From the sweet energetic receptionist Nicky who always answers all questions and helps out with a smile on her face you can hear through the phone to the two big wrecker drivers. I had my box truck towed by a gentleman named Rob who came out and did an excellent job, and my dump truck by Phil multiple times now. I will continue to recommend this company to all my fellow truck drivers! Never been more impressed with a towing company!

My husband and I were stranded at Greystone Village with a car with a flat tire. I approached the Alan’s Towing technician, thinking he had been sent by our insurance company’s roadside assistance program. He was just there on personal business, but he was so kind and offered to help us. I would highly recommend their services as a result. Awesome, fast service! I needed a tow and they got to me in about half an hour. The man I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and tried to help me troubleshoot to see if I could get it started. He also told me my insurance would likely reimburse me for the cost of the tow, which I didn’t know about. The guys who came were super nice and my car was hitched and ready to go super fast. I’m so glad I called them!

Alans has knowledgeable, friendly, helpful dispatchers. The trucks are clean and well maintained and the drivers are well experienced. They also have a repair shop that does excellent work. Nikki was extremely rude and unprofessional. She flat out lied ab my car not having an appropriate title to be transferred. When I called the business to confirm, they quickly transferred me to a different towing company. Very shady, and very last minute complications due to her incompetence.

Franz was amazing. I got off the road and slid down a fairly steep and extremely muddy embankment, completely stuck not only in the mud but in a drain as well. I thought I would lose my front bumper and tire for sure. Franz evaluated the scene and little by little, with the gentleness of a surgeon, pulled me up with zero damage over the next 40 minutes. I called yesterday because my sons car had broken down and the office staff was very polite and nice. I didn’t know where my son was so I gave the lady Nikki my sons phone number and she gladly called and worked all of the details out. She even went to far to call me back to let me know that she had figured out where he was and that a truck was going to get him. As a parent of a new driver she eased the stress just by helping me through it and assuring my son and his car would return safely. When I called back to thank them I spoke to another lady in the office who was also very nice. I will recommend this towing company to all of my friends because of the office staff alone.

I got into a wreck about a year ago and they picked up my car and took it back to their lot so the insurance people said they was going to pick it up and alans scraped my car because they was charging for it sitting their. So i lost money

My car died on me yesterday and after calling Triple A I was very lucky to have Tim from Alans Towing be my service provider! Ive drove beater cars my whole life, and have called my fair share of tow trucks and Tim was hands down provided the best experience I have ever had with regards to getting a tow. From calling to getting my car on the tow took last than 30 minutes, and I was expecting to wait at least an hour or more. Professional, courteous, and efficient, you cant ask for much more when it comes to getting your car towed!

May 10 I was ran off the road with baby in the car and call the company to report there driver and was told that’s not in there interest to inform there drivers about reckless driving no one was hurt but what about next time one these drivers could seriously hurt someone or kill them

The polite SOUNDING dispatch woman told me the driver would be there within the hour... 2.5 hours later I called to ask where he was and they had no record of my call and had not sent anyone to my location.Do not use this company if you need honest, competent, or prompt service.

I reversed my car into an embankment and rather than just pulling into our and jeopardizing my vehicle Matt worked to find a better solution. My driveway isn’t very solid and when removing the car needed assistance Matt was a complete professional and immediately called for a 2nd tow (Phillip who was great as well!) which allowed us to get my car out safe and sound. Alan saved my life the day that my water pump busted and I was stranded in a parking lot. He graciously gave my Jeep a quick look over and then offered a free ride just a few blocks to A&J Automotive. He saved me time and money calling AAA. Alan will definitely be the first one I call if I ever am in need of a tow!!! Great customer service goes a long way and I am a fan for life!!!

Great service! We were stranded in a parking deck which as you can imagine can be very hard to maneuver. Not a problem for Alans. And once home they backed the car down a long driveway which was above and beyond what we expected. They definitely turned an inconvenient situation into a positive. This review is not for Alans service, but rather their driving. This morning (9/22) at the intersection of New Hope Rd and I-495, one of their drivers absolutely flew threw a red light. It wasnt just turning red, it was red, and had been that way for a while. Fortunately, I was watching him come and could see that he had no intention of stopping. Anyone from our lane that had just gone on green would have been killed. No question. They use huge trucks that are weapons in inattentive hands. Pay attention!

Had a class A RV towed today and he went above and beyond to make me put the word out to use these guys. They had no idea I have a mobile mechanic business and will refer all my customers in need! Thanks again and keep up the good work guys!!!

I called about having our vehicle towed to a shop and they gave us a price that would be the final price, no run arounds or extra fees hidden after the fact. Fast and friendly service at a fair price. My brother was in town for my birthday from Greensboro and got a flat on the belt line. He discovered his spare was no good and couldnt get in touch with me. He called Alans and explained to the dispatcher that he was from out of town and was stranded. To make matters worse his phone was about to die. The dispatcher went out of her way to call the nearest tire service center that was open late and called ahead for him. The driver showed up quickly and was very professional and polite. Alans made a bad situation much easier to deal with and didnt overcharge. I would recommend this towing service to anyone in need.

I had two flat tires due to a pothole on Sanderford Road in South Raleigh. My insurance contacted Alans Towing and I was told it would be an hour wait due to call volume. I had no problem with the wait time. The truck showed up to my exact location, one hour and 7 minutes later. The driver, Brad, was extremely professional, very fast and efficient at his job and made sure my car was loaded and safely transported without any more damage. Once we were in the truck, he was a safe driver and we had a good conversation. Thank you, Alans Towing for hiring employees like Brad!! Other day my car broke down coming home at 2 in the morning. Thankfully Alans towing is open 24 hours. I was able to call them and get everything set up for the tow. With in 30 minutes of me calling, the tow truck driver was there. Took no time for the driver to load my car and take it where it needed to go.
