Disgusting job I paid $ 58 dollars for horrible nails. never go to this place they are very rude 🤬🤬🤮🤮 nasty people 🤮

This place does not deserve the name Luxury nor the location its in. Started off with an older lady doing my nails and had to make her stop because it was clear she didnt know what she was doing. She tried to argue and pulled my hand toward her. I requested someone else and Linda did better but did a very bad filing job. Lifted within 4 days and not even at all. The only person who got the job right was the male technician that did my pedicure. It looks clean walking in but when youre there for almost 2 hours you start seeing how lazy the owner is, the trash she left at a table and just overall not organized. And to top it off charges were over $30 more from my normal salon. Never again.

READ BEFORE GOING AND PAYING!!!!Long story short the owner her self and employees like to up there charges at the register to be sneaky and over charge because they think you won’t pay attention or ask questions. But it happened to me a couple times already different ways and I didn’t like that because I was a loyal customer and never complained even when their quality of work was not good, I just paid and tipped very well no matter what because I always went there. And when I called the owner out on it she gave me the correct charges but then started talking bad about me as I was paying. But this just isn’t right and I won’t be robbed by them anymore. Just pay attention. And I wouldn’t recommend acrylic nails they don’t have decent techs after they lost their star nail tech guy Michael I believe was his name.

Poor service. Lol if u understand their language you will know that the owner she is rushing the technician to work on u as quick as possible then continue on with others clients.Dirty, unfriendly and unprofessional.

I love this place. They are very friendly and offer great service. They have a frequent customer program that gives money off. Great incentive.

My first time there, i wont go again. My pedicure was baaad! Only some parts of the nail polish on my toes had top coat .

I came to this salon because its close by my home. Some of the ladies are nice but most arent friendly at all. I signed up for their text message service where they send you coupons on your birthday. I showed my coupon and the lady accused me of lying about my birthday to use the coupon they sent to me. Very unprofessional, especially after the money you spend in there because they overcharge for everything. I go in for a manicure and pedicure gel and end up paying over $100 easily and they dont offer anything special besides painting your nails. They dont offer any type of designs or anything.

I went in to get my eyebrows done & I wish I got her name but she ripped off half of my eyebrow. Thank goodness for eyebrow pencils but I never return to this establishment

Tech burned me several times while removing gel polish from acrylic. After 4 days the acrylic has chipped away on several finger nails.

My nails came out aweful they didn’t polish them right they didn’t do like I asked them to do they were rude the only one I liked did my pedicure. The other girl slopped on the polish. I asked her for a certain color for my nails and she decided to do pink I don’t like this place. My service do was a little uneasy too. They need to tear this place down. I had acrylic done and it looked like craters. I think she did it with her feet. I am so dissatisfied with this. I am so disappointed.

I make an appointment for a fill 10:15am get there at 10am he was already doing someone else nail on my time so I had to wait while waiting they off pedi, while doing my ped the nail trek finish n say he can’t do my nails right while getting an pedi 5 mins later a white lady walk in and get done within my time... WAY TOO POOR QUALITY

Ive never had a problem walking in here without an appointmen which is very important for me. During the pandemic time, they are all wearing face masks and gloves, have a protective plastic shield in front and are practicing physical distancing.

Sadly the people in this place are rude, they take advantage of the people by over-pricing for things that should be included. Ex. Regular pedicure 20.00 added price 3.00 to trim nails. 5.00 to remove gel nail polish? The toe nails were Regular paint not gel. Wanted to charge me 50.00 for nail fills.I ended paying 30.00 for Regular polish not gel. The tech didnt cut off the part that was lifted. He applied acrylic only to back fill. When I questioned him he said the nails were not lifted. Fact was they were. I have been getting my nails done since I was 14. I am 47 now! I know what lifted is. He didnt clean excess paint. Didnt file the back part of nails.(update nails lasted 1 week). I dont like reviewing a place badly but I do feel I need to warn people in this situation.

I go there a lot. Henry Is very nice and he does very well. He free handed marble on 2 of nails and it can out amazing.

Horrible experience, i went for a new set & the nails feel off in 2 days and broke very fast because they didn’t apply them correctly. When i went in for a fill the manager tried to do my nails & she cut my nails a different shape than the rest & she messed up my nails really bad. Not worth the money.

Very disappointed. I came Sunday at 430 pm although I was seated right away I was disappointed. The nail tech he was great. There was a young lady who did my pedicure. She was on her phone while doing my pedicure. She changed songs, made phone calls and finished the game she was on. While she removed my nail polish she did not remove all of it before putting on the new color. She also did not properly do callus removal. Needless to say I will not be returning there and I will go back to my normal place for a proper pedicure.

I always come here, and bring others when they need a place to get their nails down. I love the service! Will continue to come back!

Just rude but if u visit nail salons often youll notice that most of them are unprofessional and rude. hard to find a good place!

To be honest this place is ok. Im not really a big fan and I dont really recommend it but if I was forced to go here I would. Overall I do think this place was great and I am proud of how my nails turned out. I do think it could have been better. If you are looking for a nail place then maybe go here.

The guy messed up my nails and cut me. The owner wouldnt even talk to me. They are not following the covid protocol. Do not recommend.

I have shared a very extensive review on yelp. For this business. Unfortunately it will not let me copy & paste the review.I have had way too many horrible experiences here.Although I am reviewing this salon with a 1 star rating. Henry is such an amazing nail tech! I stuck around because of him.

Just wait to sit down with someone who actually knows what theyre doing. This was all around a very unprofessional experience But then again it was only 25$ so you really can’t expect much.

I loved this place! The salon was sort of empty so we got seated as soon as we walked in. The employees were very nice and we had a conversation while we got our nails and feet done. I had a great experience and I will be definitely be coming back :)

I honestly should have read the reviews...I took my mom to get pedicures, she got her classic French tip and I got no color both regular pedicure not extras, mind you all they did was put clear on my toes and we got charged 45.50$ that’s the biggest rip off ever.Aside from that there was two other customers in the shop at the time, they were offered champagne, water coffee the works, while my mom and I sat there unattended.If you are going to offer extras and drinks make sure you do that for every customer not just the ones you want.Racist feeling from this place and I will never go back and let them take my money again.

Beware, this place is ran very unprofessionally, an employee at this salon cut my daughters finger then proceeded to yell at her in a disrespectful manner, they blamed her for their own mistakes. They coughed on us directly while they were doing our nails multiple times, and to top it all off they did a terrible job on our nails. Would not recommend going here unless you want terrible customer service and bad nail quality.

This nail salon actually isn’t bad. They do a really good job on my nails, and if they accidentally cut me with the plyers, they put a healing cream on it. They also serve little tiny waters as well. I actually like this place. Sorry if your experiences were bad.

I had the worst time ever!! I made an appointment 2 days in advance for 3 people and the staff never put me in the books. I had to wait about an hour to get serviced. To make things worse! They couldnt do the nails/design I wanted so I had to settle with whatever the guy wanted to do. He couldnt get the shape correct, he cut my friends finger and he was mad because I wanted to see the designs they offer (which they dont) so at the end he didnt want to service me and sent me with someone else to do the job. Im very disappointed with this place they dont even comply with the grand and post opening discount.Also around 6pm they started to send people home and werent accepting walk ins. So its best to not even show up to this place.I honestly recommend people to go somewhere else. ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Horrible. I sat down to get a fill. Lady 1 took of the polish of 1 finger. Moved to someone else. Sat there while the owner yelled at 2 employees. A lady came to take the polish off one more finger. Was moved again. This guy got the polish of 1/2 a finger before being moved a 4th time. I asked if they wanted me to come back when they are not so busy and he said yes. I left with 2 1/2 nails with no polish. Do not waste your time here

If I need to explain I want my nails to be all the same length then something is wrong . I have uneven nails, some are round and some are square, dip top coat is rough in a couple nails, have a crack on one already (just got them done ) . The attention to detail is not there . $35 is not worth it . With a $35 lux spa pedi that had some sort of exfoliating scrub and mask :/Just not worth it . For being new one expects a little more effort . Toes weren’t even dry and they were already putting on my sandals.

Paid 60 for pedicure. They cut my toe nails to short and barely scrubbed my feet. I will never return here not worth my money or time.

I recommend not coming here,, worst place ever. didnt give me the right shape & didnt even do the acrylic good. they said they were professional but their cleary not. They also didnt give me the correct length & all nails are different sizes. If i could rate this a zero star. i would.

Not worth it! It is a clean salon but they do sloppy work and are rough. And to top it off, prices are not listed so they change often.

Walked in for a fill. A women walked in after me with no appointment for 2 pedicures and was immediately taken in.

Too rough--aggressively cut the side of my toe nail and made it bleed after I specifically told her not to. Very slow service. Way too high priced for gel polish. Will not return.
