Worked with salesman named Angel in purchasing an engagement ring. Dude was genuinely the best salesman I’ve ever bought from. Extremely helpful, fast and concise costumer service, and he didn’t even try to upscale/convince me of anything I wasn’t interested in. I ended up driving an hour and a half from Huntington Beach and it was worth it - his customer service is unmatched. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase jewelry

I called ahead and the young woman I spoke to set the items aside for me. When I came they had it all ready and the same woman was just super nice. I will definitely come back to make purchases here.

Waited outside after signing in, due to Covid social distancing. They took 2 people who signed in after me, before I went and asked why they didnt call me before them. They said sorry thought your name was crossed out. Maybe need a better system.Once I finally got into the store asked for Pandora, which was on web site, only to be told they dont carry any pandora in store. 😒

Purchased engagement and wedding ring at the same time and was told after transaction that wedding ring cannot be sized. Question, why would you not check before selling if the ring can be sized? Then, decided to go with the custom wedding ring and was told that price would be almost the same as the one I already purchased. However, when I return with my fiancé to customize her wedding ring they gave me a price that is $1000 over from what they told me last time. Then, they could not make a proper ring and had to redo ring picture for 3 times. We have clear instructions on how we wanted it and then we were told by associate that we would be contacted but when we call on the day we supposedly be contacted she was on vacation and would not come back for 5 days. We address our concerned to the manager but I did not see any improvements and then associate was sassy with us when we came back to pick up our ring. Very unsatisfied with services, I paid over $9k and got sassy associate who doesnt follow up with me and would tell me that she knew the ring picture came out wrong and she asked jeweler to redo it but thought it is not important to notify me since it would take another week.

Came to pick up some rings that were getting repaired and guy behind the counter looked at me... Thebes walked away. This isnt the first time this happens. They really need to up their customer service. Only reason I keep coming is to keep my jewelry warranty.

I like this place overall the people that appraise rings and stuff are fair and honest. If you want fast customer service you better go in there looking your best like with a suit and tie. Otherwise they will take your time with you and not give you very good customer service this is why Im only giving it 3 stars out of five

Not many stores carry Tag and Hamilton watches. This is indicative of the level of merchandise that is in the store. Higher end stuff. When it comes to jewelry and watches this is the only place Ill go unless I need a beater watch. Most of my wifes jewelry has been bought there. Classy place and not mall quality.

The people at Jared are always very knowledgeable and friendly. My favorite thing about them, however, is I dont feel judged when I walk in. They dont make me feel like Im not good enough to be there- even when I come straight from work (diesel mechanic). They always work within my budget and go above and beyond to find exactly what I want. Plus everything is beautiful and well made. I buy all my wifes jewelry from Jared.

My wife and I didnt know they had a childrens play area tucked in the corner. No one advised us of that, could been helpful for my 3 year old.Other than that management keeps the place clean including restrooms. We went in for a resizing and cleaning, very helpful with that. Nice atmosphere. Thank you. Always positive!

Experience today was ok, could have been better like before. The ladies seem too serious and not as welcoming and friendly. Environment was more like if you are not here to purchase anything, then leave. I came to get my bridle set ring cleaned and rodium.

Great people both Joes where very helpful. Will be back to buy a few more watches maybe more later but for now watches are all I need very greatful for all the help and info I got and the non pushy nature I felt there was great, of course they tried to sell but not once did I feel I needed to spend money to keep talking, and looking thanks.

I have had my engagement ring for only 6 months when the opal became discolored. Worried, I went to Jareds and showed them the ring. They sent it off to Levian to see if the opal could be replaced. Unfortunately, Levian would not replace the ring. Jareds contacted me shortly after informing me that they noticed I only had it for a very short period of time and would replace it this one time. I could not have been more surprised or elated. I am so thankful and will forever recommend Jareds for their wonderful services. Thank you.

My husband purchased my engagement ring as well as my wedding band and several other pieces of jewelry from this location. He purchased the additional warranty on everything to ensure that our purchases were protected. Generally, my experience at this store has been exceptional. However, my most recent experience has made me doubt if I will ever set foot into this store again. At the beginning of April, accidentally pulled two diamonds out of my setting. My husband dropped off my ring and he was told it would have to be sent to their parent store due to the damage and it would be returned to me within 6-8 weeks. I called the beginning of June (the 8th week) and was informed my ring was not ready and it was going to be an additional 3 or so weeks. When I spoke with the general manager, she then gave me another estimated date as it had been sent to the vendor and when I expressed my frustration about this, she became extremely hostile and began to argue with me. She then informed me that her employees were listening to our conversation and that if I needed more help to call corporate. She gave me the number and hung up on me.. I am now in the 2nd week of contacting corporate and the only information I have is that my ring is with the vendor over seas (though the person I spoke with couldnt tell me where over seas), that the vendor has a 60 day turn around time, doesnt expedite or give updates on repairs, and as far as they can tell my ring should be back sometime during the first week of July. A month longer than what was originally promised. The entire situation has been extremely frustrating, especially considering that I would not have any of this information had I not called myself to obtain an update. If I had an opportunity to choose another store with better repair options and communication, I would in a heart beat. As it stands, I will only return there to get my ring once its done and will gladly bdrive the additional distance to the Chino Hills store.

The store costumer performance has gone down tue toilet. The sales people always say our jewelry is high quality and the best. I had purchase my wife a necklace with a diamond piece. The diamond had fallen off and they refuse to change it. I told the sales rep. what happen to high quality and the best.The sales lady just left me there and went to another customer.I went off on the sales lady. I got loud in the store and was furious in the store. I told her you just care about your commission. You sell jewelry thats broken and does not last, i was being super loud....where is the high quality. If it was so perfect why you keep selling people warranty. You sell warranty because you know your merchandise is junk and crap.Finally the manager came out, she heard me, how loud i was, but what made her get involve was me pointing out how badly her jewelry was. And pointing out the true facts of her sales rep., not caring or give a dam if they sale you true high end stuff. Dont shop there and dont let them full you in believing that they have high end or high quality diamonds.

Terrible experience. I tried to get my ring sized THREE times and it was still wrong despite the fact that I gave them my old ring for sizing as well as the size of my finger. They ended up stealing two diamonds off one side of the band without informing us, it is now lopsided (seven on one side and five on the other). Joe, a manager, tried to tell us that diamond mass does not matter, and the cost will inevitably be more to fix it. I would not recommend this store.

Just bought a watch for the wife and needed a couple links removed, well the guy took forever. When I asked if everything was ok he said...Other people use this equipment and the tool I need is broken. He should have said ...it going to be a while if you would like to come back. Totally ruined the experience!

There liars sale on jewelry that isnt really what it is bring something into get fixed they completely screw it up they make you seem like your wrong when they are over charge you even the front door security step outside and told me how they ripped him off place is a joke.
