I had got a Brazilian blowout from Gina Carson. This is a picture of my hair 3 days after the blowout. I followed all the after care instructions she had directed. Ive done this procedure 3 times before and this is definitely not correct. I contacted her and she refused to correct it. She either did not use the correct product, or used too little of the product, or did not use the correct procedure. I found her on Groupon but purchased directly in cash. I definitely would not recommend her both for quality of service and her refusal to amend after raising the issue with her.

I went there the 1st time and had a fantastic hair cut. The 2nd with the same hairdresser, Marge, was a disaster. I asked that she shorten the length on TOP only. She layered sides and backs. I ended up with a short haircut. Not able to style it. Marge offered after 3 phone calls..5 texts..to wash my hair and b there to show me how to style the cut she chose to do. Not what I asked. Been wearing a baseball cap since. They are all independent. I would go back just not to her. This occurred I feel because family was in her booth and she was talking with them instead of doing a really good cut.

Have to be fair. I didn’t get my hair done here or did any service. Being new to town I was driving around looking for a haircut for my little one. I don’t usually make appointments for a quick trim, never had a problem just walking in. I enter the place and is a bunch of little studios, no one to direct or give you guidance about the services provided. It looked pretty empty, a rough estimate, only 5 doors out of the 40 seemed to be operating. I asked on one of the semi-Open door for a haircut and the lady very nicely said she was fuly booked but others around could do it. Going around the hall tab the other side Did my second try, I saw a short red hair lady looking at her tablet, she looked very available and asked for the hair cut to what she replied, in a very rude manner “I don’t have time”. I never felt this way before on any business, she just gave me an discriminating look just like a second class customer (sure I was dressed in leggings and mommy sweater) My little noticed and just said “that rude lady looked not busy at all”. We still talk how bad we were treated. This is a review based on my experience at the location with the short red hair lady, not intended to rate the other services provided there.

Individual hair stylists have their own private suites in this larger area. Very clean and modern. A unique way for hairstylists to have their own private salon. Great for customers.
