After waiting over 2 hours for the first locksmith I called (which btw told me it would be only 35 minutes) I called Lock and Roll and they said they’d take 25 minutes to get to me and guess what they did....on a Sunday afternoon. Paid a 150 bucks two weeks ago to get told I need a new lock set and mine could not be fixed. I had informed the person when I made appointment that I had an older weslock set and was told no problem. Inwas hopeful they have part to fix it but sadly did not.. Tech then tells me we can buy a new one In home depot which is knew you could not but We goto depot and lowes and guess what nothing. Little did I know clock was ticking.. I wound up buying new weslock lockset in orange County and did it myself threw 150 bucks away. The tech was friendly but in the end nothing was accomplished expect over lubrication of my old lock and 150 dollars in cash thrown away.. Costly lesson for me.

I locked out myself on my second day in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. And I called Lock and Roll locksmith to lock me our. The guys were very professional and they rescued me in the right time. I dont know the guys names actually but they did a great job.I though it would take longer but with their magic hands could be fast. I do recommend this business in my new city. These guys are awesome locksmiths. We were locked out of our apartment and called them in a frenzy. We originally called a few other locksmiths in the Rancho Cucamonga area and no one answered the phone. Had an appointment to have a key made at 430 at 430 I RECIEVE a phone call asking about who am I? I ask the gentleman if he was calling in regards to our appointment and he says no he hasnt spoken to me. He says no so I ask if he is willing to give me a quote although I know he is the one I have scheduled the appointment with. The line disconnects I call back and ask him if he is willing to give me a quote and the line disconnects again he tried to cover up for missing the appointment and lied repeatedly. I will be calling another day when he the person answering the phones on Oct 11th 2020 isnt working.Editing in order to respond to your reply. There was no misunderstanding. I had an appointment scheduled and was repeatedly hung up on. I tried calling back in order to speak to a manager but my phone number was being rejected upon the first ring. When I called from another phone I was told that you do not do auto keys even though it shows here on google and a sign out front of your store that you do. The customer service was rude and unacceptable.Edit 2: Turns out I was speaking to the owner Abdul today 10/12/2020 I called again to speak to the manager about my issue yesterday. About 15 minutes later I receive a call from Abdul and I explain the situation and I explain that I dont want to leave a bad review and I would like to resolve the situation. He proceeds to tell me that I can go to hell and that I am a piece of S***, he owns a million dollar company with 200 good reviews. He proceeds to trash talk me until I finally get upset and raise my voice which he then hangs up.

I came in with a couple of 80s Toyota key blanks for my 1986 Toyota Corolla, as my original key was starting to show its age and they were able to cut one of the blanks in just a few minutes for a great price. Very friendly service. I was able to test it out as soon as I got home and it works perfectly. This will definitely be my go to locksmith for all of my other cars.

Lock and Roll Locksmith came out to replace the lock on our front office door. They got the job done very quickly and for a fair price. We had an issue with the mechanism that locks the door, I called them and they came out to fix it, and replaced our back lock so that it is keyed-alike at no charge! I was extremely impressed by their level of customer service and their commitment to correcting the issue. I highly recommend Lock and Roll Locksmith!

I have no words to express what those guys did for me. They simply saved me. I had to on time at my NEW JOB place, otherwise it would have been so embarrassing to be late since day 1 :), I called a guy named Abd and I hope I spelled the name correctly.I thought the guy would not be able to make it on time. I have only 15 minutes to be rescued otherwise I was to take uber that would cost me a lost of $$.They guy showed up in 8 minutes, and tool him 3 minutes to do the job. I was soooooo happy and blessed. Finally I made it on time to my new job that is 35 minute drive.

To put it simply, they’ve offered the best prices for the service they did for me in comparison to nearly every place I’ve been. A few weeks ago, I got 2 fobs to my keyless entry car reprogrammed and they still both work perfectly. Something I had been putting off for months, my dealership was charging upwards of 500 for a new set and here I was only looking at a fraction of that. Highly recommend, great service, and I’ll be definitely be returning. Great for emergencies and any locksmith issue one might come across.

I had used this company in the past for my job, they were always quick and efficient. This weekend someone stole my purse which had all my keys in it. I called Abdul and he sent someone out right away to change the locks on my house. The safety of my family was my main concern. As the dust settled I realized that I had cancelled my credit cards and bank cards and they were going to be mailed to me and I didnt have the mailbox key. I called Abdul and he knew I had to work until 5 the shop usually closes at 5, he promised he would have someone come out. This guy is so great he came out himself to make sure it was taken care of. Discovered I was locked out of my house around 11pm at night and was panicking about my dad (he is sick and requires constant attention) since I didn’t couldn’t get inside I started making phone calls. Several locksmiths quoted me far more than Lock and Roll did and told me it would take over an hour!Called this locksmith shop and immediately was greeted by the dispatch. He told me he can send someone over within 30min. Said okay let’s do it!Their technician Michael then texted me that he was on his way and an arrival time estimate. He called when he arrived and like magic unlocked my door! He was even able to make a couple copies for me so it wouldn’t happen. Thank you so much, if it happens again (which I hope it doesn’t!) I have been there on 4 separate days trying to get a key made. 3 of those 4 times, there was no locksmith there. Just an office person who doesnt know how to make keys. And the other time it was to tell me they couldnt make the key. Each time I was there at about 9-9:30 in the morning. Their sign states they open at 9 AM, but what does it matter being open if theres nobody to make keys for you? Each time is the excuse that they had an early emergency call. Something as simple as making a key in store should be easy. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE TO ME:I came with one key the first 3 times, until I was eventually told I couldnt make the key there. Thats fine. But today I went with a totally different key. The girl was nice, but point being, no locksmith on site to make the second key I needed. How is this place open, if theres no one there to make keys? I can appreciate the fact that the locksmiths have to go out, but if your actual building has nobody inside it to make keys the 4 times I was there, and I was told to sit and wait while someone came, that isnt the point. Have someone in the building that either knows to make keys, or can say that the two keys I bring in cant be made. Im not upset that you cant make the keys, Im upset that there is never a locksmith in the building the 4 times I went. You cant tell me I was here twice, if youre not there to see me the times I went. Its fine, you dont want my business, I wont be back. I just hope this serves as an eye-opener to you to have people in your building that can help your customers. Im all for not big box stores and giving the little guy my business. Its just sad that this little guy wasnt there for me. Im not saying your store is bad, but my personal experience was bad. Put yourself in my shoes that if you went someone several times, for two different items, and nobody was there to help, it would be upsetting. Im just putting my two cents in.

A couple of days ago i was stuck in a sticky situation and i needed my locks changed, i called almost every single place and they were all over priced and their arrival time was going to be extremely inconvenient for me, but then i came across lock and roll locksmith and a person named Aly picked up the phone, he was very understanding of my situation and he gave me a discount of almost $15 per lock which was insane !! And when he let me know they can arrive in 30 minutes that was even better !! The technician knew what he was doing and he came and finished it quickly !! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

These guys were amazing!!! My key fob for my car completely died and I ordered a new fob online. I called Lock and Roll and they scheduled me right away and even met me where I work which was so convenient! They programmed my new fob and cut the new key for me in like 10 minutes! Everyone kept telling me (other locksmiths) that because of the year/make of my car that my new fob would have to be done by the dealership....which meant a high programming fee plus a 2 hour window at the dealership to get it done. No thank you! Lock and Roll got it done no problem and they were awesome! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know :) Thanks guys!

Awesome service! I bought a used car and it only came with 1 key fob. The dealership wanted an arm and leg for an extra key fob so I order two more off of Amazon. It took Steve about 10mins to have them programmed and cut and charged me a fraction of the cost of the dealership.

Fast, Honest, Quality Work! I came home on a Friday night to find my old lock broken and jammed shut. Abdul arrived in 30 minutes, as promised! The lock couldnt be opened, so he drilled, cut and pried it out without collateral damage to the door. He replaced it with a beautiful door handle and lock: reasonable price with a lot of care in making sure it was set right.
