I had already been here once before today, to pierce my daughters ears. Blanca is the young lady who attended us and she was ver sweet to my daughter and everything went well. Today I came in to get a new wedding band since I lost mine. 😬 This time Patricia the store manager helped me with the selection of my band. What I loved about the process was that I never felt obligated or pressured into buying something I didn’t like. Everything was so wonderful that I actually ended up purchasing new earrings for my daughter, my wedding band and a beautiful pearl ring. I was only able to bring home the band since the pearl ring has to be resized and the earrings have to be ordered. Definitely coming back for future purchases!

Went in to replace a missing stud on my wedding band! They got it fixed in a couple of days, looks beautiful and good as new!Met the owners, very nice people and they provided great customer service. Reasonable price, I def recommend coming here!!

This was such a pleasant experience for a customer like myself who had little to no idea how this type of exchange actually worked ... What i do know is that after visiting an array of numerous shops similar to this one(key word here is SIMILAR,DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME)honestly there level of Honesty,integrity,consideration and professionalism was leaps and bounds higher than any Store of its kind for at least a 50mile radius, (take it from me i definitely did the painstaking research myself) and not only do they truly live up to the attributes Ive listed in the above paragraph but to make things even that much sweeter was there appraisal/ offering was (this is no exaggeration whatsoever, just the honest truth)hundreds of dollars more than any jewelers anywhere.. hands down.. and in fact the reason I so luckily ended up on there doorstep was from a earlier appraisal from a We Buy Gold Cash4Goldtype exchange right down the street from there location, insisting i would surely fetch a much higher price then he could possibly offer me... and Boyyy, i am so pleased he did!!! If i could id give them 10stars!! (And yes! Definitely do not go here if you are looking to pawn or sell your jewelry. They are ripping people off! I was able to get a lot more money elsewhere. I agree with the other comment, I believe a lot of these reviews are fake for this jewelry store.

Just went in this store for the first time and will definitely be back. Took some jewelry to have appraised and meet Patricia the manager and she was so kind and also meet the owner David. Both were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

I think a lot of these reviews are fake. I came here a couple months ago wanting to get something for my wife and not only was the customer service bad but the prices were waaay over priced. I honestly thought the jewelry was pretty cheap looking. They were even selling a fake Rolex, he called it Faux Rolex. It was around $2-$300 I think. He wasnt trying to sell it as real, but still it seemed pretty tacky. Ive never seen a jewelry store selling knock off Rolexes.The best part about this store was the location. It was near shopping and food places. Ill give it 2 stars for that.

Honest and valuable advise when dealing with jewelry. They will work with YOUR budget and tastes. They will even MAKE what you want. I brought them a picture of something I know my wife liked, and they were like magicians, POOF! it was reality. My wife loved the ring, and all her friends are impressed.

Do Not Go Here to pawn gold or silver! I checked with 5 pawn shops in the Inland Empire area for rates on pawing my gold and silver and this place was by far the lowest offer by about 40%. I ended up going to a place that offered me 1100 on my jewelry while this place only offered 600.

Great Customer Service!!! Everything you read about this business is true, I took my wedding ring into Grand Jewelers to have a diamond replaced that fell out. I was very nervous about having my ring redone since it had such high sentimental value. David and his staff were very helpful and patiently explained everything that would take place with fixing my ring. Even after leaving his store, he was great communicating with me via phone and email. When I picked up my ring, I was not disappointed!!!! It was so BEAUTIFUL!!! They did a fantastic job on it!!! I am so pleased with their work I would not hesitate to return for any jewelry needs I may have, I will reccommend this place to all my family and friends. I took my grandmas ring in to be repaired and sized so I could wear it. Ken found me a great solution to have it fixed, and provided excellent customer service. The ring was finished a day earlier than they estimated, and looks like a brand new piece. I couldnt be happy with the customer service I received, or with my repair. I had a engagment ring custom made and being a guy and not knowing the amount of options available on the market I waited till last minute. I had a date set for a Seattle trip where i was going to pop the question. After showing David and his team a picture of the ring I was on the hunt for he was able to make it and have it done for me in about a week even though its usually a 3 week turn around becuase they were trying to help make my deadline for the trip.
