This company is overpriced, and not to mention poorly run, thanks for all of the headaches guys!

I get multiple phone calls a day from Dobbs ferry New York it is the same people and They are using bandwidth dot com”s numbers every time but yet they do nothing about it they have a fraud department but yet I still keep getting the calls daily for over a year if they do not do nothing about it they have been that would mean they’re complacent and Part of the fraud. I guess the next step is holding the company who keeps allowing these fraudsters to knowingly operate, responsible and taken to court on the matter.

This is a very poorly run company, one could call it a technological dinosaur if one ever existed this would definitely be it. Be on the lookout for their fossil remains

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO FAR, but hopefully someone will read this and remedy it. My company uses a vendor who acquired our business phone number through Bandwidth. Our business number went down for a week 2 months ago bc our vendor had an old email address on file they weren’t monitoring & Bandwidth sent correspondence that went unnoticed about an upcoming minimum spend. That was our vendors fault. We got it resolved & our vendor instructed Bandwidth to update their new contact information for future correspondence. Bandwidth did not do this. This was Bandwidths fault. Our number has been down for a week again because of their oversight. We are attempting to port away to a different company bc of the issues, but that could take 2 weeks. Bandwidth won’t activate our number during this 2 week time period without us committing to a 12 month contract and a much higher spend than what we were originally at w no cancellation. We offered to pay for 30 days, and they would not let us do this. We are the innocent bystander who is suffering bc of a Bandwidth mistake. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Whoever is reading this, please do something if you have the power to do so. Thank you
