Showed up Monday at 9am, waited 15 then left when no one showed. I figured 2 stars was generous.

Tom talked down to me on the phone laughed at my situationhe treated me like i shouldve known what was wrong with my car more than he did which made for long awkward pauses which when i said something he dragged his answer out by either saying okkkaaayyyy which isnt the only word he said that like he gave me alot of one word answer he talked down to me the whole time do not give your money to this gjy hes a one man show an thinks hes all mighty or something has a huge ego an i got all of this just out of a simple phone callim so juiced up i honestly dont remember a whole lot of the convo i really am going to confront
