My kids and I have lived here over a year now, my first apartment on my own, and we are happy to call this HOME!!! The staff is very professional LINDA,RON, and MARCOS are great and have exceeded my expectations above all . Linda has always addressed my needs or concerns fast, and makes sure all my needs are met!!! Ron is well experienced, has safely and efficiently fixed our maintenance needs. Marcos is very friendly, and adequate in making sure our community stays clean and looks beautiful! Above all I love how they know our names, and make it a point to stop and say hi and acknowledge my kids!!!

Front desk lady is very rude and does not care about residents whatsoever. Does not allow residents into an empty pool because reservations were not made 24 hours in advance. Not friendly at all. Apartments falsely advertised, shown a model apartment and given another. Water damage on ceiling. Stay away.

The place is tiptop and linda the manager is so good to everyone she is a great person she is professional and casual and loving and respectful she is an amazing person

Ive lived at this apartment complex for just over a year with little to no problems; what problems I have had, have been quickly addressed by Linda and Ron.Linda, the Property Manager, is the real MVP. Any issues I address with her are handled swiftly with a smile, and knowledge of her job. I am continually amazed by her professionalism. Linda is my go to person, and shes never let me down. Its kind of nice when you feel like youre their only tenant, even though I know Im not.Ron continues to assist us with any and all maintenance, and hes incredibly professional, personable, and knowledgeable in his position. He goes above and beyond his job duties, in my opinion, to accommodate the residents here. He even puts up with my crazy anti-social pup. :) Without him, our closet door wouldnt shut, wed have missing blinds, our A/C wouldnt function correctly, and many, many other things.Red Oak Villas wouldnt be nearly as amazing as it is (its pretty damn amazing) if it werent for the amazing team they have. The dog poop stations are awesome, the friendly residents are a major plus, and the location in Redlands is an even bigger plus.Good job Red Oak Villas!

I love living here. This is a dog friendly complex, so the four legged member of our family is welcome here also. What sets this apartment apart from other places that I have lived is the staff. Besides being professional, knowledgeable and helpful, Ron and Linda know everybody by name and always have a friendly greeting. They make the difference between an apartment and a home.

My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months so far and we have nothing but positive experiences. The area is very quiet (even with everyone working from home during COVID). Linda in the office is phenomenal, she goes out of her way to not only help us out but makes everyone feel welcome. The office and maintenance has been excellent with quick responses to inquiries, thorough communication throughout COVID, and willingness to do what it takes to make these apartments a home. We have only had to call maintenance once and they responded quickly and took care of the problem as soon as they could get the correct part ordered. When I first moved in, I was nervous about having shared laundry facilities but availability has never once been an issue for us.

Staff is friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend. Great community!

Dont pay your rent 1 day late they will charge you 75 bucks and if your a week late expect a bill for 795 bucks from their stupid attorney. The management is horrible. I had really hot or freezing cold water for 6 months before i finally complained 5+ times and someone fixed it in less than 2 hours. I have spiders still and they sent me some form to fill out i returned it to the office noone came out. i went home today to find some guy in my patio painting without notice or authorization from me. i then told the manager she said opps sorry wrong apartment. that guy could of got shot. not even a knock on the door. i also dont get mail there because the post office cant get the address right which has cost me money/time and frustraition. i Im moving next month regardless of my lease i talked to an attorney he said i have every right. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE
