This is the first time I’ve ever used a vending machine to duplicate my keys. I have to say I’m quite impressed. Very user friendly, fast and the keys came out well and actually work better than the original! The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the machine itself had so many more options than what is offered on the touch screen. Would recommend this service and will definitely use it again.

This required no assistance. The kiosk was easy to use. The process was pretty quick. They had a good selection of blanks. The ability to store and save a digital blank using the app was great.

Gave us wrong order twiceeeee 😠😠😠

The machine did not cut the key properly. Went to the help desk and they gave us less then half of the money we put in. Customer service basically said not our machine not our problem. Bad customer service by Lowes.
