Vincent is the only nail tech worth making an appointment with. But I’m pretty sure he’s the owner or manager, because he’s often at the front desk and checking out other techs’ work. The first picture of ombré acrylics was done by him...beautiful! Nice and thin, strong, and classy looking.The 2nd picture is when I went back for the a fill. That tech did not match the pink Vincent had used, despite my repeated request that the full color match. You can see the worst lines on the middle finger, which was an improvement believe it or not compared to when he first did it! This pic is 10 days after my fill, so the rounded corners and growth is not reflective of their service.Before the original ombré set, I had regular acrylics done by a girl who left crazy bubbles, ridges, and uneven polish.I would only come here again if it’s an emergency and I could get Vincent 🤷🏼‍♀️ nobody else listens to your requests or aims for quality. In fact, I felt that every request or correction I made (that I shouldn’t have had to say in the first place) was retaliated against by both other techs.Overall impression: meh. Not impressed.

Never coming here again! Very disappointed!They are very friendly but the lady who did my nails was on her phone the whole time. She did not shape them well and left acrylic on my fingers. I showed her the style I wanted and she kept on saying only on when hand when I asked for both, i had 6 people trying to help because the lady wasnt doing it right. I also had to constantly remind her to turn on the led light because she would forget! I dont recommend this place

I love this salon, everyone who helps you is so sweet. They also give the best massages, I always leave here feeling relaxed and pampered. Also, the management always makes sure you’re happy. I have been told each time that if I have an issue or crack a nail I can come back for fix free of charge.

This place its really nice I love my nails they offer you a great service. They are not pushy to make more money, they have great customer service, its better if you make appointments a head, they listen and do what you want, they offer free water! They fix any problem with you nails if you have to come back free of charge,I Was going to the disgusting place next to Food for Less Deluxe and belive me I will never come back to that place, I will remain in Royal Nails for a long time 😄

You will always be greeted and helped fairly quickly. I’ve had Susan and Van both do my nails and you can see the pride they take in their work. Susan has done ombré nails beautifully for me. And Van is very thorough and creates a very flattering shaped nail and polish. I’ve only recently started coming here and I’m so glad I found them. The pedicure seats seem to be constantly in demand and I can imagine it’s for good reason! Everything is very clean. It’s a gem of a place and definitely worth a try!

Loved my pedicure and full set. I was amazed with the service and warranty provided when I was told that if something happened to my nails (break, chip) to come back and they would fix for free. Never been to a nail place where I have been told this. Will come back for sure

All technicians are great. My favorite is Vincent for my acrylic. Their policy is if theres any problems with your nails come back and we will fix it, no problem. The location is always clean and staff very friendly. The prices are decent and they have specials for pedicures on the beginning of the week. I would recommend for you to call before hand just to make sure they have time to assist you.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Second time they did a horrible job. The lady I got was completely UNSANITARY. Not only did she drop the Pumice stone TWICE on the floor and STILL use it on my feet but she also went to another client with no gloves and started to touch her feet and went back to mine! Completely unacceptable. Im so disappointed and now Im scared Im going to get an infection. When I pointed out one of the nails not being painted completely she gave me attitude and blamed it on me?! She stated that I was cutting my nails wrong and didnt know what to say when I told her I come to this place to get them done. I will never come back here again, I gave it another chance but the nail techs have gotten lazy and dont take the time on clients nails. Just look at the photo I posted, uneven, blue nail polish from last time still on there!

All in all this place is not what it used to be . You don’t have to be rude to not provide great customer service . My sister had a tech that was bouncing back and forth between her and another customer...without washing hands or using gloves . She dropped pumice stone twice on the floor and still used it . She was touching money ( which is dirty ) and writing down her money count on receipt paper. Rule of thumb treat it like a hospital . You wash your hands between patients/ customers . Same concept . This was very unsettling because this is exactly how infection spreads . I never write reviews but caution when coming here . Not just because of constantly having service interrupted by them stopping to help another customer but also down right dirty habits of the techs .

Im in town for cousins wedding and dragged my sister her husband and friend here and it was great. They had bottle water for us and were sweet.. Did an amazing job on my construction feet!! They look perfect and the massage felt great.. Thank u guys.. From Seattle Peeps!

I was in the nail salon for over 2 hours one nail tech started my nails they had lumps in them and the tips were bending because she didnt put very much acrylic on them. So I ended up going to the guy that works there for him to fix them..He made them look a little better. But I will never recommend this place or go back.

CONNIE was excellent. She gave me an awsome pedicure. Connie took her time and gave me a great foot scrub and foot and leg message. My Miss had a pedicure too her technician was Kim. Kim did an excellent job as well. My sisters technician was Vicky was okay could have done better. The lotion she put on my sisters legs whats cold she didnt put cuticle oil on her feet or toes or the towels you put on her legs cold. Overall they have great service only complaint is make sure you get your pricing before you sit your ass down. Pricing more expensive then most salons. I plan on returning to see Connie but next time Ill be bringing my own gel. There gel price is ridiculous.

I had a pleasant experience. The people are so nice and easy to work with. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Although, I wish my pedicure tech should have taking her time with scrubbing the bottom of my feet and my massage. I was okay about it.I would have given them 4 stars, but I love how they were so accommodating when I came back to repair a couple chipped nails.Van I believe she is the owner. She is super sweet and nice. She got me in and out in less than 30 mins.I will definitely come back with my girls to get our pedicures.Monday through Wednesday they have a special for a spa pedicures for 13.99.. not bad since everybody in the area is 20 and up.

Making an appointment is always a smart idea with any nail shop. They are good at acrylics and have a TON of gel colors to choose from! Vincent is my favorite by far! They are sweet and give you water too! Took away a star because the last few times they’ve not done the best job and it just feels rushed.

Tried this place for the first time and it will be my last, my nails look okay but she did a gel pedicure, which I didnt ask for and made my trip hella expensive and almost refused to do my nails the way I wanted them. Not to mention THEY R THE WRONG COLOR -_-

Hi this was my 2 time there and it is nice the lady who did my nail was nice and did a good job but the other day I was there with my daughter that lady was no way nice she cut my nail to much and my nail was bleeding and she laughed at me. Oh then she put the nail out the door. The manager did nothing all they say come back and I will get my nails done for free

This nail place is the worse place I ever been in..they are very dirty the guy didn’t even clean my nails and go through the process he simply put the fake nail on and put 3 coats of nail powder on,also he kept getting up and working with other customers he didn’t finish my nails and he kept going to the next customer he wasted my time it took at least an hour and half to do my nails the best part is the lady who polished my nails did them very sloppy...very rude people whoSteal your money I got my nails done and on the second day it broke,this nail place is a waste of your time done spend a cent on this place there is better and cleaner nails salon to go to!! The acrylic Nails it’s self are bad quality they break easily no wonder you can repair your nail for free!!

Not skilled enough. Try to convince client what looks good. Gaudy and lumpy nails. I will not return. Too much product on nails.

They did a great job on the nails but they continuously interrupted my session to have me upgrade my services. They would talk in their native language about my choice as they stared at me, making me feel uncomfortable the entire session. I conclude with emphasizing them doing a great job on the nails but not making up for it by the awkward feeling you would get while being there.

First and last time there! I paid $45 for the powder and had 4 chipped nails in one week. My nails usually last a month and a half without any chipped. Never again!

Went in a couple weeks ago. They did great on the nails, great on the pedi... Went to do eyebrows and they had chemicals on their glove, I got a third degree chemical burn, on my face (nose and check). Hoped it was a simple mistake, went back today. Different nail tech, horrid results. Back fill with French tip, he didnt even repaint, you can see the newly grown nail tip color thru the acrylic... asked for red toe nail polish and got bubble gum pink...

Its been one of the best experiences I had in a nail salon. I have been going to different nail salons for a few years now and happy nails is my permanent place for my nails.
