This was my first time to this salon and Im absolutely in love. They let me come in at 6pm even though I called same day at 5pm, and even stayed after closing! I will definitely be coming back! I started off my nails with Ali who created the shape and ended with Helen who did the design. I had brought in a picture as reference and Helen did it perfectly. Thank you so much to Jenny for my Ivy Deluxe pedicure too. Lovely customer service all around. I cant wait to come back!

Came here for pedicures, and their services list was extensive and well priced. It has been a while since I last visited a salon, and I was more than satisfied. Everyone here is clean and polite. We are definitely coming back and trying out some of their other services.

Helen is amazing, Ive been getting my nails with her for more than 15 years. I drive 50 minutes just to get my nails done with her. Ive never had any issues with lifting or breaking. My white set was from 1 month ago and still in great shape. Brought her a new design and like always she did an amazing job. I love my nails. My sets are always perfect!

So far I love it here! Kate and Helen do an excellent job. Helen did my manicure, and Kate did my pedicure they both take their time and are very detailed, which I love. 10/10 reccomend!

As businesses begin to re-open, I decided to go to Ivy Salon for a much-needed wax, figuring Ill be in n out fairly quickly.Upon entrance, I was greeted by an immaculately clean and well-organized salon. Hand sanitizers were available at the front door and at each station. Per CDC guidelines, everyone wore a face covering and every patron had their temperature taken with a no-touch thermometer at the door. Brand new spa pedicure chairs lined one side of the salon and are disinfected after each customer. Clear partitions are placed between the technicians and each customer as well as between customers. I truly appreciate all the protection put in place for both the technicians and the customers.Given all the above, my anxiety was allayed and I stayed for a pedicure as well. Thank you, Helen and Kate for taking care of me today! I know the science is rapidly changing but as the community begins to step out and take calculated risks to determine the new day-to-day, your efforts have given me a peace of mind and youve gained a loyal customer!

The best nail place ever. I love going here. Ive been to too many nail places and by far this is the best place Ive gone to. Been going here for 3 years now and they never fail me. Annie and Helen is the best, very clean with their work, I couldnt ask for more. Everyone is friendly and really good costumer service. Try it out you wont be disappointed

Iv only been to about 3 nail salons, Iv never had an amazing experience but this place was amazing!! Normally a nail place will get me out as fast as they can; I think it’s because I’m a man but this place took its time and really made me feel like a customer, Super nice. it was Katy that did my feet that day and I will def be going back. If u a dude that likes getting ur feet done but find your self feeling pushed aside at other place you should go here. Next time I’m gonna try their manicures

One week in to my gel manicure and MY GOD! Zero chips. I have two toddlers and am very active. Its insane that I still dont have one chip. Best manicure / pedicure over ever had!

It was my first time here and I am very pleased with my mani pedi, they pampered me did a great nail job.

There is no sign that states walk-ins are not welcome. But the young lady flat out told me that she did not want my business. Did I smell? Was I not dressed appropriately? Is it because I am a male? I dont know... But I took my rejection and went on about my day.

First time here I’m definitely leaving my nail lady of 13 years for Helen if I could give her more than 5 stars I most definitely would her customer service was excellent and her work is by far the best ! She was excellent took her time doing my nails the price was great and not to mention the place very clean and relaxing ..Helen did a full set ombré nails and I loved them !!!

Very clean all the ladies were really nice and polite I got a full set and pedicure. Helen did a great job she took her time and was very detailed which I loved since I’m very picky plus they have lots of color selection which is nice . I highly recommend this nail salon you won’t regret it !

Great service nails are fabulous I will go back again and again. they took the time to make Shure that they were the same and were what I wanted. I have very short nails and she made them amazing points. my mother got her nails done as well and her coffin shape what fantastic. Well worth the money 💅

The spa is under new ownership and they are doing a excellent job. Helen does my pedicures and always takes care of me. All staff are courteous and friendly and the facilities always clean.

This is a wonderful, intimate place to relax and get your nails done! This salon is Appt only but I love that! They dont just rush you in and out and my nails last up to 3 weeks! Even regular polish is a good week without chipping.

I love the nail salon! The owner is really nice and cares about her clients. My pedicure favorite is Annie. She’s does a wonderful job and is super nice in the process!!

The experience is like no other nail spa. They take their time to make sure they do their job correct and great. All the ladies are kind and funny. They let you know the price before starting and it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to call for an appointment ahead of time so no one feels rushed.

Ive been going to Ivy Nails since 2008. Ive had fills, manicures, gel nails, and most frequently, pedicures. I always get the Vanilla pedicure, callous removal, and a pretty design on my big toes. (Next time, IM going to try the detox pedicure.) Theres a whole pedi menu, from which to decide. I never feel rushed, and I love the massage chairs. The service is great. Friendly, clean, professional. I highly recommend Ivy Nails and Boutique.

Very poor customer service!!! I will never go here again and I will tell everyone my bad experience. My wife and I went here quite a few times to get our nails done. I bought her a $100 gift certificate last year. We havent been able to go because we had a newborn and then bought a new house which we werent able to move into for 3 months. We finally unpacked and found her gift certificate, but it had expired. When she went to use it and told them the situation, they told her they would not honor it as it had expired. Really?!?! I cant say how bad for business that is. Well I guess it only cost me $100 to find out this business is horrible and the dont care about their patrons! Horrible owners!

Came here with my daughter (age 4). It was very quiet and relaxing. The lady did a very nice job on my toes! My daughter loved it too. They did turn away some customers because they didnt have very many workers.
