Great pricing but, they will smog your car with cigarettes while they work on it. Dont go here if you have money in your equipment bc they wont have experience with it.

The staff was very informative and helpful! I went to purchase wire for an inverter. I had no clue about the subject matter. The gentleman knew exactly what i needed and he even cut the wire and put the gauge and the fuse on to make it as simple as possible for connecting. He was extremely busy but still took time with each of the customers. I was very pleased with service. Not to mention we were 10 passed closing time! He was very patient with everyone.

Great place for window tinting and stereo needs, they get you in and out faster ofc if you make an appt with them. Got 20% all around on my 2014 sonata a few years ago and they fixed the sound in my car when a couple speakers blew. It was great, the tint stayed clean and sound was great until the car got wrecked a about a month ago. Just got a new 2017 Nissan Sentra and got 10% all around with a 5% sunstrip, did a great job on this as well as I expected. Going back to get it down to 5% all around Wednesday, can’t wait👍🏾

This business does not know how to put tint on.. I had my vehicle tinted . When I get home I noticed a couple spots that wasnt right. I went back up there to have it fixed and was told that he had 4 appointments so if one of his appointments came in he would have to do theres first. So I decided to make an appointment and come back. Once I came back and they reinstalled the tint. Once again I get home and noticed they had put tape on my window to cover up there mistakes... So please dont waste your money or time with this place. Go somewhere else..

I had an amazing experience with Mr.Stereo. I went to get my speakers replaced and a new stereo system put into my car and they were able to fit me in to do both very quickly. I’m absolutely in love with my car now and the speakers sound phenomenal. I would love to give them a negative star, but it wasnt available. Mr. Stereo although he is a very friendly man, he is VERY unprofessional. He will have you down for an appointment when that clearly doesnt even matter. It took MOE a month to tell me that what was ordered wasnt available so they gave me some off brand BS. The car dealership was paying for it so I had to get what was available at the time. Went there to get something installed, he tells me it should take 2 hrs and I end up staying there 6 and a half hrs. This place by far is the worst place ever. They did several cars while mine was still in the back.....supposedly getting work on. My car smelled like weed when I got back in it. I would NOT recommend this place for NOTHING

These guys installed my system and I am having major problems with it they left my car a wreck after the install they do not care about the customer

Called to inquire about underbody lights for my wife’s 2019 Corvette and was told they could do them. She drove 2 hrs to get there only to find out that they were unable to use their equipment to jack up her car. The sales guy told her the lights were top rate so I offered to purchase the lights to have them installed somewhere else. What they sold me was a cheap no name version. I returned the light assuming they had made a mistake only to find out they never had the light the promised her in the first place. Had they been able to jack her car they would have installed the cheap version not what we paid for. Buyer beware. High level of dishonesty here.

Got my sub installed

5 guys standing around. I came in to get my lighter fuse fixed and was there for at least 2hrs! They kept telling me they were busy but every time someone came in they started working on their cars right away while my car sat. Wouldnt recommend!

Mo was able to fit me in for a window tint quickly. While waiting he was helpful enough to discuss easy upgrades to my current audio set up without being too pushy/slick salesman.I will be heading back to Mr. Stereo because of the quality of work and more importantly the customer service set by Mo and his employees.Finally have a local car shop that doesn’t take your arm and leg to make modifications.Update:Mo and his team put in a full set of Phoenix Gold speakers: components up front 6x9 and 6x5 in the backs. We ran an AUX chord to the factory head-unit.The improvements are amazing. I had one individual walk over when Mo pulled it out of the shop because he heard it from down the street.Mr. Stereo aka Mo is in the process of putting together a complete package to change out the factory head-unit and amp. Updates to come. Very pleased with the product and sound.Update 2:Mo completed my system by putting in a 12inch Phoenix Gold sub with a pre built in amp. Sounds ABSOLUTELY perfect! I can control the sub with the bass control knob easily for when I am riding with the family but I can crank loud when I drive with friends.Again the customer service is phenomenal! Go see Mo

Excellent service!Update: we have since bought my son his keyless entry, an entertainment system in my small bus, a remote start for my minivan (nice in winter for sure) and a new radio entertainment system for my minivan. Down from New York for the weekend and I blow 2 mids in my truck. I am incredibly grateful they were the only place open on a Sunday. Spectacular customer service. Assisted in choosing replacement speakers, installation, and modifying doors to accommodate a slightly larger speaker. Could not recommend them highly enough. Price competitive with online ordering. Amazing experience.

After charging almost 200 dollars we found out our speakers are blown witch in fact would be our fault but out of kindness wouldnt u think someone that knows what they are doing would say hey bro just letting u know your speakers are no good before letting u ride off and almost catching thetrunk on fire smh just be cateful doing business here seems like they may not know as much as they think they do not saying i do but isnt that why they are there to help smh

Ive had at stereo shop .. especially in Raleigh area.He installs faulty stereo equipment...replaces equipment with cheaper equipment than you paid for..tgen wants more money for re-installation and replacement of product that you paid warranty on. He will also question the very email receipt he sends your phone. Very dishonest ppl...☹️

I don’t typically do reviews of places like this, but I have to for these guys. Moe, the owner of the place, is one of the most stand-up guys I’ve ever dealt with in an industry that can unfortunately yield dishonest service. He saved me $250+ when he could have blind - robbed me by honestly telling me I didn’t need a piece of equipment when I was under the impression that I did. He showed me why I needed something, I agreed to it, and then he realized his mistake and came outside to tell me that I didn’t need to spend the money after all.He stands by his work and his products and I will never go anywhere else for car audio or tint for as long as I’m living in Raleigh. Be honest and nice to them and they’ll treat you the same. Great service, great experience. Thanks guys!
