My car was badly Damaged and unfortunately, its been a long process for the repair, ..Not that it matters because I was provided a rental since the accident was not my fault. I have to say, these guys have kept me informed Every Step Of the Process! I knew in the beginning it was going to be a process getting the car repaired, and like I stated, that was never a problem for me, but the Professionalism shown to me by the staff is nothing like I ever experienced before! While I always refer to them when choosing a provider, I don’t often leave online reviews. Like most people, I guess, I only take the time if the service and quality was terrible or if they really knocked it out of the park. My experience with Total Care was definitely a home run. We chose them primarily because they were factory certified by our trucks manufacturer and given that the vehicle was less than a year old, we wanted the highest quality repair. Total Care delivered on their promise to make the truck look “awesome”. The repair, while not extensive, did involve cutting an entire large body panel off and replacing it. I was a little terrified that the truck would look like one of those cars we’ve all seen, where the color of one door or fender just isn’t quite perfect. Not this time. It’s flawless. No way to tell it was repaired at all. The job was completed earlier than promised, Brett called me every couple days with updates, and they took care of all the red tape with the insurer. If I had any criticism, it would be that I felt like their business model is to pad the bill a little to wring every dollar out of the insurance company by adding extra labor charges to the bill, or replacing moldings, hardware etc. that could be reused. $37 for a fuel cap. Insurance is a scam anyway so I’m glad to see someone benefit from the premiums I pay. I’d be angry if I was paying out of pocket and wasn’t responsible for only my deductible.

Total Care indeed did take good care of me from day one of the drop off for vehicle body repair. They kept me informed of the entire process. They assisted with securing a rental car. They communicated optimally with my insurance claim agent. I’d highly recommend them!

So let me start off with that I’ve never been in an accident before and I ended up hitting a deer. Nothing too major but I had no idea where to even start. I did some research and Total Care seemed like the best option especially because they work with Mastria and that’s where I bought my car. I called and talked to Brett who literally took 10-15 minutes on the phone and explained every last detail of how it works and answered every one of my questions.I dropped my car off and again he walked me through everything. Walked around the car to go over it all and I was on my way. Some parts took awhile to come in (no fault of their own. Covid backed up everything) but Brett was always keeping me in the loop to the status of my car. When he said he thought it would be done, boom that exact day he called and said it was all set. Went there and again, he went through every single thing they did and why. They leave no stone unturned and I’ve honestly never had better customer service from ANYWHERE. Incredible service! Ive had a few shops repair cars over the years and total care had my car towed to their shop in just under a few days, with extensive work done in very little time. They keep you posted at all stages as well, I never felt as if i had to go out of my way for an update. ***Bonus points! = my car came back detailed, which was much cleaner than i left it! I have been a customer with Total Care Accident Repair for over 3 years. I usually work with Jack Lamborghini. Jack was busy at the time I called. Brett tried to help me and I insist on speaking with Jack. However, Brett and I arranged for me to come in on Saturday, October 5 at 8 am everything was all set. I called Brett back and stated that I dont think it makes since to drive the car there for him to see it. Especially since the Total Care could not repair the car until October 5. I am a veteran with hearing loss due to my service connected disability so I talk loud. When Jack returned my call he stated to me that Brett said I went off on him which is farther from the truth. I stated to Jack that I talk loud due to my disability which I am sure he has noticed it in the past working me. After Jack hearing my side he still stated that I went off on Brett which is his business partner son. I stated to him that I am the customer. Since they cant fix my car until October 21. He suggested that I find a Auto body repair shop in my area. It is a shame that Brett feelings got hurt that has severed my business relationship. Out of all this I found a awesome auto body shop that knows how to treat their customers and not a customer service representative that gets his feelings hurt by a loud talking service connected disability veteran that talks loud. I guess this is how you get treated after laying your life on the line to make everyone in United States of America free.

It took quite a while to get my car into the shop, but it was well worth the wait. My cars exterior looks just as it did before the accident and has been operating with no issue. I was impressed that it was returned with a cleaner interior than how I had left it. The staff were extremely communicative and polite throughout the entire repair process, and gave me a full review of the itemized costs upon pick up. I hope that I will not need their services again, but I would recommend their services to anyone.

I am so unbelievably impressed with Total Care Accident Repair, located in Raynham, MA. I wanted a free estimate on how much it would cost to do body work on a 1995 Isuzu Trooper. The rear quarter panel of the vehicle, including the gas cover, bumper, and rear lights were all in tough shape -- bent, banged in, jammed, broken, and/or hanging off due to an accident that occurred in New England’s last blizzard. I found Total Care via the google search engine and I initially chose it because it was nearby to where I lived. Now, however, I would choose it not just on that reason alone, but because of the honesty, professionalism, and quality of care I received.In the middle of the night, I initially made contact with the business through their convenient website which allowed me to send them a message to describe my problem in order to schedule an appointment. To my pleasant surprise, I received a phone call from a friendly professional just hours later AND immediately after the business opened for the day. I honestly figured it would take a few days to get a call, especially during a holiday week, so I was really impressed by this. We reviewed the damage briefly over the phone and they were extremely flexible in scheduling the date and time for the appointment for my free estimate.I arrived to the appointment late and no one there made me feel bad about that. They welcomed my 4 year-old daughter and I with smiles and even offered my daughter a juice box from their fridge (talk about catering to kids too!). My car was then assessed and I was informed that the cost to replace the damaged quarter panel would be over $4K and therefore, my car was totaled in that my car is probably not worth over $1K. Instead of trying to sell me on why I should get the repairs done, they instead tried to figure out a creative, practical solution to the problems at hand. For sure, these guys were experienced and talented in that they were able to think outside the box on each and every issue. Not only this, they immediately started working on these solutions and it was now near dusk and the business was almost closed for the day. Talk about great customer service!!! For example, one large problem I had was that the gas cover was so badly banged in that I could not get it open in order to get gas into the car. They immediately identified a solution and resolved this problem among several others. Since it was now dark, they asked if I could bring the car in the next day so that they could do a few more things to ensure that the car was functional and safe to drive.As if I am not already delighted and beyond thrilled with their service, I was met with yet another surprise the next day in that after they put the finishing touches on their work, they did not ask for or want any money for ANY of the work they did on the car. It truly is unbelievable!!! I am still trying to figure out if I am in a good dream and have not woken up yet! Not only is this business both honest and responsive, they obviously have hearts and are more than generous. We could not be more appreciative of this given our financial situation. The father of my child was unemployed for a year and 1/2, just got a job in August, and just the day before my first appointment with Total Care, he got laid off. With the timing of all this and with the accident that just happened the weekend prior, we are so extremely thankful for this extremely generous gift.If you are looking for an honest business who is looking out for your best interests and who you can completely trust, then you have found the right place. After having an accident I decided to use TCAR because my insurance company guaranteed their work and that I wouldnt have any additional cost if I did. The initial estimate was $1500. After taking it to TCAR they found $4300 worth of damage and repaired everything. They explained all the damage and gave a very detailed breakdown of the repair and costs. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They even gave me a ride back to my house after I dropped the car off.This is by far the most thorough, professional and friendliest repair shop I have ever come across.Do yourself a favor and use these guys the next time you need a repair.
