Terrible customer service. They sound nice and polite, but wont help get anything done. The price is ridiculous for what youre being given. Ive gone over a week without internet service, but are quick to send out the bill. I hope that all you need your internet for is to check email, because thats all its good for. Too freaking slow for even a freaking YouTube video
