Brought my CR-V in for a tire rotation and balance. Had the pleasure of dealing with Tyler and Sam. Both were great and my vehicle was finished before promised time! There are 3 other shops closer to me but I will happily drive farther for their great work!

The cost for an oil change is high. The service was fast and friendly. However, I will most likely be shopping for a lower-cost solution. Bad when the dealership has cheaper prices on services than service facilities.

Prompt, courteous, and effective tire repair. Called and same day repair vis warranty. I rarely buy warranties on things but their tire warranty is worth every penny. Great communication as well. My go to for tires now!

We used this location to install a new set of tires on one of our work vans and had a great service experience. They were on time and did a clean job.

Service is wonderful super fast and very professional and respectful people here at the one on BROAD STREET by Lowes and TJ Maxx!!! With that all being said there is a woman that works there,I think her name is Jenna or Jenny but shes not a customer service type of person and shes definitely not very friendly!!! Thats the ONLY person that I have ever had a bad experience with and I went in today(Thursday August 19th at noon for my appointment) I had an oil change and tire rotation done! So far theyve been great! And have even gone above and beyond, allowing us to pick up our car shortly after they close.

It was hard to get my tire fixed on the same day (Friday) due to high volume of customers and they only had 1 tech on duty. So it wouldnt be until Monday that I can get in with an appointment. So what I did was take the tire out myself and left the tire with them to get fixed while I took the car home to run errands. They called me the same day to pick it up. They put the tire back on the SUV too.

Tire discounters did a fantastic job as usual. Tire rotation and balance, car goes straight as an arrow.

Scheduled a tire rotation. Said it would take about an hour and it did. TD met my expectations and contact person was very friendly.

Their courtesy pick up and delivery service was amazing, including the staff that performed this. This allowed me to continue to work from home with no interruptions. I can recommend just based on this alone. The entire experience was smooth and would definitely recommend.

Sam & Liz are the best. Ive been coming here for years. At least 5 sets of tires between different vehicles and I get my oil changes here. I really appreciate the alignment package because everytime I get my tires rotated I get the full alignment - and that saves me a ton of money. I also have the hazard coverage and they have fixed a few flats and replaced tires at a heavily reduced price when needed. The place is always busy, but you can schedule an appointment. Sometimes I wait longer than I want, but Ive never regretted bringing my business here. Highly recommended.

Have been here before for tires and oil changed. Always got good service. Car needed oil change, brakes, and tuneup. Also had been told previously it needed an oil pan gasket too. But when they looked at car I got a call saying oil pan gasket want leaking and didn’t need replaced. So that saved me around $100. Which is nice since the other repairs were expensive enough. I appreciate the honesty. Some places would have went ahead and done the work. Nice to know there is a place that won’t sell you stuff you don’t need. To many try to up sell and sell you stuff you don’t need.

No need to come this place for tire rotation for sprinter van they make appointment and when we reach at that appointment time they say reschedule.

We just keep coming back... for our personal vehicles, for our small fleet- the service here has always been top notch and worth every penny. They take time to make sure we know exactly what we are getting into, and have helped me go through dozens of options when deciding to upgrade rims & tires... We have never been let down here! My girlfriend brought her car into Tire Discounters for tires and brakes. She made appointment in advance, when we showed up, they told us that they didn’t show appointment for her, but stated they could get it in. She was okay with it. So we left the car there. They called us a few hours later thinking that they were calling us to say car was done but they called to say they were waiting on the tires to come in. If you didn’t have the tires instock when we drop the car off we would of pick another brand of tire. So couple more hours went by, so I called about my girlfriend car to see if it was done, the person that answered didn’t know any information about the car, so someone else answered the call and said it will be ready by 5:00 pm. A whole day for tires and brakes, WOW! We been to location a couple of times, but never had any problems before there. The people working there now don’t know what there doing. I miss the other people that were working here in the past. So we finally got the car back, my girlfriend was driving home and it was making a noise from the front of car, we couldn’t go back to the store because it was closed, and the noise was very loud. She had to have the check out right of way. So we seen firestone was still open so we took over to them. They said both front side caliper bolts were very loose. Unbelievable, after paying 1250.00 for tires and brakes you would figure they would make sure their work would top notch for that price. Never again will we being going back to Tire Discounters at least this location.

Go to get tires and i have to wait a day for them to order them, so i went somewhere they had product at store and got my tires and new rims. This place lost 3k because they cant have tires and rims in stock.

Got my tire fixed there Saturday and as soon as I was about to leave they told me at I was leaking oil checked my oil just to make sure it was fine. Started the car and as soon as I tried to turn the wheel. I had to use all my strength to trun the wheel. Come to find out it was my power steering. Took it into the shop to find the problem and the guy said that someone unscrewed a bolt. I more or likely will never come back again. Never had a problem with power steering before until the day I went to get my tire fixed.

I highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion elsewhere before having this place do any work. I was hearing a click on my back passenger side sometimes when I put it into park. I took it to them for a diagnosis, they said that I cracked an axel and that my rear differentials was going out, and gave me an estimate for a little over $2,000. I drove the car for a few more weeks and nothing got worse and I knew it couldnt be my rear differentials because i would hear that while driving and there was nothing. I needed an oil change and they was convenient for me to go to since I work right by this location. So I had them do the oil change and just to double check everything and give me an exact estimate to fix everything they seen. They again claimed it was an axel and rear differentials and a couple a other things and now gave me an estimate for over $3,000. I made an appointment with another shop. I took it to that shop, they put it up on a lift in front of me. The owner and one of his other mechanics took flashlights and moved everything and tested everything and there was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the stuff that TireDiscounters quoted me. All that was wrong was that my boot to my emergency brake was a little loose. Please be careful with these scam artist

Really wanted to give a 2, but the workers were friendly and the work seems fine. Made an appointment almost a week out for first thing in the morning (8am) being told it would be an hour long and my car wasnt out until 11:30. I understand them having leftover work from the night before, BUT I watched at least 4 walkins come and go AND another appointment come and go. They did not prioritize the way they should have and when I asked what was going on, I wasnt given any reason other than that I was next in line.

Had a low tire notice on my dashboard, stopped in & after a few minutes wait, they filled all four tires, no charge. No tech told me to fo it myself...Im happy!

I was a walk-in on 12/3. My tire had a slow leak that just wouldnt quit (I was hoping it was due to cold weather). I also needed an alignment and a turn signal bulb replaced. I was very well taken care of and my car now feels much better to drive!

Right rear tire on the truck picked up a screw and started to leak slowly...was after 5pm when I noticed. Called up the shop in Reynoldsburg and Steve told me to bring it right in. Yesterday at 6:15 pm, I discovered a huge bolt in my tire. Of course, immediately start to panic. I made a mad dash to TD to get there before they closed at 7 praying that they wont turn me away for tomorrow. Josh and Steve saved the day. Wonderful, Patient and experienced gentlemen took care of my tire without blinking an eye. I truly appreciated it and I will return to them without hesitation. Thanks again

UPDATE: As I said in my previous post the customer service of this place is really good. After my review I received a call a few days later, they apologized and accepted me to take my car back since it continued to have an oil lick, they service it and seems like the problem is fixed. They refunded my money which I asked not to do so because that was not my intention, but they said that it was because they wanted me back as a customer. That proof me this place actually takes care of their clients and that for me is extremely important.Even though their customer service guy is really cool, dont go here unless you have the whole day to wait and still not get the job done well. They will tell you your car will be ready in one hour (oil change and tire replacement) after 2 hours and a half when I finally get my car back less than a mile driving it a strong oil smell comes out and a light indicating the tire replaced is underinflated, I take it back and all the oil was licking and another 25 min wait. Very unhappy!

Fast service. Invoice contained amounts not noted in the quote. Manager resolved quickly and efficiently. All in all, will likely be back.

Tire discounters was amazing! I had a nail in my tire that I needed fixed before I went to the airport, and I stopped by another location first that was unable to squeeze me in before stopping here. Tire discounters not only got it done in an hour, they were friendly, honest and informative. This is now my first choice for any of my tire issues!

Went in for a flat tire that I didnt even purchase here. I had to wait almost an hour to get it fixed, but when I went to check out they didnt charge me a penny. Thats pretty nice!!

Really like going to Tire Discounters for tires and oil changes. I started going there years ago, before this location opened, and was really impressed with their honesty and no-pressure sales. When this one opened close to my house, I was happy to start taking my vehicles there.They have now put four sets of tires on three different cars and Im still happy with the service we get. Staff is friendly, place is kept nice and clean, and their prices are competitive. (Especially considering the free alignment with new tires!)I also take my cars there for oil changes. They rotate the tires for free (which most oil change places charge for) and they give the wheels and suspension a check to make sure all is well. It takes longer... they average about an hour... but the price is about the same even with the extras like tire rotation.Only complaint.... they never call me to tell me the work is done! They keep pretty busy so they do eventually call, but if they tell you it will take an hour and you leave, come back in an hour and 15 minutes on your own. They wont likely get to the call anytime soon.

Quoted me 80 minutes labor for a headlamp change that took me 10 minutes in the parking lot. Yes really.Did not notice one of the tires was faulty and bulging on the inside wall. They did not sell me the tires so the tire itself wasnt their fault, but they didnt notice a huge issue with it. Tire went flat the next day.Overfilled my tires 38lbs instead of 32.Couldnt do an alignment and said I needed four parts replaced (bearings, etc.). Went to another mechanic and only one of the four parts was actually faulty.

We’ve had to take my husband’s truck in a few times in the past several months because of various things that have needed maintenance, and I definitely trust this location with my vehicles. The staff is very helpful and friendly and honest and the prices are great and things are always done in a timely manner. I always feel good about getting any work or maintenance done on our vehicles there!

I was here to have my tire done this rude guy make me wait for 1 hours saying it will take 1.5 hrs to change tire and signed all paper work and finally after 40 minutes pulling my all tires from car he said computer was wrong and have no tire I stock very rude never apologize and offer different cheap tire I do not want to. Refuses to tell his name and another associate informed he was GM worst and rude person I ever see in my life. I wish seen reviews before but made bas decision because it was close to my house. I wish I can rate zero ....

I am very pleased with the service that I received at Tire Discounters. I arrived at 1pm for my appointment and was greeted by one of the staff at the front door. The tires look and feel wonderful especially compared to the old ones I arrived on. I will return with my other vehicles to get more tires. Your staff is wonderful and they all deserve kudos.

Save yourself the money and headache. The manager Steve Faircloth is EXTREMELY RUDE over talking me when I was simply trying to explain what was told to me. I purchased tires for the promotion I was quoted and when I made an appointment and arrived to receive the free wheel alignment within my promotion Steve stated that his employee (who made my appointment and stated my promotion would be honored) lied and I would have to pay $100 for a wheel alignment. No accountability was taken and when I asked for corporates information he said go online. Very rude and unprofessional company and service. Ive spent over $1500 in tire purchases with them and this is how they repay loyal customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Again please save yourself the time and money from dealing with this business. Everything is all good when your pockets are open and when its time for them to fulfill what is promised they renig directing you out the door and to submit a request online to corporate.

Steve and his team WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH!!! He was patient and understanding as my husband and I worked to figure out the best set of tires for our leased vehicle (based on required size, speed rating, etc). He and his team worked efficiently and quick, and I was able to pick my car up with 4 new tires and an oil change by the end of my work day. They are the BEST!!! I will definitely be coming back!

Scott was patient and understanding of what I was wanting done and worked with me to make that happen to my specs. Got 4 new tires, wheel alignment, and adjusted coilovers to match the height I wanted. Purchased a year of free alignments, went back to utilize this after doing some work under the car and even though it was my own doing and shouldnt have been covered, he covered it and had me taken care of in an hour.

This shop is up front and HONEST. They do the work they say they are going to do and they get it right. Their communication is great. I have had multiple vehicles serviced / repaired here. Each experience has been a good one (except for the fact I needed a vehicle repair, of course). It is difficult to find a reliable, honest mechanic. You would do well to look here.

They charged me over $800 for a new fuel pump but the one they installed looks like one they pulled out of a junk yard. definitely not new. also, new fuel pumps are usually around $200ish, go elsewhere.

I truly appreciate the great customer service I received this morning at the tire discounters on 8197 East Broad Street. Steve,the floor manager went above and beyond making sure that my tire and wheel were done properly and as prompt as possible. Great staff and great service. Our only constructive criticism would be that we typically make an appointment but still have to wait quite a while for services to be rendered. Prioritizing long term clientele over walk-in traffic would be an improvement opportunity.

Went into this location with my Moms new car. Told the man my Mom had got a screw in her tire. Told him it needed to be patched from the inside of the tire. No plug as it would void the warranty. The vehicle has 3000 miles on it in total. He told us we would have to leave the car because it would be about 3 hrs before he could get to it. We were the only ones there. He said it would be $24.95 to fix the tire. We left the car and drive to my house which is 12 minutes away from there. We got to my house and took off our coats and he calls my Mom to say that the car is ready. So he proceeds to tell my Mom that they removed the screw and that the tire has been fixed. My Mom says to him so you put a patch right he then replies we put a patch and a plug. So my Mom got upset with him and told him we told you not to put a plug because you would void the warranty. He didnt say much after my Mom said that. We left my house and went 12 minutes back to the location. My Mom went in to get her car. She told him, we specifically said do not put a plug it would void the warranty and you put one anyway. He handed my mom a receipt and did not charge her. My Mom left there very unhappy. I called their corporate office and told a woman named Marla what had happened and she proceeded to tell me that they have procedures to follow. I told her that if he couldnt do what I asked then he should not have touched the car. Corporate was of no help either. They told me they would look into it but that he has procedures follow. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Let me tell you the most recent reason I will ALWAYS bring my car to Tire Discounters:So COVID-19 hits and Im now working from home. As I now sparingly drive my car, I noticed my brakes were making a lot of noise. I assumed it was time for brake pads. I dropped my car off before work and told the great guys up front that I just needed my brakes looked at and wouldnt need to pick it up till after work. Not 2 hours later, they called double checking what I thought was wrong with my brakes. I told them about the noise and they explained that when your car sits for long periods of time a little rust can build up on your brakes!! He said we will check them one more time to make sure we didnt miss anything. About an hour later they called and let me know they couldnt find anything wrong. So after work, I went and picked up my car, free of charge.Why am I telling you this story?? Because it just one of the many times Tire Discounters has been 10000% honest with me about what is wrong with my car. They could have simply told me the pads were bad and swapped them out and made money. But thats not the way they work and I cant tell you how awesome that is!! So if you always fear you might be getting ripped off by your mechanic, Im telling you, you can trust these guys!

The staff here is kind and honest. I brought my wifes Jeep in because it had a slow leak in one of its tires. They informed me that it could not be patched safely because of where it was punctured. They did not have a replacement tire in stock and were unable to order it (due to an issue with a supplier) so I asked them to put the spare on. They did that and did not charge me anything for the visit. I did not get my problem solved, but I was treated well and honestly. I will be back in the future.

My children and I were traveling for Thanksgiving. On Friday I discovered a flat tire just as we were about to head home (3 hour drive). Unfamiliar with the area we found Tire Discounters and walked in and they were very busy. The gentleman there, however, got us right in and had us back on the road in about an hour. I am so grateful for the wonderful service I received.

Generally good price for tires, but comes with included repair service/alignment so is a tad pricier than you can find at a few other stores. Also, just plan on dropping your car off and come back when you are called. Speed is definitely not their selling point, even if your car is on the lifts it could still be a few hours.

I highly reccomend Tire Discounters. Its clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I walked in wanting a set of tires that werent the best, but they were what I could afford. The employee warned me about the wear of the tires and offered his personal opinion on what tires would be better (more expensive than the ones I had picked) but gave them to me at the same price as my other choice. The employees also inspected my car for free, finding a few other problems, but gave the best advice on how to fix it and even worked around to find ways to make my expenses as minimal as possible. I will definitely be a lifetime customer.
