I never write reviews, but I feel like this experience warrants it. I went in asking for a gal manicure. I saw the price was 35 at the door. When I sat down, they asked if I wanted dip power instead. I asked how much. They said 50. I said fine. They asked asked if I wanted eyebrow waxing. I asked how much. They said 10. At the end, I was charged 55 for dip power and 15 for waxing. I mentioned this was not what they told me. They insisted these were the prices. I felt mislead and cheated. I will not be returning. Learn your prices before you tell them to clients.

The people here are ANGELS!! Tami is the sweetest nail tech I’ve ever encountered & quite frankly she deserves the world. She was conscious of my nail health and made amazing recommendations. The entire ambiance was so soothing, I want to just come here to hangout. 10000% recommend!!

I am not one to write about my experience somewhere, but by far the worst place I have gone. The gentleman who did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. He did horrible. Didn’t even take all of my polish off. Didn’t touch my toenails and didn’t get the dead skin off my heals or sides of my feet that I requested to speed some extra time on please. I am a runner so I am constantly getting them. Honestly horrible horrible place to go. And charged me 75.00 for the luxury Pedicure.

They were very nice but the lady that did myNails shaped watches nail differently and didn’t do it right so my nails are a bit lumpy. I would recommend just be carful on who you get

Unfortunately I will never come back here and wouldn’t recommend them. I normally get my nails done somewhere else and thought I’d try somewhere closer to home. When I checked in for a fill I was told $30.00 for a fill and I was then charge $50.00 for a FILL!! I have never ever paid this much for a fill ever. The guy, Jim, told me it’s because it was and ombré fill, but this wasn’t until he was charging me. I already had Ombré on and there is no extra materials or work needed during a fill. My full new sets cost me $40.00. So very disappointed, I had planned on bringing my three daughters here this weekend for pedicures. Needless to say we won’t be back, I find it extremely poor service to quote someone $30.00 then charge them $20.00 more. Just lost the business of 4 over that.

Spent 45 dollars for a 13 minute pedicure. I asked them to clip the in grown toenail and they didn’t even do that. Too big of a hurry. Work go back.

I was so impressed with her, we had a fun conversation, she is very detailed, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. She exceeded my expectations! I moved to Reno from NJ 6 months ago. Its so difficult to find new nail technicians, hairdressers, etc. when youve used the same salons in NJ forever. I was fortunate to find Party Nails not long after moving here. The salon is well appointed and extremely neat and clean. I love the color charts they provide for you to choose your nail color. Every other salon has always asked me to just go and pick a polish from the shelves. Pretty cool. Ava is the owner and I was lucky to have her do my first pedicure and manicure. She is meticulous with making my nails look perfect every time and she treats me like a goddess. It is very evident that as the owner of the shop, she makes every effort to be sure the salon runs smoothly and her clients are satisfied. I highly recommend Party Nails for their expert service and always making me feel so welcome.

This place was so dirty. I will never go back. The guy doing my pedicure used his own fingernail to cut out the a excess polish off of my toe, gross! Everything had smudges and finger prints all over, the chairs in the wait area were covered in mucky gunk? I dont know what it was, but gross. Very unsanitary and not relaxing at all. Floor was covered in debris. It was a hot day when I went, no A/C, had the doors open and there were flys everywhere. Very ghetto.

I love going to this nail salon. I have tried several nail salons and have not had good customer service and my nails are not done how I like them. Adam is extremely funny and kind. His salon is very clean and reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Went in this weekend to get mani/pedi. Lady who was supposed to do my nails was very rude. Got told well why didnt you go somewhere else when i was telling her what i wanted.

Clean, bright welcoming and very efficient run. Leslie was my tech two weeks ago. My gels held up through two weeks of house guests, a first birthday party in which I made cake pops and mini cupcakes. I type all day at work and school at night, so I was really watching. Not a chip or scuff!I am so happy I am having a manicure and pedicure tomorrow and going for the cats eye!

Adam did my nails and didn’t speak a single word to me the whole time and he didn’t try to make sure they were looking good. He didn’t do a good job at all and when I asked one of the lady’s to fix them she told me my nails were too wide and that they couldn’t fix them. Meanwhile I just went and got my nails done at a different salon and the look beautiful. They weren’t particularly friendly either and I would absolutely never recommend anyone here. Especially not to get their nails done by the owner.

I have never written a negative review. Typically, if I am unhappy about customer service, I simply don’t return however today this salon earned its stripes. . Today I came in to get my nails done today since it was on my way home. Initially the wife was the one who started, but she took a client who walked in during my nail session. (She burned my nails three times while using her nail drill and left uneven filing on my fingers) She asked me to wash my hands and transferred me to her husband. Although I was annoyed to be passed off, I explained to her husband what I wanted to have done. As I explained how I wanted my nails painted, I was insulted and disrespected. I told him that it was unacceptable for him to treat me that way and that I would wait for the next available nail technician. I walked out to my car since all of them were busy so that I was not sitting next to him, as the wait would have been about 20 minutes or more. He followed me out to my car OPENED MY driver side door and threatened me and said he was going to call the police (for what? Waiting in my car and avoiding a rude man?) I literally had to grab my car door handle and pull it in and lock it. He tried keeping it open. Not only was this man rude, but also threatening. I have never experienced such a thing. I will never be back. Since I have now read the reviews, It seems I am not the first to have received terrible customer service from this salon and this man. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to relax and get your nails done. You won’t find relaxation or quality customer service here.

The worst nail job ever. Ok so I have lived all over. Go and get a pedicure every 2 weeks. Just got pink and white acrylic done. She asked short or long I said medium. They are barely above my skin. Then I told her square round they are square. Popping up and it hasnt even been a week we went on Monday. Crappy nail job. Wont be going back

! I have tried at least 7 salons in the last year and almost everyone I went to around town was DIRTY! Party nails is so CLEAN and updated. They had so many gel colors I was almost overwhelmed. The ladies working there create such a fun atmosphere. Carly did an amazing job on my mani/pedi and I will for sure be back!

This was the only place I could find with availability on a Tuesday afternoon. My nail peeled and I called and got it fixed, they are super friendly and decently priced! Very professional and kind, thank you!

Peanut was awesome. But all of there prices list is apparently wrong, I got 3 gift certificates to cover for a gift for myself and 2 other people on Thursday and ask the person that sold me the gift certificates if that would cover everything we want he said yes. Then the very next Monday was our appointment and they charged us another 50 on top of the 235.00 I already spent. So just a heads up.

BUYER BEWARE!ZERO STARS2 Thumbs downI had my first gel manicure done on a Saturday.By the very next day it had already chipped and my nails were jagged.I called the owner to schedule my first available time to come in which was the following Wednesday and it took the manicurist 2 hours to redo my gel manicure.That manicure has managed to last me all of 4 days before it also began to chip and my nails became jagged from her lack of filing skills.I decided the first time shame on them the second time shame on me.I proceeded to go back in to get a refund because I wasnt going to continue wasting my time going in there when what Im really looking for is a nice gel polish manicure that lasts 2 weeks like most of them do...(thats why people get gel polish manicures so they dont have to deal with going and getting them done every week)The last thing I wanted to do was have to go back in there again and give them another chance to redo it and have it not be right, I just wanted to refund.I was informed that they do not give refunds, then the owner told me to get the f*** out of his store and called me a b****.Apparently its not okay to question his store policy on refunds or try to explain that youre not interested in having your nails redone because youve already given them two chances at it already.Obviously they have zero customer service and zero customer satisfaction in this store and all I can say is with all of the other nail places in town, dont waste your time energy or dignity or money going into this garbage shop.Just one added note, I am absolutely positive that they must do some type of thinning of their gel polishes because I have never been anywhere where my gel polish chipped before 10 days.My daughter is a manicurist in another state and she told me thats exactly what they must be doing because gel polish is not going to chip after one day or after 4 days unless the store is watering down or sitting down the polishes in some way.

Shop was clean. They seemed understaffed right when they opened. The nail technician did an okay job, but she wasnt very thorough. I think she was rushing to accommodate all of the other customers because they were short on staff. Nonetheless, nails looked awesome at an unbeatable low price!

I came in here to have a gel fill....I was unable to get in to see my normal nail person. The tech I saw was nice enough but the gentleman working on someone else was very rude (Im assuming its the owner since I cant imagine an employee going on like that and still having a job); he asked me who did my nails and I told him, he said he would never hire her. I said I really liked her work, but she was unavailable; he continued to say very negative things about my nails, her and her work in a voice loud enough to be heard through the entire establishment. He just would not shut up. Totally unprofessional. I thought the work done that day was fine, but its been a little over a week and the color is already chipping off. Really? This shouldnt happen with gel if its done right. Its never happened with the lady that he says he wouldnt hire......maybe its that he cant get her! I honestly cannot recommend this place.

After getting CUT with a pair of large clipper cutters and not even getting a sorry or anything to clean the cut besides a dry papertowel...then getting overcharged for the fill ya I wont be returning. Sad to because the owners are amazing NAIL techs....(they didnt do my nails...another woman did)

The owner Adam is the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Both my big toe nails became infected from too deep trimming during Wed pedicure. Adam refused to own up. Accusing me of “always” complaining. Will never return to Party Nails.

I encountered a lady getting her nails done 2 stations down from me and all because she asked for a nail to be redone the owners completely snapped at her! If you can’t take constructive criticism you shouldn’t have your own business! I felt so bad for the young lady! The owner told her she needed to “get her face done”! Please don’t spend your money here to be treated badly!!

I have been going to my nail technician for years now. I’ve gone to different places where she did nails before she started with Party Nails and never ever have I seen the mistreatment of customers as I see there! The owner (Adam)has a “little man complex” since he’s the only man there he feels that he rules over the woman there and over customers. I’ve witness first hand him disrespecting customers calling them names, calling the police on them for no reason, and kicking them out for the simplest of things. When I’m being worked on the owners wife (Ava) hovers over to make sure I get charged for every damn rhinestone that is added. They say it’s $45 for a fill, but I had rhinestones added to one nail on each hand (so two nails) and she charged me $70!!!! I wanted to cry since it was just a regular fill. I mentioned to them that the only reason they had some loyal customers was not because of them it was because of the other technicians there. The owner and his wife have no idea what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. There are Nail shops in every corner if you don’t not have to go there ****PLEASE DONT GO AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!!!****

PLEASE READ: One star is too much for this establishment. I am a professional African American woman who was discriminated against at this business. After receiving a lackluster gel polish service, the owner and his wife, I believe, were extremely disrespectful towards me. I expressed that I was not satisfied with my service and ended the service prior to her finishing. The petite Asian woman proceeds to tell me that she did not like people who looked like me and the owner followed saying he did not like me as I was paying for my services I remained professional during this entire altercation, even when their customers tried to jump in and defend their actions. As I was walking out, the owner told me to keep walking and never come back and that he was going to call the police on me evening though I was leaving voluntarily. I cannot believe the way I was treated at this establishment. I not once called them out of their name, raised my voice, or disrespected them. Not to mention, the station was not cleaned prior to her starting my nails. She also reused acetone to soak of my gel polish and criticized the way my nails looked while soaking my nails off, all the while using an electric nail file.

They are my Favorite! I drive from Spanish Springs just because they are so great! You will not be disappointed.

If I could rate this place negative stars I would. I don’t even know where to begin. Rude employees, no air conditioning on, broken pedicure chairs, cold water and then burning hot water, the girl kept hitting me with the drill on fingers and toes causing me to bleed, some weird goop for their “deluxe” pedicure and then hardly any massage, the other chair was being plunged using a toilet plunger, gel polish is bumpy and uneven, and then filed after so it’s actually chipped on the side... I almost cried when they charged me $80 dollars. Never going back and I would suggest you don’t waste your time or your money.

Horrible service! I came in for a fill/polish change and from the get go the lady was rude, seemed like I was inconveniencing her. She burned my fingers twice when filing. Polish was horrible streaky and not to my cuticle, didn’t remove all of polish from before. I asked her to fix it and she ended up calling me names. Stay away!!

I am in hysterics over how horrible my nails turned out. the shape is so uneven and the paint doesn’t cover the sides of my nails. the polish has bubbles all over. i’ve never had such a horrible set. i got in my car, cried and drove to a different salon to get another brand new set.

I went to get new set on Friday evening, by Tuesday morning...one nail broke, one cracked. My daughter also got her nails done, 2 of her nails broke after three days.

This is honestly one of the worst nail experiences ever. Their polishes dont match so sorry if you want your gel mani to match your regular pedi. They pressured me into leaving even though my toes hadnt dried yet; I told them I wanted to wait to put my shoes on and they said it would take an hour so I should go - I had been sitting there for like ten minutes. Refused to acknowledge the terrible job they did. I rarely take the time to rate a place, but these people are honestly making me wonder if I should call the cosmetology board to complain. On top of that, they got my clothes dirty from lotion and dust - I am usually clothed when I get a mani/pedi, and this has never happened. Also, the main guy, Adam, doesnt seem to understand this isnt a concert hall and maybe the music volume shouldnt be turned up that high. TL;DR: Dont go here.

I got super crappy nails for $50 and then a less than a week later had to get a repair and WAS STILL CHARGED. Will not be returning and strongly don’t recommend.
