Used to love them-went two weeks ago was only person in there not wearing a mask-owner, Peter, did my nails and didn’t say a word about it. Went today for an appointment and they have posted on their door “masks strongly recommended”. I walked in without my mask on only to be greeted by the receptionist asking me if I have a mask. I said “no, it says on the door they’re strongly recommended not mandated” she said “that’s the CDC, we’re mandating them here”. I told her it’s not posted anywhere. She asked Peter if it was okay and he said “no, everyone has to wear them”. I left. This is absurd!! Never will I go there again. Went down the street, had no appointment and got to breathe fresh air!!

Went in with a wedding party. Great technically. Friendly service. A bit expensive.

Got a pedicure. The place is nice. Clean. Everyone is nice too. My toes look great. Was out within 30mins.

Grossly overpriced, they keep raising their prices. I wonder if the staff got raises or just the owners. They lost a customer today.

My fiance’ went in to get a manicure & pedicure. In less than 24 hours all her nails were chipped & the polish came off. Mind you she was going in every week to this place. Knowing the holidays we’re coming she had future appointments booked. When she called up & notified them about her Nails chipping b/c possibly they used cheap polish or put acetone in it, they were very nasty to her. Not only were they nasty to her when she went to show up for her regular appointment, They told her she was not in the book. I am writing this review for her because she is from South America & her English “ reading and writing” needs improvement. If you want to be mistreated thIs the perfect nail salon to go to. My favorite place to go . I have followed ivy around for years . She is amazing . Peter is amazing ad well. Very clean very friendly and my nails always last and look amazing .

A couple days ago i had a nail DISASTER at a different salon and Ivy Nails got me in right away and fixed my nails to perfection!! They were so amazing and so nice I am so thankful to them for all of their help. My nails also look amazing!! Go here!

Peter, Ivy and everyone is this salon are professional and wonderful people. The salon is very clean and the girls always do a great job on my manicures and pedicures. I was going between different salons until I started going to Peter and Ivy. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

Love Ivy nails!!! My dip manicure has always been beautiful and when I smashed my thumb Ivy fit me into her schedule right away and redid it. Very friendly and accommodating. I even got my mom to switch salons!

Theyre the best!!! Lisa takes good care of me and Ivy and Peter always remember me and are always such sweethearts! You cant go wrong with anyone there. Theyre always so happy to help someone!

Peter is the BEST! The only person I let do my nails. The staff is all so welcoming and friendly a and the salon is beautiful. Highly recommend! I tell all my friends and family about this place.

Cute little place. Staff was very friendly, the place was clean, the selection of nail colors was great and they she did a great job on my manicure. I would definitely recommend this place but make sure you make an appointment because the place gets really busy.

No one has touched my nails in 5 years other than Peter! He continues to deliver amazing work, while staying consistent with pricing & positive customer service. Extremely clean salon as well!

I have been searching for a CLEAN nail salon that can serve both me & my 12 year old daughter for professionally done manicures and pedicures. I am so glad they opened as it is just what I was searching for: polite, courteous staff, who understand you when you have specific requests (no machine use for gel in particular). I took my girlfriend here for the first time to get her pedicure and manicure done. This salon is beautiful and the customer service is extremely nice to the customers. Especially Ivy and Peter, they are so talent. I would definitely recommended this.

Ivy nails and spa in Red Bank should be ashamed of themselves! I have been a customer for a very long time. Today I went for a Mani/Pedi I called to go back in because the gel pedicure was chipped, but they gave me attitude and all I wanted was for them to paint over the chip! Patricia got up from her chair and I was thinking she had to get something but then she went to a new customer and left me sitting there! I said “hello excuse me are you going to finish?” She said Peter is going to do it! Then her and her sister was talking in their language n laughing!!! Then Peter came over as I was explaining to him what the problem was when two customers intervened saying I was nasty and she works hard for her money not to mention I paid 30$ for a gel pedi but it’s okay because I don’t work hard for my money!! The problem is It’s ok for them to take your money but you cannot tell them what you don’t like or ask for something to be corrected!As for the two customers, I went back at them! I called Peter the owner later tonight and he told me no one can help you here anymore! Also told me to tell my sister n my mother not to come back Unbelievable, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I went to salon got a pedicure from Patricia she has been doing my pedicures and waxing for many years I followed her from a nail salon in long branch thats where I live its worth the trip the staff was very welcoming will be back and tell everyone about the salon
