The sales associate Rick was very helpful in answering all questions and concerns and making sure we knew how to navigate our dashboard. The finance director helped us with sound advise for the lifetime of our new car with everything covered for life with oil changes buy one get one. The mgr.Rod Rezendes wants to personally welcome everyone with the assurance of taking care of any issues that arise. And get this: gap insurance is carried by them. They have the Presidents Award for service and my personal recommendation to find something you like on their lots for the best ride.
I arrived at 3 PM for my 3:30 appointment, but they took me right away anyway. Matt Litchfield was very cordial and accommodating. He explained everything very well and greeted me promptly when my vehicle was ready. Things could not have gone better!
Have had diff experiences depending upon who picks up the phone. One guy was super helpful and straightforward, and the second tried to sell me into a few hundred dollars of parts and service over what I needed. So I split the difference between 5 and 1
