Lady behind the desk was extremely rude. Then the gentleman started questioning the carb compliant banks power system that had been installed on my truck for years. I told them i would go elsewhere and tried to pay. Because i mentioned that she was rude she threw my debit card at me and tefused to give me my vehicle registration paperwork. Then threatened to call the police on me for asking for my paperwork. Highly unprofessional and i am 100% sure they were trying to pull a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Update. Went to honest smog in Oroville, they took the time to identify my headers and passed with flying colors. Worth it do drive the extra hour for an honest company.

This shop actually knows what they are doing when it come to older vehicles, I was extremely pleased with the service I got done here. I came to this shop after I failed a smog check at Antelope Auto Repair and they fit me in and smogged my truck right away and passed! The staff here is extremely friendly and very informative on their services and knows what they are doing!

Even with all the hoops to jump through w covid-19 and almost no one open they saved the day! Wonderful experience and very happy to keep my money local. Definitely my new place to take our cars and i will be recommending them to friends and family.

Took my car in for a smog check. Timing was perfect as they were booked full. They had a dropped appointment just as I walked in to inquire. They all were very nice and efficient. Had no problems and would use them again (but get an appointment next time) for our other cars.

A real positive experience. He wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me more services. He was honest and is willing to take the time to explain everything to you. 518 Willow st. In Red Bluff looks like a good location for him. I would recommend going to him for your smog. He also works on vehicles too.

Professional service. There was a customer ahead of me, but it was maybe 30 mins max from pulling in to pulling out. Ill be back in 2 years (when the smog is due again) for sure!

I wouldnt give him any stars but I had to rate it thats why it has 1 star. My experience was horrible when it came to getting my car smogged. He didnt explain any questions I had was short and rude with his responses. No free Diagnostics either like a lot of smog places do to help you fix any problems you have to help you pass smog. What a waste of time and money. Such a HORRIBLE business cant stress that enough.

Ive used Smog Man many times to smog my vehicles. They are kind, and get you in and out fast! Would recommend them to anyone.

No courtesy. No smile. No help. Id never go back there again. The owner was a condescending jerk that knows how to do his fkn job, but is clueless when it comes to communicating anything logical. There are other smog stations in Red Bluff. This one is at the bottom.

Me and my mom took our rv to smog man he was not pleasant, said the Rv was too hot, no further explanation on what too hot means but it seemed to me that he was insinuating that my Rv was stolen, mom was in tears, we went to toms tjey were cool to us, go to Toms muffler and glass they wont make your mom cry

AWFUL.... Completely rude and takes advantage of people! I went to one smog place and they told me to drive around for a bit sense I just had my car worked on and the battery needed to reset. drove a lot and then went to smog man in red bluff sense I was in the area. He tested it, charged me, then said I need to drive it more!!!! What like why couldnt he tell me that in the first place like the other guy???? I called him after I left saying I felt I was taken advantage of and he just laughed! I hope they go out of business due to them taking advantage and rude people.Delete review
