I ordered two feather flags for my sons wedding for out by road. I used vinyl and put their names on them. They worked out great. People were able to find the driveway easier. And I can peel the names off and reuse next year for my daughters wedding. They went together easy. And stayed up in very windy weather. It was a little rainy at times and the flags looked great the next morning when we took them down.I ordered the flag separately from the pole then when it arrived I had to order the stake in the ground. That was a little frustrating. If I had to order again I would order the complete set from the get go.

Due to Covid19, sign holders are hard to find. If you do find them, the price has been inflated. Sign World had reasonable prices, but did not have them in stock. They held my order until they did. They told me it would take a month, but they under promised, and over delivered. I had them in two weeks, and they kept me informed about every step of my order.Great Customer Service!

Had a great customer service experience from online ordering, speaking with sales to clarify my request, design emailing me to ensure quality was satisfactory before printing, and on-time delivery.My only complaint is the product itself - the Outdoor Cone Poster Sign - doesnt screw together particularly well and leaves the signs a little crooked or too easily pulled apart. However, they still suit our needs and am happy to have them.

I ordered the round table runner and really like how it turned out! The color and quality are great and the stitching matches wonderfully. The only thing is Im very thankful I had a graphic designer friend create the file to send in. It is not something I couldve done on my own with the file requirements listed. But I read them and knew I would need help before I ordered.

I dont normally take the time to leave feedback. But in the case of Signworld America is it well deserved. Good customer service and a great product at a great price. If you provide your own artwork and use there templates, and follow instructions, the result will be beautiful marketing materials. Well be happy to do business with them again.

This review is long overdue. Signworld America is perhaps the most reliable vendor our company has had over the span of the past 5 years. Their prices and quality has always been from good to great. The few times that there are issues they take tackle the problem with reasonable solutions and help us deal with whats important. Order came quick, box was in good condition and the product was easy to assemble. Not sure why the mounting holes are not 16 on center so you dont have to use mollies. But, two lags in the top and bottom center was good enough😊

The old stand came with no instructions on how to use it and I had to call two or three times to get the girl who answered the phone to understand what I needed.I ordered the l stand and I did not order it with a banner as I have a couple of banners I wanted to put on it.

They are a very professional group of people to work with and are very concerned with the quality, letting you know where potential issues are (bluriness for example). Very Disappointed with this company. My company spends thousands of dollars with SignWorld America and recently they changed a banner stand sign size without any notice. My company sold 2 of the stands and when we went to order them, we were informed they changed the size. I asked for a comparable stand and price and was told NO. I asked to speak to a manager and was told just to write an email to a general email address.My company spends thousands of dollars with this company and I thought some sort of customer service would have been offered. I have even got some of my fellow sign companies to use them. I will not refer people to them in the future after being treated poorly.

Very Disappointed- First order with Signworld and Im charged extra $17 for an error that UPS made. Signworld told me the items would be sent back if I didnt pay the extra fee. Asked to speak to a supervisor but he/she wouldnt talk to me. Disappointing customer service. Wont order from Signworld again.

Order arrived earlier than expected and all pieces and parts were complete and assembled perfectly. I will use this company again for more Media Roll carts and will be purchasing a media panel cart.

Pretty decent product. Not the best. Not the worst. The custom sign we purchased could not withstand the windy conditions of our Salinas Valley. We also had an extremely difficult time returning two sandwich boards because of their strict 7 day return policy. I guess we were just spoiled by the usually very liberal return policies of Amazon and Zappos

I ordered a banner from these guy on May 17 expecting to have it for my event on 30th. As per their website, it says 2 days banner print which is totally scam. Today its 5th of June 2018 and still, the order is in transit. Seriously 18th days ... never received the tracking number too and when I called to get the refund. Both the supervisor and the call center representative were super rude and hang up the phone on me saying they will not refund the money. worst place to do business .. Do not trust them for any of your events they will for sure ruined it. I am going to write a review for them in every possible place. So that anyone else doesnt get scammed by this company

These guys let us down in the worst way.We paid them over $1,000 to make a tradeshow banner for us that was tobe the back wall of our booth. We paid $10,000 to be at the tradeshow,so this was a very important project for us, and thye left us HIGH AND DRY.Long story short, they couldnt figure out how to use the artwork we providedto them. They sent us some emails that went to our junk folder. It wasnt until4 days before the tradeshow that we got a voicemail about a problem with our order.We had assumed the banner was shipping any day. After calling back, the issue withthe artwork was resolved in about 3 minutes WITHOUT us providing them anything else.They figured out how to use our artowrk on the phone? Arent they professionals?Sad to say, they had Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to produceour banner even after they realized their mistake(their production is in house),but they refused to get it to us in-time, even after we offered to pick it up by driving 70 miles.We gave them our money and artwork 12 days before ourtradeshow. They had 3 more days to make it happen for us after hearing about the problemand realizing that they had everything they needed to print.1) Why did they not call us sooner if they were not getting email responses?2) Once they discovered that they had no issues with our artwork and that they could print it, why did they notmake our order a priority and get it done by Friday night? Or someone work the weekend? Again, they do this all in house.3) After hearing about the horrible position they have put us in, why did they not at least recommend someone or pointus in the right direction of how we could get SOMETHING for our tradeshow? Its the leats they could have done.Their only repsonse is that they have a 4-day turn-around time... We were dumbfounded at this levelof service and we told them as much, but they dont seem to care. We found a company that got us something in timethat worked, god bless them.We could never do business with Signworld again. The lack of service is just like a smack in the face. So disrespectful.I sincerely hope they figure out how to do proper business someday, but it seems like the problem starts a the top, the leaderhsip of their company, so yea, good luck with that.

I really disappointing with Sign World. Im a new customer and I aready place a few jobs with them. Now it was my second time placing a order for flag. I place the order while I was talking to the lady, and sent the file, she said it takes time to receive the file, but anything wrong she will contact me, and she did at the next day saying they didnt receive the file and I sent again, and it was success message sent. But their website it was with problems and they didnt receive it again. After past 2 days trying to send it, I sent the file thru email, and they finally receive it. But the problem is, I was with hurry to receive the file and I pay $100 EXTRA for the shipping, and just because of their mistake and the bad wesite they have it, they also charge me $40 to rush the file, but it was not my mistake. Melissa was the one that help me and charge me $40.One star it was because we can not trust on them and no either the website. Even thought they have good quality printing, I feel so disappointed of a extra charge that was not my mistake. I pay because it was not my client fall, and I will never charge him, because of something like that. They didnt lost a client, but I already open account with another company that do same job as them.

I will definitely recommend signworld to my friends and colleagues.
