Kim gives a fantastic facial! I took advantage of her “buy three get one free” deal and I’m looking forward to using them. I always feel extremely relaxed when leaving her care. Her facials always come with a lovely hand and shoulder massage. Her room is inviting and calming. It smells lovely and she plays very relaxing music to really set you in a great mood! It is easy to make an appointment with her through her online booking app. She is very clearly knowledgeable and has a very warm personality! I look forward to seeing her again!

My fiance gifted me with something Ive wanted for a while now, a facial! Every girls dream, Im sure. This was my first ever facial experience and Kimberly knocked it out of the park. She had such a sweet personality and created such a calming atmosphere.Walking into it, I was pretty nervous due to my skins textural issues (stemming from adult acne); but she was very gracious about it all and even gave e some advice about how to better treat my skin. It was seamless and painless. My skin looks so much better, I will definitely be visiting again.

I highly recommend Kim at Be Beautiful. It was my first experience getting lash extensions and Kim did a wonderful job. She took time to ask what look I wanted and explained steps as we went. It was very relaxing. I may have even dozed off...and they look fantastic. Her prices are reasonable and shes very personable also. Ive already booked my next appointment. Glad I found!

This was, by far, one of the best facials I have had in years. My skin looks so good and the puffiness under my eyes was almost all gone. I cant wait for my next facial. If I could give a rating of more than five stars I would.

Since the owner responded inaccurately below, I’ll reiterate - you can’t just cancel people’s appointments because you have family in town! She DID NOT call multiple times and there’s no reason to call if someone has an appointment. The appointment speaks for itself. She is clearly lazy and doesn’t want to go to work. I live in Virginia Beach and came to Raleigh to visit family and friends for the holidays, so I will now have to search for another appointment with someone last-minute. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Rude.

I scheduled with Kimberly for a facial Groupon. I showed up for my 10am appointment yesterday and waited 15 minutes outside. After knocking, ringing the bell, talking to another business owner and 2 calls with messages left later I never heard from her and still haven’t. Don’t waste your time going here for appts with Kimberly!

Unreliable and unprofessional. I made an appointment weeks ago and she cancelled my appointment the day before without explanation. If someone makes an appointment online, they think they’re good-to-go, but that’s not the case here. This would have been my second time coming to her, but I will not return and she didn’t even give me the chance to. I guess she needed to change the time, but she should have said so. I have no emails regarding her need to do so. She sent me a text and that was it, like I was her friend or something. I didn’t see the text because it went to unknown sender. A client should get a proper voicemail, either way. I needed my wax appointment in time for my boyfriend’s birthday, but with her last-minute cancellation, I’m not sure I have time find an appointment anywhere else. I am a Naval Officer and go underway on my ship a lot, so voicemails and emails are important for me to get info, yet she left none!

I am going through chemotherapy and my skin was very dry. I had a facial here and it the treatment was wonderful. They carry oncology friendly products. It was so hydrating and relaxing. I feel like a different person. Thanks Kim!

Love Kim!! She does my eyelashes—I always get compliments on them. She’s very sweet and professional. It’s a far better experience than what you will find at a lash studio. She is a trained esthetician opposed to employees at various lash bars who only receive eyelash application training and can seriously damage your eyes. She always makes time for me too as I work in retail from 10-6 and it’s hard for me to find places that can work with my schedule!

I found Kim through a Groupon deal for a spray tan. She was friendly and professional- and my tan turned out great! Very natural looking, which as a pale girl Im always worried about. I will definitely be back!

Today I had my third facial with Kim. As always, she was professional, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and got my skin feeling amazing! Ehh kim was great with my wax and i had no post issues however she is EXTREMELY unreliable twice i’ve been stood up not cancelled but stood up pre covid and shortly after reopening 🤨

I was supposed to have a lash lift today at 11am. I received 2 confirmation emails yesterday and then a cancellation one this morning. TWO HOURS before my appointment. TWO days before my event. I saw other reviews stating this so apparently its a thing you do on a regular basis. Very rude to do especially when I had my husband cut his day short to watch the baby. I assume all your reviews are placed on your website by you and not actual real customers. Not a way to grow a business. Your competitors will be getting my business.

I scheduled an appointment for a facial with Kim hess owner of be beautiful she suggested products to give my skin some radiance. I received a compliment on my skin the next day. The individual remarked my skin was shiny. I also received a full set of lashes. I wanted them ppiec and edgy she had never received that request before. I had a Brazilian wax with Kim last week. She even makes same day appointments!! Kim was extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. Her studio is nicely decorated and inviting.

I waited for weeks to get this appointment and was very excited to have an appointment with Kim however my appointment was cancelled at the last minute with no reason why. I texted the number to ask why and received no response, I would’ve loved to reschedule. I understand things come up but communication is key. I confirmed my appointment several times this week and received several confirmation emails and texts. My appointment was cancelled the day of, today at 9am and my appointment was at 12pm. I have an event I am attending and wanted my lashes done for it but this last minute cancellation has left me with no options and thrown a real monkey wrench in my plans! I’m so disappointed and upset I could cry!

The same thing happened to me as others have posted on here. I purchased a facial treatment through Groupon and called to schedule me appointment. My appointment was scheduled and I received a text confirmation. However, in the text confirmation, my name was spelled wrong, and I never received an email confirmation. I received a text message the MORNING OF my appointment saying it was cancelled. This is highly unprofessional. I am looking into a way to report this lady to Groupon.

Had a decent facial and brow wax with her because of a Groupon offer. Got another Groupon and scheduled/confirmed a second appointment. She DID NOT SHOW UP!!! No call, text, nothing, I was just waiting outside the studio. Several days later I got a text and she said she’d been sick. Ok.... maybe it was extreme so I rescheduled so I wouldn’t lose the Groupon, and now she is a NO SHOW for the SECOND TIME, even after email confirmation!!!! So unprofessional! The lady in the studio next to her said she hadn’t shown up all week long and several clients had been in for appointments and unable to reach her!!
