This is one of my favorite places in Raleigh. Brennan is so good at everything she does. No matter how big or small the service I feel like I’m treated the same. She is a perfectionist and super calm to be around. Highly recommend any service from skin a s tonic. App is super easy to use!

The facial was excellent!!!! Bree was thorough, I felt like she truly listened to what my skin issues were and tailored the facial to this. She also did a great job suggesting a home care regimen without making me feel forced to buy any of their in-house products. She even wrote it out so I wouldn’t forget. Since COVID I restricted all non-essential indoor visits but the precautions taken and the diligence to sanitize everything is above and beyond what is recommended so I felt totally comfortable the entire time I was there. I will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough good thing about Skin & Tonic. This was my first time back since the 2020 shut down and let me tell you: Amazing as always!!! Bree offers the most relaxing and therapeutic experience. I leave feeling restored and my skin is glowing! Want to mention that the ladies took every precaution in creating a safe and comfortable environment during the “covid times” without any compromise on the overall experience. So glad S&T is open for pampering because Lord knows we need it!

I went in for my first facial, and I was expecting it to be more so a clinical experience. Well, I was wrong. The experience was what dreams are made out of! It has the cleanliness of a clinic, but some how theyve found the perfect balance between that and a relaxing spa. I felt like I was a celebrity. Bree was fantastic, and she is extremely knowledgeable. I cant wait to go back!

Amazing facials!! I have been seeing Lori for a year or so now and my skin has never looked better. Each facial begins with an assessment of your face and current situation so the facial is always perfectly customized for what you need. I love it here!!

Bre did such a phenomenal job. This was my first facial and I’m sold! I expected to be rushed in and out, but she really spent quality time with me. It was worth every penny.I’ve been struggling with blackheads for years now and even though I seldom wear full makeup, I feel the need to wear concealer to cover them almost everyday. She was able to extract so much that I don’t feel that way anymore! (I should have taken a before pic because even though it’s not perfect yet, it’s dramatically better!)She gave my advice on skin care and I can’t wait to try her recommendations. I feel like it’s going to make a huge difference! I’m also really excited to go back in a couple months and see how much it improves from there!10/10 recommend. Thank you so much!

I have been going to skin&tonic for about 3 years now and cannot say enough good things about it. robin was so helpful to find me a formula that works well for my skin. my skin has looked better in the last three years than it has in my entire life. all of their products are natural/organic which is also a huge plus.

I really enjoyed my first experience with Bre however the last two facials I have scheduled her assistant has called me the day of my appt saying she is sick and needs to go home. This isn’t helpful when I plan these around events and leaves me with minimal options. Not to mention for customers they have a 24hr cancellation policy, should be the same vice versus for the staff.

I have been seeing Robin for my skin care needs for 16 years. In that time, I have moved away from Raleigh, but I trek back for my facials and waxing because she is the best. I will confess that I tried a few local places after moving for the sake of convenience, but there is no substitute for Robins care nor for the Skin and Tonic experience. Absolutely worth the drive from Richmond.
