Nice people; for a first time getting my nails done. Great experience

I went in for a fill they told me to come back in an hour. So I called an made an appt for an hour later at 1pm. I went in at 12:55 and they took the walk ins and told me I had to wait another 45 mins!!! They are super unprofessional! I went 3 weeks ago and they were good. This time they were rude an unapologetic!!!So I came back two days later to try again. The lady who did my nails was in such a rush she did a good design but I have clear polish caked on the sides of my fingers. I had to come home and file them myself because of the access polish. She did my nails in 25 mins and theyre sloppy. Not even coffin shape. You guys are a waste of money and should redo my nails for free!! They are lumpy and the polish is coming off because of all the clear coat around my fingers.

Ive been here twice for gel pedicure. The first time was excellent, but two weeks ago, not so much. One big toe nail is longer than the other. One toe nail smugged and nothing touched it. They ask over and over again about upgrading and manicures. I tip minimum 20% and I dont regret that, but I wont go back.

I came to get a refill ($35) not bad. Friendly, I loved the color/ design but my nails came out crooked. I told her too that I noticed one of the nails were filed sideways and she started filing it again and I trusted she fixed it. Turns out all my nails are just crooked/sideways

Still getting used to the difference in price from CA to nv but so far this was the best deal in the area for a maní pedí, unfortunately the service was horrible. I came a few years ago and had a decent experience but today was the worst experience Ive ever had. I made an appointment for two and they didnt see me until more than 30 minutes after my appointment time and the other party ten minutes after that. They never once apologized but instead made excuses. Our water was cold and they were rude about changing it. The whole reason we needed pedis is for our cuticles and ingrowns and they did not do a good job at that. The lady I had kept arguing and then finally got the cuticles somewhat but she was rushing even though they slowed down by the time I finally got my service. They stated that even though I made an appointment everyone had come in at the same time, right before our appointment. Thats not OK, they know about an appointment and anywhere Ive ever been before world have had a walking wait because they have an appointment. Ive waited, understandably, under that circumstance.

I always get my nails done at jb and always use same lady, she does a perfect job every time, I wont go anywhere else!

I wanted my finger nails and toenails done. I showed the girl something I liked on pinterest. She said she could do American flag and stars instead. It looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I was very disappointed and embarrassed

Every time I come into this shop o walk out with the worse full set I’ve ever had.. I’ve tried to be kind but I cried this time. She didn’t make them short she made them very circular and then charged me $45 (3 times is not the charm).. would not recommend. Ever

I started doing 1 thing for me and that was getting my nails done. Since I was always spending on my children I never spent on myself. So 1 thing I started doing was my nails to help me feel good. I am not simple when it comes to them I like a design that only I have. I have come into jb nails with designs that have been difficult to copy but Maia gets it to the tee every time. I love her work she gets them perfect every time. I give her 10 stars if I could.

These two ladies (whom I did not get their names) were very Rude. They made it obvious they were talking smack about you, very unprofessional! I would not recommend coming here. Don’t waste your money on this place!

Went to my regular nail place and I was turned away, so I went to this place for the first time. Did cute nail design, finished my fill in a timely manner, and gave me a mimosa while they did my fill. Highly recommend this place. People are very nice and courteous. Even tho they closed less than 30 mins from the time I arrived they still helped me and even took more customers. Thats good customer service!!

Ive been coming to J&B nail shop for 3 yrs n have had my nails done at other places, but I keep coming back to J&B becuz they do my nails they way I like them..

They do an excellent job, and they go out of their way not to hurt you. I just wish that they all spoke English. Kinda quiet when I cant communicate. I cant even ask How is the baby? Maybe I should learn Vietnamese. If that is even what they speak. Anyway, I do like going there, and they always do a great job. Things are clean, the business is clean. Once in a blue moon I can get my husband in there for a pedicure. So guy friendly also! Go there, you will enjoy the experience! 4 Stars because I cant speak Vietnamese, or whatever. Thats my bad, not thiers.

Have been going here since it opened. Love the atmosphere, the ladies are always friendly. Treat me like family (cant speak their language but get by lol. My nail are always top notch. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I am very picky when it comes to my nails, and J & B have made sure that I always walk out with a smile. Mani and Pedi gel is always a must.

My mom and I both went here for manicures, I told them just the basic one is fine, the lady I got tried talking me into the gel one but I said no so then she proceeded to do my nails in such a hurry it was as if she was irritated I didn’t want gel. The polish looked so bad that I ended up taking it off when I got home. The man who did my mom’s nails cut off more than she wanted and her polish was thick and didn’t look nice at all. We’ll never go back here again.

Overall been fairly happy, however at my most recent visit there credit card machine was down so had to spend extra time getting cash. And then the girl rushed through things. Wasnt horrible but only happened once so far so we shall see if it reoccurs.

I have been coming to this salon now for about 5 years...tried another for a short time and ended up coming back. The service is awesome and the owner, along with the staff are personable and always willing to please. You dont need an appointment, and they of course work around the ones that do. Weekends are INSANELY busy...so you know it has to be a great place to go. They do whatever I ask whether its a mani or a pedi...and I always come out pleased with the results. I highly recommend this salon.

My first time going there today and I loved it, they were so kind and gave me lots of info on nail care I didnt even know, very polite I will be coming back for my fill

They werent very friendly. Had red polish on when I came in and they didnt even take it off all the way.

I have been here twice. First time wasn’t too bad. They offer a lot for a reasonable price. Second time was awful. I was with my mom who wanted to get a gel pedicure. I don’t get gel during the winter because I don’t wear flip flops during the winter - imagine that! The lady doing my pedicure WOULD NOT LET IT GO. She kept saying, “You sure you don’t want gel? She’s getting gel. You need gel. Gel lasts longer. Come on get the gel.” Seriously like 5-10 minutes of this. No is no. To top it off she was rough as hell and painted my nails sloppily. I’m so sorry I didn’t give you the $ for gel. I can take the annoyance about the gel, but taking it out on me because I didn’t get it- is ridiculous. I’m leaving a review, but it doesn’t matter because there’s only this place and Walmart on this side of town. Just beware of this. Get gel nail and you are okay!

They were amazing got my nails done yesterday they are exactly how I wanted

This was my first time here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ive had my nails done many times before and this was the worst they have ever been. I asked for coffin shape and the nail tech was in such a rush to clip the nails that she poked my fingers multiple times with the small scissors she used. With all that rush, the coffin shop of my nails are all different and uneven. The polish is poorly done and she left quite a bit of acrylic and nail glue around each nail that should have been cleaned off or filed off. I am not happy with the service here. It was rushed and poorly done.

I arrived on time. Got right in. The person never introduced herself. Asian. I asked her to take care of my ingrown nail. She didnt. She didnt cut my nails or even them out. I got more off a massage, then nail care. I was completed at the 45 minute mark, with a very poor job done! At 30$ my toes should look perfect! She was not friendly. None of the for Asian women there were friendly! All of them seemed more worried about the time put in on each job, then customer service! Very poor!! I do not recommend them.....waist of your money, ladies. I have painted un even toes nails that I will have to fix myself!

Worse nails I have ever seen.My girlfriend comes home with nails that look terrible. They were uncleaned with polish all over her fingers still. There were bubbles in the gel. They did a rushed, poor, job and charge $70. The nails seriously did not look professionally done at all.This was her second time at this place. The first time she just assumed was an unlucky experience. On her first visit the person doing her nails cut a large gash in her finger with the nail clippers (Im not sure I could do as much damage if I were trying). They also looked poor on her first visit. I dont recall bubbles in the gel, but there was still polish all over her fingers surrounding her nails. To

This shop is dirty!! Ive honestly never seen a shop in this kind of condition.. they seemed nice enough but I wont be back. For the amount they charge this shop should not have bugs crawling across the floor. The chairs were dirty the equipment made me nervous. Im honestly pretty easy to please. But I definitely wont be returning...

First of all they do great job and they are very nice and make you feel comfortable.

This place sucks! I asked for almond shaped nails and they gave me weird oval bubbles on my nails. The gel still had bubbles in it and a HAIR in it. The nails lifted so much that after the first week they were getting caught in my hair. Under the nails and on the sides of the nails the lady left a ton of acrylic that I had to file off myself. Complete waste of $45

They are good on just line work or paint, Ive gotten acrylic fill ins and it didnt turn out well and my friend got a gel full set and there were a lot of bubbles in her polish

Place is horrible !! My eyebrows done there and we told the lady that I just need a clean up around the brows instead she reshaped them and left them SUPER THIN !! When we had made it very clear we didnt want the eyebrows thin. Horrible customer service . DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE THERE !!!
