I called SAFE Towing for our inoperable vehicle, the driver said he would be there in 10 minutes (he was); he continued to assist to get the car into neutral and he even pushed the vehicle from behind to get it loaded up on the flatbed tow truck. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, I was very pleased with the service and wont hesitate to use again.

We were so pleased with this company. The were on I-40 in rush hour traffic trying to get to the airport to catch flight out and our car died. We pulled to the side of the road and google searched tow companies in the area and safe towing pulled up. We called and spoke with the driver and he was there in 15 minutes. He picked me and my family up and got the car on his truck. He then dropped us off at the airport and took our car to the dealer for repair for us. He made it possible for us to catch our flight out of Raleigh and able to keep our vacation plans. This man was great. On top of all of that, he didnt overcharge us. I do not do online reviews but I had to take the time to do one for this company. They are fantastic.

Our van broke down on the highway and we went in a state of panic.
