn’t feel like they had my best interests in mind. I felt like I was talking to door to door salesman

Very pushy with trying to get me to get their NTB credit card even after I told him twice I did not want it. Told me that I HAVE to..... No, no I dont. Im old enough to know better but other people my fall for this strong arm tactic. I asked to have the two FRONT tires replaced... after 2 hours when they were done and gave me back my keys it turned out they replaced the back two. My car pulls very strongly to the right now and the tires are very loud when driving on them.I can honestly say my car is in worse condition than when I brought it there. With so many options for tires my recommendation is to avoid this place. I will give them two stars because technically I did still get two tires on my car even though the rest of the experience was awful.I will not be going back.

The guys here were awesome!!! Quickly diagnosed my car, turns out it was just a bent dust cover so they took care of it with no charge. They all were very polite and courteous!!! Highly recommend them!!!!

The service at this location is exemplary. After they tried to repair a tire that was under warranty, it was flat again after I got home. The manager himself came to my home, inflated it and arraigned that it be replaced. It was simply the best service that I have ever received by an auto technician. They are consistently friendly and helpful and I have never been pressured into unneeded costly repairs.

Larry is your guy! I came in because my my tire was wobbling. Turns out I broke a belt in my tire. Larry went above and beyond to make sure I had the appropriate and most safe tires on my car at a great price. He was also insistent on making sure it wasnt going to break me budget wise. I will always reccomend Larry and his guys to anyone!

I am very disappointed. My first experience was good when getting a tire replaced, they gave me a good price. In and out. Then I noticed a humming noise in my tire area that day. I went back and they told me it was my wheel bearings and quoted me close to $3000. I went to Ricart to get a 2nd opinion and they said my wheel bearings are fine and its actually the axle and quoted $845. I trust Ricart and their diagnosis. Im very disappointed with being told wrong info that was going to cost so much. I will not be back.

The employee was aggravated that I was 20 minutes early for my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. He was aggravated when I asked for an estimate on how long it would take so I would know when to return. When I finally returned, their it should just be a couple more minutes turned into almost 30 more minutes. As I was checking out, I saw a notation on the receipt that they had not rotated my tires. I asked the different employee now checking me out why that would be and he looked at the tires and said he couldnt figure out why that would be but since the original front desk guy was at lunch, there was no way to know. So in a little over an hour, all that happened was a simple oil change. I will not be back.

We were almost 3 hours from home when one of my tires started going flat. We managed to make it to our hotel for the night & put the spare on. I visited the walmart across the street 1st thing in the morning, they were unable to help me but suggested this NTB across the street. The employees were very friendly & helpful. They got me back on the road & I was able to safely get my family back home that evening. This could have easily turned into a very expensive nightmare & I very grateful!!!

I went here for the first time every b/c I had an oil change / tire rotation coupon. They were not able rotate my tires b/c they didnt have the keys to my lug nuts. Understandable to me but they said it would be 20$ to put all new lugs on the car. I told them to go ahead and do it. After arriving they told me they couldnt get the lug nuts off at all so they didnt rotate the tires. Not a huge knock on them just something I feel they should be able to do being a tire shop. I took my car to firestone and they got the tires rotated without even mentioning I didnt have my lug locks.

If I could give a negative stars I would. I called this location yesterday and made an appointment for a wheel alignment!! Get there this morning and of course my appointment was not made, now he didn’t even attempt to make it right and get me on the schedule for services but allowed me to walk out the door unsatisfied!!!! Very poor customer service will never ever come back to this place!!!

Sales representative at front counter is rude and racist my vehicle was not fixed my vehicle is shaking from breaking they claim it was just rust on rotor and needed to be driven more but we just drove it out of town and had put 2000 miles on it since we got the vehicle and they lied about why my vehicle was misfiring ( did not fix it) and my vehicle just had an oil change less the 3 weeks ago had oil in it before taking it to this location we checked it Sunday there was oil in it it was full and there were no oil light or check engine lights on and there is no leak and they claim today it had no oil in it after getting it back from them there was no oil in the vehicle. The representative wanted to argue, made smart comments, bad mouth the dealership where I got my vehicle and the Warrenty company as well as the make and model of my vehicle because it is a 2015 Lincoln MKC worst experience ever!!!

Brought my car in for an oil change and the entire process (from the phone call asking about availability, to payment and pickup) felt rushed. I am not an expert on cars, but I had assumed that when they went to look at my mileage that they would give me the high mileage full synthetic oil change seeing as I am almost at 140,000 miles. But when I went to pick up I was told they did the regular conventional. Maybe thats my fault for not telling them I wanted high mileage and just assuming. Either way its not a huge deal, but lesson learned that I need to tell them exactly what I want/need next time...

Bought 4 new tires and an alignment - rear tires went bald on inside in less than a year and worn down an inch. Service person tried to tell me I hit potholes and caused it. Only way this would happen is if I hit a pothole the width of the car with only the front tires and caused them to both turn inward the exact same amount. I got two new tires and a second alignment from NTB and now my front two tires are bald on inside and worn down an inch the EXACT same way the rear ones were. When I took the car in recently for the third time and told the associate in the store about the first set of bald tires he says, Oh yeah, we cant adjust the rear alignment on that car. No one said that to me the first I bought the new tires or the second time I had it in there for the worn tires, and now Im seeing the exact same wear on the front ones tires. They wont replace the tires, and the tire warranty isnt any good because of their bad alignment, and they dont warranty their alignments, so I would have to buy 2 more new tires, pay for a 3rd alignment in 3 years and in total have spent over $1,200 dollars only to have the same thing happen again next year. I have had an alignment done on my other car by one of their competitors in town that was over 2 years ago and have had no uneven wear on those tires and I drive it the same amount on the same roads. Ill be going back to the NTB competitor and Ill pay them to fix this right, and I wont be going back to NTB ever again for any of my tire and alignment needs.

Larry and his team are always on the ball.This is a tough gig and I know people are unhappy and annoyed and mad when they walk in. But, Ive always seen them treat these types of people with respect and courtesy.Ive been going here for years for oil changes, tire rotations and the like. Just had my tire replaced and felt like the treated me with respect and got the job done right.Well done, guys!

Made an appointment and they didnt have it when I went in. No biggy but then..They tried to swindle me into more then I needed. Saying brand new parts (not even a week old) needed replaced along with what needed done. And to charge me over 800 for it.I feel they try to take advantage of people who look like they may not know much about cars.. I know enough to know they are ridiculous.

This is the location that I go to now due the to Scarborough location closing down. I have two vehicles that I have taken to this location 2 different times. I always get the full synthetic that comes with the tire rotation. For some odd reason they always seem to forget the tire rotation and they promise they will do it the next time. I take care of my vehicles and keep them clean as possible just to take them to NTB for an oil change and have the technician track oil all throughout my vehicle. I never get a sticker stating my oil change date in mileage so I can keep track and they never reset the oil change service due on my dash. Every time I set an appointment its always a 2.5 to 3hr oil change I dont know why I set appointments, just for my tires to not get rotated. I asked for air to be put in my tire didnt get that, even though I asked before and after I paid. Im constantly told Im sorry while Im sitting there waiting due to the mishaps of miss ordering of the items needed to complete the job that I paid for. Im never given a discount either, due to my inconveniences. I think my long relationship with NTB has came to an end. I dont get what I pay for and I have to spend more money cleaning my car due to them tracking oil in it. It has now turned into a job for me to recheck everything that I pay for them to do just to find out that it hasnt been done or wasnt done correctly I am tired of feeling ripped off just want to get what I paid for thanks NTB.

These guys were great! I initially went in for an oil change, which included a free tire rotation. A few weeks later I had a slow leak, and suspected a broken tire valve.I took it in, and it turns out i had picked up a nail, so they plugged the tire for free! I couldnt believe it, and theyve earned many return visits from me. I cant speak highly enough of the service

Got there at 10 am for my car alignment and what can i say, it was done fast and excellent job .The person at the front desk was professional and quick. Im a first time costumer at NTB. My BMW drives like a champ now :) Their coffee is really good too.Thank you NTB, I will be back .

HORRIBLE !!! HORRIBLE !!! HORRIBLE !!! We made an appt. for 6:30pm on Tuesday, Jan 3 to have 2 tires installed. Simple job. By 8:00pm they had the car up on the rack with the back wheels off and NOTHING ELSE DONE. The worst service I have ever had regarding tire installation. What good are appointments if they make you wait for 2 1/2 hours to finish the job??? Needless to say, we wont be getting tires at NTB anymore. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I scheduled an oil change 7:30 in the morning when they opened. I arrived at 12:30 when scheduled to find that my name wasnt even on the list. The manager proceeded to call my a liar about calling. I showed him my phone and the time i called and he stilled wouldnt admit he screwed up. Wont be going back! very unprofessional!

HORRIBLE! NTB 2195 baltimore reynoldsburg rd ..1st Ive unfortunately been a loyal customer for about 7 years. this is the 2nd car NTB screwed up..I had to call 3 different locations and pull teeth to get them to either tell me my history of repairs, or print them. each one told me something different or a bit more information than the other or even a bit less information... I brought my car in bout 2 weeks ago to have them look at it for noises and over heating,the same issues i had fixed previously, and the mechanic said he would try to fit it in between appts but turns out he didnt have time because he had too many appointments.(there was one mechanic, and this is NOT an appt only shop. Walk ins are welcome! Or so I thought)..I waited 2 hours and left... So today 8-17-18, This is the 3rd time in 2018 that Ive come in for brakes,the 2nd time Ive come for over heating, and the 2nd time Ive come for ignition lock... all of which I had fixed the 1st time.*Issue 1. I had my ignition lock cylinder replaced sept 2017 because of locking when I try to start the vehicle. Had it fixed for for bout $300. After A few months it began to lock again. I take it back to NTB and they cant find an issue... Now I leave the key in the ignition so it wont lock... not resolved.*issue 2. I brought my car in to  be serviced on 1-10-18 . i was told i needed brake shoes, brake hardware and labor for $455 . Now on 07-23-2018 I come for for a growling grinding noise while  driving and braking . They said it was front brakes and roters which i then fixed for about $600..Today is 8-17-2018. (Less than 1 month later)I still hear the grinding noise while turning and my car is over heating STILL!...so now I need to spend $416 for hub bearings for the SAME problem noise... The front Associate ( bless his heart)demico i think, has been trying to get me a discount . but its for this same problem that I already paid for. negligence on ntbs partn! N e who. I accepted the discount so my car would be fixed again for the same problem.. but wait! Now another problem, apparently the parts are molded and the master mechanic  is having trouble getting it apart... The front guy had taken me to the back at this point and he asks the master mechanic what can we do to fix it .... the master mechanic Dave says find another mechanic because apparently Im not good enough.(yes actual words).. tells me hed be taking a loss to fix it .. Well if they fixed it the 1st time I wouldnt be here! so I ask them to put my car back together and Ill take it and find a better mechanic.... so the front guy demico (so nice)says hell have another mechanic take a look.. The second mechanic managed to get the parts apart....thank goodness. Hopefully he can fix it properly because im tired of spending $450 every 3 months. my car still is not fixed! UPDATE: after sitting here for about 4 hours they tell me they cant get the part until the morning. . still in resolved. UPDATE. The second mechanic Tim managed to fix my car. Hes amazing. And Timeco, the front guy was also an amazing help. 8-20-10.Next, i had heating and cooling problems which I brought in to be fixed 05-03-18 for $591. ... Today is 8-17-18... I am back at NTB and now they are telling me its just the radiator cap.... could it have been the radiator cap the first time?my car STILL isnt fixed.UPDATE: I call the store
