Walked in no wait. Well staffed professional clean, laid back environment. I got exactly what I wanted and everyone was kind and gentle with me. Loved it !

Wanted to try a new place, closer to home. Gentlemen doing my nails was very friendly. He used the drill to take off most of my previous NexGen (dip powder). I jumped 3x because the drill was burning my nail bed. Then on the final sanding with the drill he cut my cuticle. Ok, got through that and thought all was good until I got home and in the light could see the mess. The powder, that drys like acrylic, is all over my fingers and cuticles. It looks like I did them and not a professional. I’m afraid this gentleman needs a lot more practice. I will try somewhere else next time. $38+$1for card+$5tip=$44 🙁

I walked in and no one greeted me. I stood there for five minutes while the woman counted money and didn’t look up once. Very rude.

They always do a fantastic job! The only thing I wish they did were nail designs and ombre looks.

Great place. Every 3 weeks I come in & get a manicure & pedicure. Staff is so nice Mimi & Vivian are excellent. Keeping up on ones wellbeing is a must. 👍

It needed some TLC inside. Stations were being moved around so there was grit and stuff on the floors. Walls need paint, and they need to dust the cobwebs from the lighting. Funny how much you can spot while sitting there waiting. Oh speaking of sitting. They need some new customer chairs for the manicure stations. They were completely worn out. They need to realize that you are coming in for a service, and you want to feel they are clean and safe. I just didnt get that while sitting among their mess. My nails however were nice. Not like my own nail salon, but they looked pretty good. I was visiting from out of the area and needed a fill. Come on Yoopi.....step up your game. Youll do much better and will serve your community in a better setting.

I have been coming here for a pedicure from Sophia for 5 years. She does an excellent job and she is the only one who can treat my toe issues with such skill and patience. I love her and I dont ever plan on going anywhere else 😊

Its okay....I have been coming here for awhile. I like the way my nails look. However, they dont always acknowledge you right away. Also, even if you make an appointment....your still waiting. Whats the use of appointment?My daughter had an appointment one time...we both did. Kelly, my regular did mine. Then they told me they couldnt do my daughters after we waited for awhile. Those are the only complaints I have about them. And yes, there are better ones in Rancho

Accommodating to walk-Ins. customer service. My first time acrylic fill with mood gel color and a basic pedicure with regular polish. I will return. The shop was clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant.

With all the bad luck I’ve been having finding a new nail shop and having to leave bad reviews I realized I never gave one for this place. I never had any complaints here and looks like I’ll be taking the drive to get my nails done right! Best I’ve found from RC to Rialto.

I love this place. I use to go to 4D nail and I stopped going because I found this place. The service is excellent the workers are outstanding. And they make sure not only do the do your nails they make sure they treat your nails.My favorites are John, Richard, Martin, and the owner. I love going here best nails ever.

My husband and I went in for pedicures they do charge $1.00 more for men but $16.00 for him and $15.00 for me is a good price They do an excellent job this was our 3rd visit. I love walk in are welcome and they are very diligent about cleaning out the foot bowls with cleaner after each use.

I asked the owner if my nails could be done a different way other than using that motorized drill on my nails. She told me No! We want to get people in and out! We are not into the nail care for gel nails. So I left and will never go back again.

Made appointment with my 11 yr old daughter she wanted us to do it together.They not only failed to horror the appointment, but they sat her alone as I was to wait. Defeated the point of going with my daughter.Not one apology or sorry.As inexcusable as it is unforgivable.

My second time going to this nail salon and I will not be back because of how dis honest Martin is, he gave me the #4 pedicure I asked for which is 23 dollars he added a extra 5 bucks to take off the gel pedicure i had on from two weeks ago, the #4 pedicure includes regular nail polish unless u want gel its 27 dollars so why was I charged for a gel pedicure . I will never refer anyone I know are go back to this nail shop. I hate dis honest ppl and Martin has bad character

AWESOME!!! I have been to almost every nail shop in the city of Rancho Cucamonga and Yoopi Nail Salon is by far the best in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Be prepared to wait if you dont make an appointment because they are very busy.

I go every two weeks or so for a color change or fill in. I love them.

Very slow had a appt at 2pm did not start till 230 even got there 10 mins early took an hour and 25 minutes to do a gel manicure

I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE. I WENT TO GO GET MY EYEBROWS DONE SHE TOOK ME IN AT 1:50 AND I GOT OUT AT 1:59 SHE ONLY TOOK 9 MINUTES AND SHE WAS IN A HURRY TO GET ME OUT I REALLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BASED ON THE POOR WORK AS WELL THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

HORRIBLE! They told me no time for my daughters fill, then another lady walks in and they did her fill with no appt! Awful. Never again.

Terrible customer serviceI walk in no one asks what I need or says hello, I sign in and wait for 15 minutes still no one says a thing... I finally tell a lady working that I’m signed in and waiting and she tells me to wait 30 minutes....

Today, 7/1/16, I visited this salon. They have ants. I left after my feet were sitting in the water 15 minutes, with no service. In addition, while sitting there I watched a lady hand out cold water to 3 newly arriving customers, but did not offer water to me. Poor service.

I had a terrible time here. I made an appointment almost two weeks in advance and I had to wait an hour and still was not helped. I ended up having to go to another nail shop. I would not suggest going here, terrible service plus the manager was even rude when I asked why I had to wait so long.
