Really a top-notch facility.. I have done business with them several times over the past year and they have always been great. Even when mistakes have been made, they made it right. Recently I had a flat with a cross-threaded bolt so I had to have it towed in. Because I had purchased tires from them they simply fixed the flat and the bolt, no charge. The staff is always nice and helpful and they are reasonably fast. I will keep coming back. I love to support local business and its a win win when they are awesome too. Thank you Bobs Tires!

I went for a SMOG inspection which was quick and almost painless. I had check engine light before the inspection which had to be repaired (vapor canister and valve). Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Hot coffee, television, and tropical birds(I think) in waiting room.

Awesome tire shop! I bought my tires at their Chico store last year, visit Red Bluff store every few months for rotation. They get me in and outta there in a flash!!! Great service!

Showed up just before closing needing a new set of tires so I could complete my trip home. They were very friendly, got me in and out of there quickly, and did not charge me this stranded travelers rate. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Popped in with a slow-leaky tire. They found the leak, patched it, and reattached it within 20 minutes, all while my car was still running (it was a hot day; AC please and thank you). Long story short: they fixed my leaky tire on the spot for $20. If youre in the area and need a real patch job, this is your sign to go to Bobs

Edit 4 weeks later. I emailed them as per their response to this review the same day they left their response and still have not gotten a reply. When I took my car to Les Schwab 4 days later they were able to get the alignment done with no problems. And the part that Bobs said was bad was perfectly fine.Came in for an alignment and could tell that they just didnt want to do it. Tried telling me that I had to replace a part before they could change one of the settings when the part they were talking about has absolutely nothing to do with the setting in question. Then tried telling me I had to replace my springs with the stock ones when they are the stock ones and have never been changed. I told them to get my car off the rack and Id take my business somewhere else.

This was my first visit to this place. Lance was awesome! He took the time to help me, special order parts for my aftermarket rims. When the parts came in, they promptly installed them, even found another issue and fixed it for me! Awesome customer service and prompt service! Highly recommended!

$700+ to get my car rotors and brakes done and they never put the valve caps back on my tires. They never updated me on when my car would be ready or the expected wait time. The whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Horrible service I paid 500 for the wrong tier and then said it was my fault most unethical and unprofessional place I have ever been took 2 and a half outside to do one tier!!! Still driving with the wrong tier thanks to them

Pulled up to Bobs tire one of the employees came out right away asked me what I needed told him I had a little leak in a tire, he told me to drive it forward they had a waiting room and hed let me know it was done I told him I bought the tire from here I said theres free of charge 10 minutes later he came in and said your car is done excellent service

At another Red Bluff shop, they replaced my belts for over $300, but my 87 El Camino was screeching louder and more than ever. So loud everyone would stop and stare! That shop said it was pulley bearings that they would be happy to replace. Bobs correctly diagnosed: The serpentine belt was extremely loose. They tightened it up and screech disappeared. No charge. Thank you Bobs! As a wildfire survivor, I really needed a break!

Bobs is a good shop. Three stars does not reflect disappointment, only time frames in getting my re-smog done. That is a long wait period, or has been for me. But I recommend them highly regardless!

Blew out a tire on the highway, got towed to this place. Was expecting a sky-high and a several hour wait, but they got me out in 10 minutes with a 50 dollar pre-owned but basically new tire. Bobs rocks.

I like bobbed tire over all the customer service is great. Prices can sometimes be a little high but they are usually quick to take care of you. selecting seems decent on tires and they dude More than just tires. They replace an air conditioning unit for us. In our Ford explorer. And it seems to be working great. I like that the mechanics will talk to. Most places that Ive been before they will not let you talk to mechanics and have to talk to you the service manager. this is more relaxed thinking but Ive never had an issue with that. Overall I would recommend this place .

Poor communication. Was told we can squeeze you in for an alignment when I called at 830 am. Got there and waited 40 min and my car never moved. Asked how long it was gonna take and he said I have the opening at 130 ready for you. Maybe tell me that on the phone? Not Ill squeeze you in when you get here. Dudes standing around waiting on work to come in but couldnt organize their way out of a wet paper bag.

There were a few delays in getting the work done, and a day of lack of communication so I had to keep calling to discover changes in status. That said, the staff and mechanics are very polite, friendly, and know what theyre doing. When all was said and done, they even finished the job a bit lower than the estimate.Ill definitely bring my business back here.

Went in to get a quote on tires, came directly from the Dodge Dealership, which told me they would not rotate tires because they needed to be changed. I felt the dealership was being less than honest, so I went to Bobs to get a third opinion. Sure enough, my tires have more life in them - just like the previous company expressed . My tires are only a year old, with enough tread that even a layman, like myself, could tell did not need to be changed. The upstanding gentlemen that helped me even rotated my tires free of charge. My wife has gone here twice for flats and they did not charge her for that as well. This just doesnt happen these days, Im amazed with their service. Will be a loyal customer to this honest business - hard to find these days.

Truck broke down and they were super busy. Took care of me anyway and the work was done well and the price seemed fair.

Great service, very friendly and helpful. made an appointment for a tire replacement and front end alignment and I was an hour early, and they were able to get right to it and my truck has never drove as well. Its one of the most customer friendly and respectful tire shop that Ive ever shoped at. They charged a fair price and I am again very happy with their service. Been here several times due to nails in my tires. The service is ALWAYS quick, very nice and super helpful. One of the tire techs heard the noise as I pulled in, nobody had heard it before and passed it off. But at Bobs, the guy pulled the tire and found one of the wheel weights had fallen inside.*tire patches are lower then Red Bluff Tires on Jackson and a lot nicer too.

Had a great experience here. After a lot of looking the had the best deal on tires for my Ford Escape. I assumed that since they were less money the quality was going to go down too. Not so. They had me in and out in less that half an hour. Everyone was very friendly and my kids loved all of the animals. I am very happy with this place and will definitively be returning.

Tire shop great. Repair shop really sucks. Cant seem order parts or give me a quote. The person at repair counter is extremely rude. Buy tires and skip the repair shop.

They did a Rhino Lining on my bumber on my jeep. They also put on new tires and wheels, it looks amazing. They made sure everything looked good and worked properly on my car before i left.

Had an appointment and took over two hours to finish just tires, then made an appointment for an alignment since I was already there, and when I came in they tried saying they couldn’t touch the car cause something was broken, and tried sending me to a body shop that was gonna charge me over 300$ just to inspect it... didn’t end up going to the body shop, so I went to Corning ford and they aligned it no problem.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable mechanics. They give you advise to save money. They usually are busy because they are one of the best in Tehama County for what they do.

A local tire shop that does some engine work, what makes this place so awesome is the owner and employees. They try so hard to get what you need done, the owner has been know to carry debt for customers if they are a little short. I absolutely love this place.

Car was shaking on exceleration. Balanced and equalization of tire pressure fixed the problem. In most cases if you purchase your tires there theres no charge. Ive done business with Bobs for years.
